Background
We learned that the current space holders for images in the Places feature is confusing for some of our users. We've decided to add the Wikipedia logo and have parity with iOS to indicate the items are clickable in the map.

@JTannerWMF not sure if we wanted to create a separate task for using the same map markers in the list view, to reinforce their meaning. Just mentioning that again here in case.

I updated the marker to use secondary_color and added the placeholder icon to the list view. Please download the APK from the ticket description again to see the changes, thanks!

I assume we will set up a separate task for updating the cluster icons so that they are slightly larger than the gray map markers, and have a little transparency. Here is the quick mockup for reference
