背景
云台摄像机,即带有云台的摄像机。它带有承载摄像机进行水平和垂直两个方向转动的装置,把摄像机装云台上能使摄像机从多个角度进行摄像。
传统技术中,云台摄像机的安装方式都是固定的,一般通过安装支架以壁挂式或吸顶式的方式安装。固定的安装方式使得云台摄像机的安装和使用受到限制,不利于用户灵活的安装和使用,用户的使用场景也受到限制。目前还无法在同一个云台摄像机上实现不同的安装方式。
概述
根据本公开的第一方面,提出了安装结构,用于云台摄像机,安装结构包括:
第一安装部,第一安装部设置在云台摄像机上;
安装支架,安装支架在第一位置或第二位置与第一安装部可拆卸连接;

在本公开可能的一种实施方式中,安装结构的第一安装部和第二安装部通直插连接,具有导向安装的作用,对加工进度和安装精度的要求都较低,再配合锁紧组件的使 用,使得云台摄像机通过安装结构实现不同方式的安装,该安装结构的结构简单,节省成本且易于安装。
在可能的一种实施方式中,第二安装部靠近第一安装部的一端设置有凸起,凸起开设有第一插槽,第一插槽的端头设置有第一插口,凸起开设有第二插槽,第二插槽的端头设置有第二插口;
第一安装部设置有插板,安装支架位于第一位置时,插板沿第二方向通过第一插口与第一插槽直插连接,以与第一位置的安装支架连接,安装支架位于第二位置时,插板沿第二方向通过第二插口与第二插槽直插连接,以与第二位置的安装支架连接。
在可能的一种实施方式中,第一安装部沿第三方向设置有第一导向斜面,第一导向斜面与插板连接,凸起沿第三方向的一侧对应设置有第二导向斜面,第一导向斜面与第二导向斜面沿第三方向倾斜设置,第三方向与第一方向和第二方向之间设置有夹角;
其中,在第一安装部与第二安装部直插连接时,第一导向斜面与第二导向斜面抵接。
在可能的一种实施方式中,第一插槽设置有两个,和/或第二插槽设置有两个,插板设置有两个。
在可能的一种实施方式中,两个插板之间固定连接有加强板,加强板与两个插板构造中空结构。
在可能的一种实施方式中,锁紧组件包括:卡槽,卡槽开设于第一安装部上;卡扣,卡扣设置于第二安装部上;弹性结构,弹性结构设置于第二安装部,且与卡扣连接,当安装支架位于第一位置或第二位置时,弹性结构提供给卡扣卡入卡槽的弹性力。
在可能的一种实施方式中,弹性结构包括:
按压槽,按压槽开设于第二安装部上;
弹臂,弹臂置于按压槽内,弹臂的一端与按压槽固定连接,弹臂的另一端与卡扣固定连接;
弹臂受外力作用,带动卡扣克服弹性力脱离卡槽,实现解锁。
在可能的一种实施方式中,弹臂上设置有按压板。
在可能的一种实施方式中,弹臂靠近第一插槽或第二插槽的一侧设置有加强凸筋。
本公开第二方面的实施例提出了一种云台摄像机,包括上述实施例中的安装结构,安装结构通过第一安装部与云台摄像机连接,第一方向与第二方向垂直。
上述云台摄像机具有安装结构,当第一方向和第二方向垂直时,可以使得云台摄像机的安装方式在壁挂式和吸顶式之间切换,便于用户灵活的安装和使用。

参阅图1至图3,图1示出了本申请一实施例的安装支架1位于第一位置时安装结构及云台摄像机的结构示意图。图2示出了本申请一实施例的安装支架1位于第二位置时安装结构的结构示意图。图3示出了本申请一实施例的安装支架1位于第一位置的预安装位置时安装结构的结构示意图。本申请的一些实施例提出了一种安装结构,用于云台摄像机,包括第一安装部2、安装支架1及锁紧组件4,安装支架1在第一位置或第二位置与第一安装部2可拆卸连接。
其中,安装支架1包括第二安装部3和安装端11,安装支架1位于第一位置(参阅图1)时,第二安装部3与第一安装部2直插连接,安装端11位于云台摄像机第一方向的一端。安装支架1位于第二位置(参阅图2)时,第二安装部3与第一安装部2直插连接,安装端11位于云台摄像机第二方向的一端,第一方向与第二方向之间设置有夹角。锁紧组件4设置于安装支架1与第一安装部2之间,锁紧组件4能够将第一安装部2与安装支架1锁紧固定。
根据本申请实施例的安装结构,第一安装部2和第二安装部3通直插连接,具有导向安装的作用,对加工进度和安装精度的要求都较低,再配合锁紧组件4的使用,使得云台摄像机通过安装结构实现不同方式的安装,该安装结构结构简单,节省成本且易于安装。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,第一方向为图中的Z方向,即竖直方向;第二方向为图中的X方向,即水平方向。当安装支架1在第一位置时,安装支架1的安装端11位于云台摄像机的顶部,将安装端11安装在天花板等待安装位置,使得云台摄像机形成吸顶式安装。当安装支架1在第二位置时,安装支架1的安装端11位于云台摄像机的侧部,将安装端11安装在墙壁等待安装位置,使得云台摄像机形成壁挂式安装。
可以理解的是,根据实际的安装需求和实际的使用场景的特点,第一方向和第二方 向均可以选择其他的方向。安装支架1也可以设置更多的预设位置,安装支架1位于不同的预设位置时,安装端11相对于云台摄像机的位置角度不同。但是无论在哪一个预设位置,第一安装部2和第二安装部3均能够直插连接,并通过锁紧组件4锁紧固定。
参阅图4和图5,图4示出了本申请一实施例的安装结构中安装支架1位于第一位置时的结构示意图。图5示出了本申请一实施例的安装结构中示出了体现第一安装部2的局部结构示意图。在一些实施例中,第二安装部3靠近第一安装部2的一端设置有凸起34,凸起34上开设有第一插槽31,第一插槽31的端头设置有第一插口311,第一安装部2设置有插板21,插板21沿第二方向通过第一插口311与第一插槽31直插连接,以与第一位置的安装支架1连接。具体地,参阅图4,当安装支架1在第一位置时,第一插口311位于第一插槽31的第二方向的一端。
参阅图5和图6,图6示出了本申请一实施例的安装结构中安装支架1位于第二位置时的结构示意图。在一些实施例中,第二安装部3的凸起34上开设有第二插槽32,第一插槽31与第二插槽32之间设置有夹角,第一插槽31和第二插槽32之间的夹角与第一方向、第二方向之间的夹角相同。第二插槽32的端头设置有第二插口321,插板21沿第二方向通过第二插口321与第二插槽32直插连接,以与第二位置的安装支架1连接。具体地,当安装支架1在第二位置时,第二插口321位于第二插槽32的第二方向的一端。安装支架1在第一位置和第二位置时,第一安装部2均是沿第二方向与第二安装部直插连接,连接方便且便捷。
具体地,参阅图4,当安装支架1在第一位置时,凸起34沿第二方向的侧壁开设有第一插槽31,凸起34沿第一方向的侧壁开设有第二插槽32。参阅图6,当安装支架1在第二位置时,凸起34沿第一方向的侧壁开设有第一插槽31,凸起34沿第二方向的侧壁开设有第二插槽32。可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,当第一方向与第二方向垂直时,第一插槽31与第二插槽32也垂直。
具体地,参阅图7和图8,图7示出了本申请一实施例的安装结构中安装支架1位于第一位置的预安装位置时的切面图。图8示出了图1中安装结构位于第一位置时的局部剖视图。插板21通过第一插口311与第一插槽31直插连接,以与第一位置的安装支架1连接。
参阅图9和图10,图9示出了本申请一实施例的安装结构中安装支架1位于第二位置的预安装位置时的切面图。图10示出了图2中安装结构位于第二位置时的局部剖视图。在一些实施例中,插板21通过第二插口321与第二插槽32直插连接,以与第二位 置的安装支架1连接。
参阅图4,在一些实施例中,第一插槽31设置有两个。参阅图6,在一些实施例中,第二插槽32设置有两个。参阅图8和图10,插板21设置有两个。
参阅图5,在一些实施例中,两个插板21之间固定连接有加强板22,加强板22与两个插板21构造中空结构。
参阅图4、图5和图6,在一些实施例中,第一安装部2设置有两个中空结构,即第一安装部2设置有四个插板21,每两个插板21通过一个加强板22形成一个中空结构,该中空结构形成类C型结构。四个插板21形成类双C型的骨型结构,其中,双C相互背离。对应的,第二安装部3设置有对应的四个第一插槽31和第二插槽32。以第一插槽31为例,四个第一插槽31中,两两相对的分置在第二安装部3的两侧,其中,一侧的两个第一插槽31与一个中空结构直插连接,另一侧的两个第一插槽31与另一个中空结构直插连接。如此设置,在第一安装部2与第二安装部3直插连接时,能够同时具有多个直插连接关系,使得连接更加稳定、可靠。
参阅图4、图5和图6,第三方向为图中的NW方向。在一些实施例中,第一安装部2沿第三方向设置有第一导向斜面23,第一导向斜面23与插板21连接,凸起34沿第三方向的一侧对应设置有第二导向斜面33,第一导向斜面23与第二导向斜面33沿第三方向倾斜设置,第三方向与第一方向和第二方向之间设置有夹角;其中,在第一安装部2与第二安装部3直插连接时,第一导向斜面23与第二导向斜面33抵接。
具体地,当第一方向与第二方向垂直时,第三方向位于第一方向和第二方向之间,且第三方向与第一方向的夹角为45度,第三方向与第二方向的夹角为45度。第一导向斜面23和第二导向斜面33的倾斜角度为45度,为第一安装部2和第二安装部3直插连接时,提供辅助支撑,使得连接更加稳定。
参阅图3,在一些实施例中,锁紧组件4包括卡槽41、卡扣42和弹性结构43,卡槽41开设于第一安装部2上。第一安装部2呈安装槽体状,插板21形成的双C型的骨型结构固定于安装槽体内,卡槽41开设于安装槽体的内壁。卡扣42设置于第二安装部3上,弹性结构43设置于第二安装部3上,且与卡扣42连接,当安装支架1位于第一位置或第二位置时,弹性结构43提供给卡扣42卡入卡槽41的弹性力。具体地,卡扣42设置有倾斜的导向面421(参考图4),稍用力便可推进至卡槽41内,通过卡槽41将卡扣42扣住,达到锁紧的目的,此结构省去了传统螺丝锁紧的结构,且极易安装。
结合图6,在一些实施例中,弹性结构43包括按压槽431和弹臂432,按压槽431 开设于第二安装部3上,按压槽431呈沿第二方向设置的长条状。弹臂432置于按压槽431内,弹臂432的一端与按压槽431固定连接,弹臂432的另一端与卡扣42固定连接,卡扣42固定连接在弹臂432的外侧,用于与卡槽41配合。弹臂432受外力作用,带动卡扣42克服弹性力脱离卡槽41,实现解锁。
在一些实施例中,弹臂432上设置有按压板433。按压板433为按压弹臂432提供较好的施力点。按压板433呈圆片状,更易按压。按压板433上可以标识有PUSH(推),以使得按压板433更加明显,在用户自行安装使用时起到引导作用,使得拆装更加方便。
可以理解的是,弹性结构43也可以采用其他弹性件,如弹簧等,只要能够提供给卡扣42卡入卡槽41的弹性力即可。通过按压的方式,使得弹臂432带动卡扣42脱离卡槽41,当按压消失,弹臂432在弹性结构43的弹性力的作用下恢复到原有位置,即可实现锁紧组件4的快锁和快拆的功能,无需螺栓,也无需其他辅助工具,实现一键拆装。
结合图3,在一些实施例中,锁紧组件4设置有两组,分置在两侧,其中弹性结构43也设置在安装支架1两侧,用户拆装时,只要大拇指和食指拿捏一下两侧,即可实现弹性结构43的同步触发,同时解锁或锁紧。弹性结构43带动卡扣42延伸至第二安装部3的外壁,使得结构更加紧凑。参阅图3和图5,每两个插板21与一个加强板22形成的中空结构中,为了给弹性结构43的形变提供空间,设置有缺口211,提供避让空间。
参阅图7,在一些实施例中,弹臂432靠近第一插槽31或第二插槽32的一侧设置有加强凸筋4321。加强凸筋4321分别与弹臂432、安装支架1固定连接。提升弹臂432的连接强度和使用寿命,避免弹臂432经常使用导致的折断,保证锁紧组件4的锁紧可靠性。
参阅图1和图2,本申请的一些实施例提出了一种云台摄像机,包括壳体5以及上述实施例中的安装结构,云台摄像机配置有壳体5,安装结构通过第一安装部2与壳体5连接,第一方向与第二方向垂直。
上述云台摄像机具有安装结构,第一安装部2和第二安装部3通直插连接,具有导向安装的作用,对加工进度和安装精度的要求都较低,再配合锁紧组件4的使用,使得云台摄像机通过安装结构实现不同方式的安装,该云台摄像机结构简单,节省成本且易于安装。当第一方向和第二方向垂直时,可以使得云台摄像机的安装方式在壁挂式和吸顶式之间切换,便于用户灵活的安装和使用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施 例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 安装结构,用于云台摄像机,其包括:
    第一安装部,所述第一安装部设置在所述云台摄像机上;
    安装支架,所述安装支架在第一位置或第二位置与所述第一安装部可拆卸连接;
    其中,所述安装支架包括第二安装部和安装端,所述安装支架位于第一位置时,所述第二安装部与所述第一安装部直插连接,所述安装端位于所述云台摄像机第一方向的一端;所述安装支架位于第二位置时,所述第二安装部与所述第一安装部直插连接,所述安装端位于所述云台摄像机第二方向的一端,所述第一方向与所述第二方向之间设置有夹角;
    锁紧组件,所述锁紧组件设置于所述安装支架与所述第一安装部之间,所述锁紧组件能够将所述第一安装部与所述安装支架锁紧固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装结构,其中,所述第二安装部靠近所述第一安装部的一端设置有凸起,所述凸起开设有第一插槽,所述第一插槽的端头设置有第一插口,所述凸起开设有第二插槽,所述第二插槽的端头设置有第二插口;
    所述第一安装部设置有插板,所述安装支架位于所述第一位置时,所述插板沿所述第二方向通过所述第一插口与所述第一插槽直插连接,以与所述第一位置的安装支架连接,所述安装支架位于所述第二位置时,所述插板沿所述第二方向通过所述第二插口与所述第二插槽直插连接,以与所述第二位置的安装支架连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的安装结构,其中,所述第一安装部沿第三方向设置有第一导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面与所述插板连接,所述凸起沿第三方向的一侧对应设置有第二导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面与所述第二导向斜面沿所述第三方向倾斜设置,所述第三方向与所述第一方向和所述第二方向之间设置有夹角;
    其中,在所述第一安装部与所述第二安装部直插连接时,所述第一导向斜面与所述第二导向斜面抵接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的安装结构,其中,所述第一插槽设置有两个,和/或所述第二插槽设置有两个,所述插板设置有两个。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的安装结构,其中,两个所述插板之间固定连接有加强板,所述加强板与两个所述插板构造中空结构。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一权利要求所述的安装结构,其中,所述锁紧组件包括:
    卡槽,所述卡槽开设于所述第一安装部上;
    卡扣,所述卡扣设置于所述第二安装部上;
    弹性结构,所述弹性结构设置于所述第二安装部,且与所述卡扣连接,当所述安装支架位于所述第一位置或所述第二位置时,所述弹性结构提供给所述卡扣卡入所述卡槽的弹性力。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的安装结构,其中,所述弹性结构包括:
    按压槽,所述按压槽开设于所述第二安装部上;
    弹臂,所述弹臂置于所述按压槽内,所述弹臂的一端与所述按压槽固定连接,所述弹臂的另一端与所述卡扣固定连接;
    所述弹臂受外力作用带动所述卡扣克服所述弹性力脱离所述卡槽,实现解锁。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的安装结构,其中,所述弹臂上设置有按压板。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的安装结构,其中,所述弹臂靠近所述第一插槽或所述第二插槽的一侧设置有加强凸筋。
  10. 云台摄像机,包括权利要求1-9中任一权利要求所述的安装结构,其中,所述安装结构通过所述第一安装部与所述云台摄像机连接,所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
