Sometimes, when we use the importImages script to import > 1 Gb files, it fails with the following error:

The file "mwstore://local-multiwrite/local-public/e/e3/Poverty_in_America_-_Bernie_Sanders.webm" is in an inconsistent state within the internal storage backends

This can also occurs outside a script execution, as shown at T41221, T49905 or T61971. It happens regularly, see also T139873, T141704.

The only thing I've found in these bugs is the fact @aaron could debug that.
