Pronalazak se odnosi na jedinjenja opšte formule (I) gde R1 predstavlja bilo atom vodonika, bilo amino grupu, bilo (C1-C4) alkil grupu, bilo (C1-C6) alkoksikarbonil grupu, bilo -OH grupu, R2 predstavlja bilo (C1-C6) alkil, bilo fenil ili benzil grupu bilo -CH2Q grupu, gde Q je heterociklična grupa; R3 i R5, na primer, predstavljaju nezavisno svaki od onog drugog bilo atom vodonika, bilo (C1-C4) alkil grupu, bilo -COOH grupu, bilo hidroksilnu grupu; R4 predstavlja bilo atom vodonika, bilo (C1-C4)alkil grupu, bilo -(CH2)p-COOR8 grupu; Z predstavlja bilo -CH- grupu, bilo atom azota.
