Description
本发明涉及插座技术领域,具体涉及一种多用途导电片以及能与多种插头配合使用的插座。
导电片是插座内部用于与插头的插脚形成插接式电连接,从而使得插头的插脚与插座内部导线或导电铜排形成电连接的重要导电元器件。
符合国家标准的C13插座(或称:IEC60320 C13,10A,简称为:C13插座)和符合国家标准的C19插座(或称:IEC60320 C19,16A,简称为:C19插座)配合使用的插头的插脚结构不同,C13插座配合的插头的插脚是竖向设置的一字型结构,C19插座配合的插头的插脚是横向向设置的一字型结构,所以与其配合使用的导电片结构也是不同的。
为了提高其通用性,现有技术中本领域技术人员想到了设计一种既能用于与C13插座,又能用于C19插座的导电片结构,此种导电片结构通用性得到了提高,但其他性能却下降了。
本申请人发现现有技术至少存在以下技术问题:
1、现有的导电片结构中导电片与插头的插脚之间是线接触连接,线接触连接接触面积较小,容易发生断开的问题,造成电连接不可靠,且开始使用拔插比较费力,使用一段时间后插头的插脚容易磨损,导致使用寿命较短;
2、现有的导电片结构使用了三片导电铜片,三片导电铜片之间形成的间隙适应两种插头的插脚,但与C19插座配合的插头的插脚以及与C13插座配合的插头的插脚彼此是垂直的,由此上述两种插头其中一种插头的插脚频繁插入三片导电铜片之间后会撑大与其接触的导电铜片的距离,导致上述两种插头其中另一种插头的插脚后续插入后接触不紧密,电连接不可靠。
综上所述,现有技术存在电连接不可靠,且开始使用拔插比较费力,使用一段时间后插头的插脚容易磨损,导致使用寿命较短的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种多用途导电片以及能与多种插头配合使用的插座,解决了现有技术存在电连接不可靠,且开始使用拔插比较费力,使用一段时间后插头的插脚容易磨损,导致使用寿命较短的技术问题。
本发明提供了如下技术方案:
本发明提供的多用途导电片,所述多用途导电片包括底座连接部以及与所述底座连接部固定连接的横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部、纵向弯头片体部以及纵向直立片体部,所述底座连接部用于与导线形成电连接;
所述横向弯头片体部、所述弯折直立片体部能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,所述弯折直立片体部包括纵向直立区段以及横向直立区段,所述纵向直立区段与所述横向弯头片体部两者之间以及所述横向直立区段与所述纵向直立片体部两者之间均存在缝隙;所述横向直立区段与所述横向弯头片体部之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;
所述纵向弯头片体部、所述纵向直立片体部能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。

所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。
本发明实施例提供的能与多种插头配合使用的插座,包括至少一个插座单元,每个插座单元与一个插头相适配,所述插座单元包括外壳以及设置在外壳内的至少两个本发明任一技术方案提供的多用途导电片,(每个插座单元包含的所述多用途导电片的数目可以为三个),所述外壳上设置有插孔,每个多用途导电片与一个插孔相对应。
优选或可选地,所述外壳包括上壳与下壳,其中:所述插孔设置在所述上壳上,所述上壳分为三种:第一种为设置有T型插孔的所述上壳,第二种为设置有横向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,第三种为设置有纵向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,以上三种上壳三者均能与同一结构的下壳相适配。
优选或可选地,所述纵向直立片体部、所述纵向直立区段以及所述横向直立区段三者与所述外壳的上表面之间的夹角均为直角。
优选或可选地,两个所述的多用途导电片彼此对称设置,且彼此对称设置的两个所述多用途导电片的所述弯折直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置,彼此对称设置的两个所述多用途导电片的所述纵向直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置。
本发明实施例提供的上述任一技术方案至少产生了如下的技术效果:
本发明中横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,纵向弯头片体部、纵向直立片体部能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;面接触连接相对于现有技术中的线接触连接,不仅接触面积大,电连接可靠性高,而且插头的插脚承受的摩擦力和压强均相对较小,拔插更顺滑,不容易磨损,所以使用寿命也更长;
同时,弯折直立片体部包括纵向直立区段以及横向直立区段,纵向直立区段与横向弯头片体部两者之间以及横向直立区段与纵向直立片体部两者之间均存在缝隙;横向直立区段与横向弯头片体部之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;纵向弯头片体部与纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口,由此与横向插脚配合的插入口以及与纵向插脚配合的插入口彼此存在间隙,横向插脚与纵向插脚两者的拔插操作不会互相影响,两者其中之一的拔
插也不会导致其中另一插入口的形状和尺寸发生变化,可靠性更好,所以解决了现有技术存在电连接不可靠,且开始使用拔插比较费力,使用一段时间后插头的插脚容易磨损,导致使用寿命较短的技术问题。

下面结合以上附图1-图8更为详细地说明本发明实施例提供的优选实施方式以及诸多可选地实施方案;
本发明实施例中提及的“横向”“纵向”仅仅是为了表述存在垂直位置关系的两个零部件而采用,并不限制插座及其零部件本身使用的空间位置,同时,“第一”以及“第二”仅仅是为了区分零部件,并不构成数量限制。
如图1-图8所示,本发明提供的多用途导电片1包括底座连接部11以及与底座连接部11固定连接的横向弯头片体部12、弯折直立片体部13、纵向弯头片体部14以及纵向直立片体部15,底座连接部11用于与导线形成电连接;底座连接部11优选为具有沿横向方向延伸或沿纵向延伸且弯曲的接线部110,接线部110上设置有导线接线孔;
横向弯头片体部12、弯折直立片体部13能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,弯折
直立片体部13包括纵向直立区段131以及横向直立区段132,纵向直立区段131与横向弯头片体部12两者之间以及横向直立区段132与纵向直立片体部15两者之间均存在缝隙16;横向直立区段132与横向弯头片体部12之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;
纵向弯头片体部14、纵向直立片体部15能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;纵向弯头片体部14与纵向直立片体部15之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。
本发明中横向弯头片体部12、弯折直立片体部13能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,纵向弯头片体部14、纵向直立片体部15能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;面接触连接相对于现有技术中的线接触连接,不仅接触面积大,电连接可靠性高,而且插头的插脚承受的摩擦力和压强均相对较小,拔插更顺滑,不容易磨损,所以使用寿命也更长;
同时,弯折直立片体部13包括纵向直立区段131以及横向直立区段132,纵向直立区段131与横向弯头片体部12两者之间以及横向直立区段132与纵向直立片体部15两者之间均存在缝隙16;横向直立区段132与横向弯头片体部12之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;纵向弯头片体部14与纵向直立片体部15之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口,由此与横向插脚配合的插入口以及与纵向插脚配合的插入口彼此存在间隙,横向插脚与纵向插脚两者的拔插操作不会互相影响,两者其中之一的拔插也不会导致其中另一插入口的形状和尺寸发生变化,所以可靠性更好。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,横向弯头片体部12与横向直立区段132接近的表面自然状态下从上往下依次连续分布有第一弧面121、过度平面122以及第二弧面123,第一弧面121的曲率大于第二弧面123,横向插脚插入横向弯头片体部12与弯折直立片体部13之间后,过度平面122与横向插脚的外壁形成面接触。
以上弧面141的设置不仅可以避免横向弯头片体部12用于接触电连接的表面发生应力集中以及插头插脚和多用途导电片1的磨损,还可以减少拔插插头插脚的阻力,从而改善用户的操作体验。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,纵向弯头片体部14与纵向直立片体接近的表面自然状态下从上往下依次连续分布有上弧面141、连接平面142以及下弧面143,上弧面141的曲率大于下弧面143,纵向插脚插入纵向弯头片体部14与纵向直立片体之间后,连接平面142与纵向插脚的外壁形成面接触。
以上弧面141的设置不仅可以避免纵向弯头片体部14用于接触电连接的表面发生应力集中以及插头插脚和多用途导电片1的磨损,还可以减少拔插插头插脚的阻力,从而改善用户的操作体验。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,横向插脚为符合国家标准的C20插头的插脚,纵
向插脚为符合国家标准的C14插头的插脚。此种设置可以提高本发明的通用性,当然,如果产品出口到国外的话,也可以采用国外的标准进行制造。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,横向弯头片体部12以及纵向弯头片体部14上还设置有冲压而成的加强筋18。加强筋18有利于提高横向弯头片体部12以及纵向弯头片体部14的刚性,确保其弹性较为持久。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,底座连接部11、横向弯头片体部12、弯折直立片体部13、纵向弯头片体部14以及纵向直立片体部15五者为一体式结构。
一体式结构不仅方便冲压制造,而且各部件之间连接可靠性更好。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,纵向直立区段131以及横向直立区段132两者为一体式结构,且两者之间的夹角为直角。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,底座连接部与导线形成电连接的方式包括插接(被配置为插脚构型,例如:在插座被用作转接插座的情况下)、焊接(被配置为焊接引脚或具有焊接部)、缠绕或通过中间导体形成电连接。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,底座连接部还能用于与导电排(板)(例如导电铜排,作为导线的等同替代方式)形成电连接。
本发明实施例提供的一种多用途导电片,该多用途导电片包括底座连接部以及与底座连接部固定连接的横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部、纵向弯头片体部以及纵向直立片体部,底座连接部用于与导线或导电排形成电连接;
横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,弯折直立片体部包括横向直立区段(此结构省略纵向直立区段),横向直立区段与纵向直立片体部两者之间均存在缝隙;横向直立区段与横向弯头片体部之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;纵向弯头片体部、纵向直立片体部能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;纵向弯头片体部与纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。
本发明实施例提供的能与多种插头配合使用的插座,包括至少一个插座单元,每个插座单元与一个插头相适配,插座单元包括外壳17以及设置在外壳17内的至少两个本发明任一技术方案提供的多用途导电片1,每个插座单元包含的多用途导电片1的数目为三个,外壳17上设置有插孔,每个导电片与一个插孔相对应。
本发明提供的能与多种插头配合使用的插座可以包括一个插座单元,也可以包括两个或更多个插座单元,同一插座上的插座单元配合的插头可以相同也可以不同。应用本发明提供的多用途导电片1,可以取得可靠性提高且使用寿命长的优点。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,外壳17包括上壳171与下壳172,其中:插孔设
置在上壳171上,上壳171分为三种:第一种为设置有T型插孔的上壳,第二种为设置有横向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,第三种为设置有纵向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,以上三种上壳171三者均能与同一结构的下壳172相适配。
以上设置只需要生产一种下壳172就可以与多种不同的上壳171组成多种不同的插座,插座可以是两用的,也可以是单用的,由此大大地提高了不同结构形式的插座的生产效率。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,纵向直立片体部15、纵向直立区段131以及横向直立区段132三者与外壳17的上表面之间的夹角均为直角。直角的结构形式不仅方便制造,而且与直立方向与插头的插脚插入的方向是平行的,所以容易形成面接触电连接。
作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,上壳171的插孔的边沿设置有限位凸缘,限位凸缘形成的插头插脚插入口的尺寸小于横向插脚的插入口以及纵向插脚的插入口的尺寸。由此,限位凸缘起到了限位、导向作用,确保了插脚插入方向的精准,更为有效地提高了本发明的可靠性。
如图2所示,作为本发明实施例的可选实施方式,两个的多用途导电片彼此对称设置,且彼此对称设置的两个多用途导电片的弯折直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置,彼此对称设置的两个多用途导电片的纵向直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (14)
- 一种多用途导电片,其特征在于:该多用途导电片包括底座连接部以及与所述底座连接部固定连接的横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部、纵向弯头片体部以及纵向直立片体部,所述底座连接部用于与导线形成电连接;所述横向弯头片体部、所述弯折直立片体部能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,所述弯折直立片体部包括纵向直立区段以及横向直立区段,所述纵向直立区段与所述横向弯头片体部两者之间以及所述横向直立区段与所述纵向直立片体部两者之间均存在缝隙;所述横向直立区段与所述横向弯头片体部之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;所述纵向弯头片体部、所述纵向直立片体部能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述横向弯头片体部与所述横向直立区段接近的表面自然状态下从上往下依次连续分布有第一弧面、过度平面以及第二弧面,所述第一弧面的曲率大于所述第二弧面,所述横向插脚插入所述横向弯头片体部与所述弯折直立片体部之间后,所述过度平面与所述横向插脚的外壁形成面接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体接近的表面自然状态下从上往下依次连续分布有上弧面、连接平面以及下弧面,所述上弧面的曲率大于所述下弧面,所述纵向插脚插入所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体之间后,所述连接平面与所述纵向插脚的外壁形成面接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述横向插脚为符合国家标准的C20插头的插脚,所述纵向插脚为符合国家标准的C14插头的插脚。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述横向弯头片体部以及所述纵向弯头片体部上还设置有冲压而成的加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述底座连接部、所述横向弯头片体部、所述弯折直立片体部、所述纵向弯头片体部以及所述纵向直立片体部五者为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述纵向直立区段以及所述横向直立区段两者为一体式结构,且两者之间的夹角为直角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述底座连接部与所述导线形成电连接的方式包括插接、焊接、缠绕或通过中间导体形成电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途导电片,其特征在于:所述底座连接部还能用于与导电排形成电连接。
- 一种多用途导电片,其特征在于:该多用途导电片包括底座连接部以及与所述底座连接部固定连接的横向弯头片体部、弯折直立片体部、纵向弯头片体部以及纵向直立片体部,所述底座连接部用于与导线或导电排形成电连接;所述横向弯头片体部、所述弯折直立片体部能与插入的横向插脚形成面接触电连接,所述弯折直立片体部包括横向直立区段,所述横向直立区段与所述纵向直立片体部两者之间均存在缝隙;所述横向直立区段与所述横向弯头片体部之间形成的间隙形成横向插脚的插入口;所述纵向弯头片体部、所述纵向直立片体部能与插入的纵向插脚形成面接触电连接;所述纵向弯头片体部与所述纵向直立片体部之间的间隙形成纵向插脚的插入口。
- 一种能与多种插头配合使用的插座,其特征在于:包括至少一个插座单元,每个插座单元与一个插头相适配,所述插座单元包括外壳以及设置在外壳内的至少两个权利要求1-10任意一项所述的多用途导电片,所述外壳上设置有插孔,每个多用途导电片与一个插孔相对应。
- 根据权利要求11所述的能与多种插头配合使用的插座,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上壳与下壳,其中:所述插孔设置在所述上壳上,所述上壳分为三种:第一种为设置有T型插孔的所述上壳,第二种为设置有横向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,第三种为设置有纵向设置的一字型插孔的上壳,以上三种上壳三者均能与同一结构的下壳相适配。
- 根据权利要求11所述的能与多种插头配合使用的插座,其特征在于:所述纵向直立片体部、所述纵向直立区段以及所述横向直立区段三者与所述外壳的上表面之间的夹角均为直角。
- 根据权利要求11所述的能与多种插头配合使用的插座,其特征在于:两个所述的多用途导电片彼此对称设置,且彼此对称设置的两个所述多用途导电片的所述弯折直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置,彼此对称设置的两个所述多用途导电片的所述纵向直立片体部以彼此邻近的方式布置。
