Abstract

naznačen time, što se smeša koja sadrži antibiotik 7-/D-2-amino-2-(4-hidroksifenil) acetamido /-3-/(Z)-1-propenil/cef-3-em-4-karbonsku kiselinu i njegov (E)izomer, formule: dovodi u kontakt sa natrijumovom solju karbonske kiseline, kao što je natrijum 2-etilheksanoat, i sa ketonom kao što je aceton, u inertnom organskom rastvaraču kao što je metanol i na temperaturi od sobne do oko 55В° C; što se dobijena smeša suspenduje u rastvaraču u kome je (E)-izomer rastvoren a (Z)-izomer nerastvoran, kao što je smeša 20-50 zapr. % metanola u acetonu, čime se vrši odvajanje (E)-izomera; i što se naslovno jedinjenje dobija kao talog i, po potrebi, izoluje u obliku svog kristalnog solvata.
