Description

Technical Field

The present application relates to an inflatable product, in particular to an inflatable bedding.

Background Art

In daily life, inflatable bedding can be used as pillows, mattresses, cushions, pillows, etc. At present, general inflatable bedding includes the following structures, specifically:

The first type is a coat that is sealed and joined by flexible airtight materials to form a cavity. The coat is provided with an air nozzle that is connected to the cavity. The hardness of the inflatable bedding is determined by the amount of inflation. If it is inflated too much, the inflatable bedding will be too hard and difficult to fit the human body. If it is inflated too little, the support will be insufficient, the inflation amount will be difficult to adjust, and the comfort will be poor.

The second type is an outer shell formed by sealing and joining flexible airtight materials to form a cavity, and a filler located in the cavity. The filler is usually sponge or hollow cotton. The filler has a certain volume to meet the height and comfort of the inflatable bedding. Therefore, even after being deflated, the overall storage volume is relatively large.

The third type is to combine the first inflatable bedding with the second inflatable bedding, and to set an inflation cavity at the lower part of the second inflatable bedding. This structure can improve the comfort compared with the first inflatable bedding and reduce the volume of the sponge compared with the second inflatable bedding when the pillow height is the same. However, this structure needs to be provided with two inflation nozzles, which makes inflation and deflation troublesome.

It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", etc. in the description and claims of the present application are used to distinguish similar objects, and are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence.

The terms "including" and "having" and any variations thereof in the specification and claims of this application are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, product or apparatus comprising a series of steps or units is not necessarily limited to those steps or units explicitly listed, but may include other steps or units not explicitly listed or inherent to these processes, methods, products or apparatuses.

The present application provides an inflatable bedding, comprising an inflatable portion 10, wherein the inflatable portion 10 has an inflatable cavity 100 and an air nozzle 101, and the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated and deflated through the air nozzle 101. The inflatable portion 10 can provide stable support when inflated, and can be stored by deflation.

The inflatable bedding also includes a filling body 22 isolated from the inflation cavity 100. The filling body 22 can be made of soft, compressible, and resilient materials such as ordinary sponge, high-resilience sponge or memory foam. When the inflatable bedding is used, the filling body 22 is located between the user and the inflation part 10 to improve the user's comfort when using it.

Separating the filling body 22 from the inflatable part 10 is helpful to speed up the inflation and deflation speed of the inflatable part 10 and improve the convenience of using the inflatable bedding. As for the inflation efficiency of the inflation part 10, it takes more time to inflate or discharge the gas during use.

22。Furthermore, a top surface layer 21 is disposed outside the filling body 22 to protect the filling body 22 .

20。The top layer 21 can be directly fixedly or detachably connected to the inflatable part 10, so as to form a filling cavity 20 for accommodating the filling body 22 between the top layer 21 and the inflatable part 10. The filling cavity 20 can be closed, for example, when all the edges of the top layer 21 are connected to the outer surface of the inflatable part 10, a closed filling cavity 20 is formed; the filling cavity 20 can also be open, for example, when only part of the edges of the top layer 21 are connected to the outer surface of the inflatable part 10, an open filling cavity 20 is formed.

The top surface layer 21 may also be a part of the support part 20, the support part 20 is fixedly or detachably connected to the inflatable part 10, the support part 20 has a filling cavity 200, and the filling body 22 is arranged in the filling cavity 200. When the support part 20 and the inflatable part 10 are detachably connected, the two can be cleaned, replaced or used separately, which can meet different usage requirements.

Furthermore, in order to facilitate the storage of the inflatable bedding, the filling cavity 200 needs to have a breathable structure to enable the filling or discharge of gas. When the filling cavity 200 is open, it has good breathability. When the filling cavity 200 is closed, other breathable structures are required to enable the filling or discharge of gas.

An air nozzle may be provided on the top surface layer 21 to achieve inflation and deflation of the filling cavity 200, but the provision of the air nozzle will affect the user's comfort, and the inflation and deflation speed of the air nozzle is slow, affecting the convenience of use. Preferably, at least a portion of the top surface layer 21 is provided as a breathable area, and the gas in the filling cavity 200 can enter and exit through the breathable area on the top surface layer 21, so there is no need to provide an air nozzle. In some embodiments, the area of the breathable area on the top surface layer 21 is not less than 10%, or 20%, or 30%, or 40%, or 50%, or 60%, or 70%, or 80%, or 90% of the total area of the top surface layer 21. The larger the proportion of the breathable area, the higher the inflation and deflation efficiency.

In some embodiments, the entire top surface layer 21 is a breathable area, and the filling body 22 is connected to the top surface layer 21 or the inflatable portion 10 .

In other embodiments, part of the top surface layer 21 is a breathable area and part of it is an airtight area. For example, when the top surface layer 21 is connected to the filler 22, the connection area between the top surface layer 21 and the filler 22 can be a breathable area, and the area outside the connection area is an airtight area; or, the connection area between the top surface layer 21 and the filler 22 is an airtight area, and the area outside the connection area is a breathable area. It is worth mentioning that the above division of breathable areas and airtight areas is only an exemplary list, not an exhaustive list.

When the top surface layer 21 is partially breathable and partially impermeable, the formation method can be: first provide an overall breathable fabric as a raw material, set a glue layer in the area where the raw material is connected to the filling body 22, and after the glue layer is cured, this part of the top surface layer 21 is made impermeable, while the position where the glue layer is not set remains breathable; or first provide an overall impermeable fabric as a raw material, The area where the material is connected to the filler 22 is hot-melted, and a material with pores is selected as the filler 22. During hot-melting, the plastic melts and deforms, and vents are formed at positions opposite to the pores of the filler 22. Therefore, after hot-melting, the position where the top surface layer 21 is connected to the filler 22 is breathable, and the position where the top surface layer 21 is not in contact with the filler 22 is not breathable; or, first provide an overall airtight fabric as a raw material, connect the fabric to the filler 22 by sewing, and during the sewing process, the fabric of the top surface layer 21 is punctured so that it can be breathable. It is worth mentioning that the formation of the above breathable area and airtight area is only an exemplary list, not an exhaustive list.

Several embodiments are provided below to further understand the technology of the present application.

As shown in Figures 1A, 1B, and 1C, the inflatable bedding includes an inflatable portion 10, which includes a bottom layer 11 and an isolation layer 12 that are sealed and connected, thereby forming an inflatable cavity 100 between the bottom layer 11 and the isolation layer 12, and an air nozzle 101 is provided on the bottom layer 11, and the air nozzle 101 is connected to the inflatable cavity 100, and the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated and deflated through the air nozzle 101.

The inflatable part 10 also includes a drawstring 13 connected to the middle of the bottom layer 11 and the isolation layer 12. The drawstring 13 is used to limit the deformation of the inflatable part 10 during inflation, so that the inflatable part 10 maintains a certain degree of flatness. That is, one end of the drawstring 13 is connected to the bottom layer 11, and the other end of the drawstring 13 is connected to the isolation layer 12. Figures 1A, 1B, and 1C show the changes of the inflatable cavity 100 and the drawstring 13 during the inflation of the inflatable part 10. When the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated, the distance between the bottom layer 11 and the isolation layer 12 gradually expands until the drawstring 13 is tightened and remains stable. It can be understood that when the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated, the drawstring 13 can avoid the upper and lower surfaces of the inflatable part 10 from bulging, which is conducive to maintaining the flatness of the inflatable bedding and improving the comfort of use. At the same time, the drawstring 13 can withstand a part of the air pressure in the inflatable cavity 100, which is conducive to improving the safety and reliability of the inflatable bedding. It is worth mentioning that the drawstring 13 can be made of elastic material or non-elastic material, and a plurality of drawstrings 13 can be arranged in the inflation cavity 100 . The present application does not limit the specific shape of the drawstring 13 .

100。The inflatable bedding also includes a top layer 21, which is connected to the inflatable part 10, so that a filling cavity 200 is formed between the top layer 21 and the isolation layer 12, and a filling body 22 is arranged in the filling cavity 200, and the filling body 22 is a sponge. The top layer 21, the isolation layer 12 and the bottom layer 11 can be laminated and connected by hot melting of the edges, so that the filling cavity 200 and the inflatable cavity 100 are formed on the upper and lower sides of the isolation layer 12 respectively.

The filling body 22 is connected to the top surface layer 21. After the two are connected, relative displacement is not likely to occur, which is more conducive to increasing the comfort during use.

The top surface layer 21 includes a stacked air permeable layer 211 and a film layer 212. The film layer 212 is initially airtight, as shown in FIG1D , that is, the top surface layer 21 is made of an overall airtight material as a raw material, and the raw material is prepared as an existing The process is well-known and will not be described in detail in this application. When the top surface layer 21 and the filling body 22 are connected by hot-melt, the film layer 212 opposite to the filling body 22 is melted by heat. On the one hand, the melted plastic film is connected to the filling body 22. On the other hand, it is affected by the pores on the surface of the filling body 22, and corresponding vents are generated on the film layer 212, as shown in FIG. 1E. The gas enters and exits the filling cavity 200 through the pores on the filling body 22, the vents on the film layer 212, and the breathable layer 211. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the filling body 22 is a sponge with a large number of pores on its surface.

In other words, the filling body 22 and the top surface layer 21 are connected to each other to form a connection area A, as shown in FIG1E , and gas can enter and exit the filling cavity 200 from the connection area A. The connection area A mentioned in this embodiment includes the portion where the vent hole is formed on the film layer 212, and the portion of the air permeable layer 211 and the portion of the filling body 22 opposite to the portion.

It can be understood that FIGS. 1D and 1E are merely schematic diagrams of the breathable layer 211 , the film layer 212 and the filler 22 , and not their actual thicknesses.

When the filling body 22 and the top surface layer 21 are connected to each other, the top surface layer 21 is damaged to a certain extent, so that the top surface layer 21, which is originally impermeable, becomes permeable in the area connected to the filling body 22. In this way, the connection with the filling body 22 is achieved, and the permeability of the filling cavity 200 is achieved, killing two birds with one stone. In addition, since the raw material of the top surface layer 21 can be mass-produced, the raw material of the top surface layer 21 and the filling body 22 can be directly placed between hot-melt equipment for welding during processing, and the processing method of the product is simple, which is conducive to large-scale production.

It is worth mentioning that after the film layer 212 is hot-melted to become breathable, the touch of the outer surface of the top layer 21 in this area may change, thereby affecting the user's comfort. The hot-melt device can be changed so that the film layer 212 is heated only in a part of the area, that is, the film layer 212 and the filler 22 are welded only in the heated area to form a breathable connection area. For example, the heated area of the film layer 212 can be controlled to the part in contact with the edges of the filler 22. After hot-melting, the film layer 212 forms an annular connection area. Compared with the connection area of the entire surface, the area of the film layer 212 that is damaged is reduced, and the change in the touch of the top layer 21 is reduced to a certain extent.

The breathable layer 211 can be a woven fabric, and air can be permeable between the warp and weft lines of the fabric. The breathable layer 211 can be a cotton fabric or a chemical fiber fabric.

The film layer 212 may be, but is not limited to, a polyurethane film. The polyurethane film has good adhesive properties and can be well bonded to the filling body 22 during hot melting.

The bottom layer 12 and the top layer 21 can be made of the same fabric or different fabrics. The isolation layer 11 can be an airtight plastic layer. The edges of the isolation layer 11, the bottom layer 12 and the top layer 21 can be connected by hot-melt technology, which is convenient for processing.

The filling body 22 is located in the middle area of the top layer 21, and its length and width are smaller than the top layer 21, that is, the edges of the top layer 21 extend out of the surrounding side of the filling body 22, so a gap is formed between the top layer 21 and the isolation layer 12 around the filling body 22. In other words, the outer contour of the filling body 22 projected on the inflatable part 10 and the top layer 21 is located within the outer contour of the inflatable part 10 and the top layer 21. When the inflatable bedding is stored, the air nozzle 101 is first opened, the inflatable part 10 is squeezed to discharge the gas in the inflatable cavity 100, and then the inflatable bedding is compressed and rolled up with the top layer 21 as the inner side and the bottom layer 11 as the outer side. During the compression and rolling process, the gas in the filling cavity 200 is continuously discharged. After the rolling is completed, the top layer 21 is rolled inside, so it is not easy for external gas to enter the filling cavity 200, and the inflatable bedding is easier to maintain the compressed and rolled state. In addition, the parts of the top layer 21 that extend beyond the filling body 22 are all airtight areas. After the inflatable bedding is compressed and rolled up, this outer circle of airtight areas can also have a sealing effect, reducing external gas from entering the filling cavity 200, which is beneficial for the inflatable bedding to maintain a compressed state.

Furthermore, the outer peripheral side of the upper surface of the filling body 22 is inclined outward and downward, which is conducive to guiding the top layer 21 to deform and extend toward the inflatable part 10, so that the edge of the top layer 21 can be transitioned. It can be understood that when the inflatable bedding is a pillow or a cushion, the edge transition of the top layer 21 is conducive to fitting the neck or legs, improving comfort.

Inflatable bedding can be pillows, cushions or mattresses, etc.

As shown in FIG2A , the difference between Example 2 and Example 1 is that in Example 2, the filling body 22 has a plurality of through holes 220 penetrating the top and bottom surfaces thereof, and the provision of the through holes 220 is conducive to reducing the volume of the filling body 22 after compression, thereby making the inflatable bedding have a smaller volume in the stored state. The film layer 212 does not contact the filling body 22 at the through holes 220.

Those skilled in the art can understand that the through holes 220 on the filling body 22 described in the present application are different from the pores of the filling body 22 itself when the filling body 22 is a sponge. Usually, a sponge with a certain thickness rarely has a continuous pore directly connecting the top surface and the bottom surface, so the meaning of the through hole 220 is clear to those skilled in the art.

It is understandable that the cross-section of the through hole 220 can be circular, square or other shapes, and the number of the through hole 220 can be single or multiple and arranged in arrays in various forms in the filling body 22 , so as to improve the inflation and deflation efficiency of the support portion 20 .

As shown in 2B, the filler 22 is provided with a prefabricated slit 221 in the initial state, and the filler 22 is connected to the top surface layer 21 in the stretched state, and the prefabricated slit 221 forms a through hole 220 when stretched, as shown in 2C. That is, a smaller material is first cut or punched to form the filler 22 with the prefabricated slit 221, and the filler 22 is stretched to a desired size and then connected to the top surface layer 21, so that the filler 22 is kept in a stretched state, and the prefabricated slit 221 forms a through hole 220. Compared with directly processing the through hole 220, less material is required, the processing technology is simpler, and the cost is reduced.

It is worth mentioning that after the film layer 212 of the top surface layer 21 is heat-melted to become breathable, the touch of the outer surface of the top surface layer 21 in this area changes, which may affect the user's comfort. The provision of the through holes 220 is conducive to reducing the area of the damaged film layer 212. Therefore, in some embodiments, the comfort of the top surface layer 21 can be adjusted by changing the number, aperture, position, etc. of the through holes 220.

As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the difference between Example 3 and Example 1 is that in Example 3, the top surface layer 21 includes a breathable layer 211 and at least two spaced film layers 212, and each film layer 212 is disposed on the inner side of the breathable layer 211. That is, in Example 3, the top surface layer 21 is breathable at the position where the film layer 212 is not disposed. This embodiment is conducive to increasing the area of the breathable region of the top surface layer 21 and improving the filling and discharging efficiency of the filling cavity 200.

The film layer 212 is still connected to the filling body 22 by hot melting, and the connection area A is made breathable.

The number and location of the film layers 212 can be set as needed. For example, two film layers 212 can be respectively set at the two edges opposite to the filling body 22. After hot melting, the top layer 21 is connected to the two edges opposite to the filling body 22, as shown in 3A. In this way, the area of the air permeable region of the top layer 21 can be increased to a greater extent, while also ensuring the stability of the connection between the top layer 21 and the filling body 22. Of course, the number of film layers 212 can also be five, which are respectively set at the positions corresponding to the four corners of the filling body 22 and the center, as shown in 3B.

It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment, at least two film layers 212 are spaced apart, as shown in FIG3C , so that after hot-melt connection, at least two spaced apart connection areas A are formed between the filling body 22 and the top surface layer 21 , as shown in FIG3D .

It is worth mentioning that the arrangement of the film layer 212 may affect the tactile feel of the entire top surface layer 21, and thus affect the user's comfort level. Therefore, in some embodiments, the comfort level of the top surface layer 21 may be adjusted by changing the area of the film layer 212, the arrangement position of the film layer 212, and the number of film layers 212. For example, in some embodiments, the arrangement of the film layer 212 may deteriorate the tactile feel of the top surface layer 21. In these embodiments, only two narrower film layers 212 may be arranged, and the two film layers 212 are respectively arranged at two opposite edges of the breathable layer 211.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the inflatable bedding includes an inflatable portion 10 , which includes a bottom layer 11 and an isolation layer 12 that are sealed and connected, thereby forming an inflatable cavity 100 between the bottom layer 11 and the isolation layer 12 , and an air nozzle 101 is provided on the bottom layer 11 , which is connected to the inflatable cavity 100 , and the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated and deflated through the air nozzle 101 .

The combination of the inflatable part 10 has been described in reference to Example 1 and will not be described in detail here.

22。The inflatable bedding further comprises a top surface layer 21 , which is connected to the inflatable part 10 , so that a filling cavity 200 is formed between the top surface layer 21 and the outer surface of the inflatable part 10 , and the filling cavity 200 is filled with a filling body 22 .

The top surface layer 21 is provided with a connection portion 213, which is connected to the filling body 22. The area on the top surface layer 21 other than the connection portion 213 is a breathable area, which connects the filling cavity 200 with the external atmosphere, and gas is suitable for filling the breathable area and entering and exiting the filling cavity 200. The connection portion 213 can be a glue layer or other connection structure.

During the processing, a breathable fabric is first provided for making the top surface layer 21, and then a connecting portion 213 is provided on the top surface layer 21. The connecting portion 213 itself is not breathable, so the position where the connecting portion 213 is provided on the top surface layer 21 becomes not breathable, while the area where the connecting portion 213 is not provided remains breathable. The connecting portion 213 can be a light-cured or heat-cured adhesive layer, which can be firmly connected to the filling body 22.

Preferably, the area of the air permeable region on the top surface layer 21 is not less than the area of the connecting portion.

As shown in FIG5 , the inflatable bedding includes an inflatable portion 10 , which includes a bottom layer 11 and an isolation layer 12 that are sealed and connected, thereby forming an inflatable cavity 100 between the bottom layer 11 and the isolation layer 12 , and an air nozzle 101 is provided on the bottom layer 11 , which is connected to the inflatable cavity 100 , and the inflatable cavity 100 is inflated and deflated through the air nozzle 101 .

The combination of the inflatable part 10 has been described in reference to Example 1 and will not be described in detail here.

10。The inflatable bedding further comprises a top surface layer 21, which is connected to the inflatable part 10, so that a filling cavity 200 is formed between the top surface layer 21 and the outer surface of the inflatable part 10, and the filling cavity 200 is filled with a filling body 22, which is connected to the inflatable part 10. For example, an adhesive layer 23 is provided between the filling body 22 and the isolation layer 12 to connect the filling body 22 and the inflatable part 10.

200。A ventilated area connecting the filling cavity 200 and the external atmosphere is provided on the top surface layer 21 , and gas is suitable for entering and exiting the filling cavity 200 through the ventilated area.

The top surface layer 21 can be directly made of breathable fabric, such as cotton fabric, or chemical fiber fabric. The top surface layer 21 can also be formed by splicing fabrics of different materials, such as splicing breathable fabric and airtight fabric, so that some areas of the top surface layer 21 are breathable and some areas are airtight.

As shown in Fig. 6A, the inflatable bedding comprises an inflatable part 10, a supporting part 20 and a connecting assembly 30. The support portion 20 has a filling cavity 200, and the filling body 22 is arranged in the filling cavity 200. The support portion 20 has a filling cavity 200 away from the filling cavity 200. The top surface layer 21 of the part 10, and the filling body 22 are connected to the top surface layer 21. The selection of the top surface layer 21 and the connection method of the filling body 22 and the top surface layer 21 can be referred to in Example 1, and will not be repeated here.

The connection assembly 30 includes a first connection member 31 disposed on the inflatable portion 10 and a second connection member 32 disposed on the support portion 20, and the first connection member 31 is detachably connected to the second connection member 32. The first connection member 31 can be disposed on the bottom surface, top surface or side surface of the inflatable portion 10, and the present application does not specifically limit the position of the first connection member 31. The second connection member 32 can also be disposed on the bottom surface, top surface or side surface of the support portion 20, as long as it can be connected to the first connection member 31. Preferably, the second connection member 31 is not disposed on the top surface layer 21 to avoid contact with the user during use and affect comfort.

For example, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are matching Velcro, as shown in 6B, the first connecting member 31 is arranged on the top surface of the inflatable part 10, and the second connecting member 32 is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting part 20, and the connection method between the two is simple and convenient.

For another example, the connection assembly 30 includes multiple pairs of ties, as shown in Figure 6C, each pair of ties includes a first connecting member 31 arranged on the inflatable part 10 and a second connecting member 32 arranged on the support part 20, and the multiple pairs of ties are distributed around the inflatable part 10 and the support part 20.

The connection component 30 can be in various forms. The present application does not limit the specific form of the connection component 30. Any structure that can achieve a detachable connection between the inflatable part 10 and the support part 20 is within the protection scope of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B , the inflatable bedding includes an inflatable portion 10 and a supporting portion 20 . The structure of the inflatable portion 10 may refer to that of Embodiment 1, and will not be described in detail herein.

The support part 20 has a filling cavity 200, and the filling body 22 is arranged in the filling cavity 200. The support part 20 has a top surface layer 21 away from the inflatable part 10, and the filling body 22 is connected to the top surface layer 21. For the selection of the top surface layer 21 and the connection method of the filling body 22 and the top surface layer 21, please refer to Example 1, which will not be repeated here.

The supporting portion 20 further has a receiving cavity 201 for receiving the inflatable portion 10 . The receiving cavity 201 is located below the filling cavity 200 . The receiving cavity 201 may be connected to the filling cavity 200 or may not be connected to the filling cavity 200 .

24。 The support portion 20 is provided with an opening for the inflatable portion 10 to enter and exit the receiving cavity 201 , and a closing member 24 for opening and closing the opening is also provided at the opening.

As shown in Figure 8, the difference between Example 8 and Example 1 is that in Example 8, an extension section 121 is provided on the circumferential side of the isolation layer 12. After the inflation cavity 100 is inflated, the extension section 121 extends toward the top surface layer 21, so that the isolation layer 12 bulges toward the top surface layer 21, and fits with the lower surface of the filling body 22 to support the filling body 22. In addition, the extension section 121 fits with the side of the top surface layer 21, so as to prevent the isolation layer 12 from being subjected to excessive air pressure, and to prevent the gas in the inflation cavity 100 from being squeezed toward the edge and causing the isolation layer 12 to rupture. It is worth mentioning that the top surface layer 21 is covered by the extension section 121 of the isolation layer 12, and the isolation layer 12 is located between the top surface layer 21 and the inflation portion 10, so as to protect the isolation layer 12 and reduce the risk of the isolation layer 12 being punctured.

The difference between Example 9 and Example 1 is that the inflatable bedding further includes a breathable waterproof layer, which is arranged on the outside of the top surface layer 21. The waterproof layer can prevent water from entering the filling cavity 200, which is conducive to keeping the filling body 22 dry.

The waterproof layer may be a coating applied to the outer surface of the top layer 21 , for example, a hydrophobic coating may be applied to the outer surface of the top layer 21 .

The waterproof layer can also be a waterproof fabric independent of the top surface layer 21, which covers the top surface layer 21. The waterproof layer can be fixedly connected to the top surface layer 21 or detachably connected. The advantage of detachable connection is that the user can decide whether to set the waterproof layer according to the usage scenario. If it is used indoors, the waterproof layer can be removed to directly contact the more skin-friendly and comfortable top surface layer 21. If it is used outdoors, the waterproof layer can be covered outside the top surface layer 21 to prevent rain or moisture from entering the filling cavity 200.
