Abstract

La présente invention concerne un produit cosmétique de type huile dans l'eau ayant une excellente capacité de rétention d'humidité et une transparence élevée. Un produit cosmétique huile dans l'eau selon la présente invention comprend (A1) un premier tensioactif qui a une structure spécifique et comprend un groupe éthylèneoxy et un groupe alkylèneoxy ayant 3 à 4 atomes de carbone, (A2) un second tensioactif choisi parmi des tensioactifs ioniques, (B1) une huile polaire, et (C) de l'eau. La teneur en pourcentage du composant (B) par rapport à la masse totale de teneur en huile contenue dans le produit cosmétique huile dans l'eau est de 50% en masse ou plus.
