Elena Trikoz
Mrs. Elena Nikolaevna TRIKOZ was born in Krasnodar (Russia). In 1998 she graduated Kuban State University, Faculty of Law, Graduate Study on the specialty: «Judicial System, Office of Public Prosecutor, Service of Lawyers» (Fall 1993 – Summer 1998). From 2001 to 2003 she studied for his Ph.D. at the Department of history of state and law at the Moscow State University of M. V. LOMONOSOV. In 2002 she presented a thesis for a candidate’s degree on the subject “Evolution of system of sources and the principles of criminal law of Australia in the XIX – XX centuries” (scientific supervisor Prof. Krasheninnikova N.A.). Education and Academic degrees: The Fifth Specialization Course in International Criminal Law (The International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences, Siracusa, ITALY, 11th – 21st June, 2006): “The Doctrinal Basis and Characteristics of International Criminal Law”, Participant and Certificate (President – Prof. M. Cherif Bassiouni). Associate Professor Trikoz is a specialist in sphere of history of law and state of foreign countries. She published over 100 scientific and curricular works including two monographs and some teaching medium. In these latter days she researches problems of comparative research in the criminal law of foreign countries, law codification phenomenon, the international criminal law, comparative jurisprudence, the mixed law systems, the legal culture of the British Commonwealth of Nations. «History of State and Law» is basic course professor E.N. Trikoz teaches students of RUDN University over a number of years.
