Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA SPROVODJENJE HEMIJSKE REAKCIJE DEHIDRATACIJE, pri dobivanju jedinjenja visoke tačke ključanja, naznačen time, što se L-sorboza dehidratiše organskim rastvaračem, kao što je aceton, etanol ili metanolk, pri čemu je odnos L-sarboze i organskog rastvarača od 10 do 14 v/m, što organski rastvarač i oslobodjena voda grade azeotropnu smešu koja ključa na nižoj temperaturi od dobivenog dehidratacionog proizvoda, što se reakcija dehidratacije odvija uz istovremeno destilovanje nagradjene vode sa organskim rastvaračem rekompresijom pare pri pritisku od 1,4 do 1,6 MPa, na temperaturi od oko 60 C i što je sadržaj vode u organskom rastvaraču od oko 200 do 5000 ppm.
