You will learn how to bring the two together and, moreover, frame your “mixing” of methods in a rigorous, systematic way for publication and potential funding. This book contains several features to facilitate easy reading: The chapters are short; references and illustrations are kept to a minimum so as not to distract from the flow of the text; additional resources are listed at the end of each chapter, and a short glossary of key terms ends the book so that the reader can quickly grasp the nomenclature of this methodology. Many of the ideas presented in this book draw on my current research methods books (some coauthored by Plano Clark) from SAGE Publications and Pearson.
