Final approval and communication of the expanded Codex color palette

Description

Once the expanded color palette has been sufficiently tested (T373223) and the redesign of colors page of the style guide has been implemented (T372928), the new palette can be merged into Codex and communicated internally and externally.

Acceptance Criteria
  • The expanded palette is deployed alongside the new version of the colors page
  • The new palette is communicated internally to WMF
    • Design System & Practice meeting,
    • #talk-to-design-system
    • #talk-design
    • #talk-to-web and
    • #talk-to-editing Slack channels
  • The new palette is communicated publicly to volunteers
    • Tech News,
