T260389: Redesign and rebuild the wikireplicas service using a multi-instance architecture changes the architecture of the wiki replicas which unfortunately brings certain restrictions to maintain performance and stability of the replicas.
This task is made to compile all user input and group the most important use cases, and find ways to enable them again to maintain the useful workflows and features.
