Abstract

A multi-functional and multimodal ergonomic/therapeutic chair and system provides numerous features and functionalities. The chair includes a ninety degree rotating ovalshaped convex seat with an optional oval-shaped, convex seat with a central opening or depression and adjustable armrests capable of rotation from 0 to 180 degrees (e.g., 180 degree reversing armrests). The chair may form part of a therapeutic system having additional components that work together to provide therapeutic or ergonomic benefits.
