Abstract

POSTUPCI I SASTAVI ZA IZOLOVANJE TAKSANA, predvidjeni su postupci dobijanja novih izvora taksana, uljučujući taksol. Takodje su opisani sastavi koji sadrže taksane koji mogu da se koriste kao izvorni materijal za dalje prečišćavanje taksana. Posebno je opisan postupak sušenja biljnog materijala u cilju zaštite njihovog sadržaja taksana i lakše ekstrakcije. Osim toga, opisani su i postupci ekstrakcije i prečišćavanja taksola i drugih taksana iz ornamentalnih kultivara primenom serije organskih i vodenih rastvarača i kolona hromatografije normalne faze.
