Some aspects of the "nearby" feature design make it challenging to support on third-party wikis. We won't focus on this use case yet, but the issues to be addressed will be collected here.

• Requires the CirrusSearch extension and a local elasticsearch.
• Requires a Wikibase client which can serve "description" for local articles.
• Requires the PageImages extension be enabled.
