Abstract

Postupak za pripremanje formulacije u obliku pilule za kontrolisano davanje, koja sadrzi: I) jezgro koje se sastoji od tvrdog zrnca secera, ili nekog zrnca na kome je budesonid, ili njegov 22-R epimer, ravnomerno rasporeden, i II) u slucaju jezgra koje se sastoji od tvrdog zrnca secera, a) sloj budesonida ili njegovog 22R epimera, i b) farmaceutski prihvatljiv tanki sloj koji obrazuje vodonerastvorljiv ili vodorastvorljiv polimer, ili u slucaju jezgra koje se sastoji od zrnca u kome je budesonid, ili njegov 22R epimer, homogeno rasporeden, po zelji jedan sloj farmaceutski prihvatljivog vodonerastvorljivog polimera koji obrazuje tanak sloj, ili mecavinu vodonerastvorljivih polimera, ili mesavinu vodorastvorljivih i vodonerastvorljivih polimera i iii) membranu koja okruzuje pomenuto jezgro i sloj, i koja sadrzi jedan farmaceutski prihvatljiv anjonski karboksilni polimer koji obrazuje tanak sloj, koji se tesko rastvara pri malim pH, ali koji je rastvorljiv pri vecim pH bilo sam, bilo u kombinaciji sa nekim farmaceutski prihvatljivim vodonerastvorljivim polimerom koji obrazuje tanak sloj, pri cemu je debljina tog sloja ili pomenute membrane i/ili odnos anjonskog karboksilnog polimera prema nerastvorljivom polimeru takav da sprecava ispustanje budesonida, ili njegovog 22R epimera, iz pomenute formulacije pri malim pH vrednostima, ali da omogucuje ispustanje budesonida, ili njegovog 22R epimera, iz pomenute formulacije pri visim pH vrednostima, nazn acen time, sto se obrazuje jezgro od farmaceutski prihvatljivih neutralnih sastojaka sa budesonidom, ili njegovim 22R epimerom, homogeno rasporedenim unutar jezgra, i eventualno to jezgro oblaze vodonerastvorljivim polimerom, ili smesom vodonerastvorljivih polimera, ili smesom vodorastvorljivih i vodonerastvorljivih polimera, ili zatvara jezgro od tvrdog zrnca secera u sloj budesonida, ili njegovog 22R epimera, i vodorastvorljivog ili vodonerastvorljivog polimera, i potom se zatvara ovako oblozeno jezgro u jednu membranu, ili u anjonski karboksilni polimer koji obrazuje tanak sloj, bilo sam bilo u kombinaciji sa vodonerastvorljivim polimerom, tako da formulacija omogucuje ispustanje budesonida, ili njegovog 22R epimera, na nacin iznet u ovom zahtevu. - Prijava sadrzi jos 12 zavisnih zahteva.
