Description
本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种滑卷显示装置。
柔性显示面板具有可弯折、可卷曲等优点,为新形态显示装置的设计提供了可能。作为柔性显示面板的一种应用方式,滑卷显示装置可根据用户需求提供不同尺寸的屏幕显示面积。
现有的滑卷显示装置大多由电力驱动,在由收紧状态到展开状态时,滑卷显示装置的驱动力是恒定的,但柔性显示面板的模量会随着使用环境发生变化,恒定的驱动力会影响柔性显示面板的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,在上述背景技术部分公开的信息仅用于加强对本公开的背景的理解,因此可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种滑卷显示装置。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种滑卷显示装置,包括固定壳体、滑动壳体、弹性组件和卡接组件,滑动壳体滑动连接于固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的一边;弹性组件包括第一弹性件,第一弹性件的一端与固定壳体抵接,另一端与滑动壳体抵接;卡接组件用于连接滑动壳体与固定壳体。
在本公开的一个实施例中,滑卷显示装置包括两个滑动壳体和至少一对弹性组件,两个滑动壳体滑动连接于固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的两边;一对弹性组件包括两个弹性组件,两个弹性组件的第一弹性件的一端与固定壳体抵接,另一端分别与两个滑动壳体抵接。
在本公开的一个实施例中,一对弹性组件中的两个弹性组件沿第一方向排布,并沿第二方向相互错开,第二方向垂直于第一方向。
在本公开的一个实施例中,滑卷显示装置包括多对弹性组件,多对弹性组件沿第二方向依次排布,每两对弹性组件为一组,一组弹性组件中的两对弹性组件关于固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的中心线的对称设置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,固定壳体上设有安装腔,弹性组件设于安装腔内,弹性组件还包括安装座和导向柱,安装座设于安装腔内,导向柱固定于安装座上,并沿第一方向延伸,第一弹性件套接于导向柱上,第一弹性件穿过设于安装座的通孔,抵接于滑动壳体上。
在本公开的一个实施例中,滑动显示装置还包括弹簧座,第一弹性件至少部分位于弹簧座内,弹簧座伸入安装座内,弹簧座远离滑动壳体的一端设有止挡部,止挡部的尺寸大于通孔的尺寸。
在本公开的一个实施例中,卡接组件包括第一卡接件和第二卡接件,第一卡接件和第二卡接件中的一个设于其中一个滑动壳体上,另一个设于固定壳体上或另一个滑动壳体上。

本公开实施方式提供一种滑卷显示装置。如图1至12所示,该滑卷显示装置,包括固定壳体1、滑动壳体2、弹性组件3和卡接组件4,滑动壳体2滑动连接于固定壳体1沿第一方向延伸的一边;弹性组件3包括第一弹性件33,第一弹性件33的一端与固定壳体1抵接,另一端与滑动壳体2抵接;卡接组件4用于连接滑动壳体2与固定壳体1。
当卡接组件4将滑动壳体2与固定壳体1连接时,弹性组件3的第一弹性件33处于压缩状态。当卡接组件4将滑动壳体2与固定壳体1分开时,第一弹性件33推动滑动壳体2相对于固定壳体1滑动,使得滑动壳体2沿第一方向远离固定壳体1,带动柔性显示面板6展开,增大柔性显示面板6的显示面积。当柔性显示面板的模量变化时,第一弹性件33所提供的驱动力也会随之发生变化,在滑卷显示装置展开过程中,
始终能提供适应柔性显示面板模量的驱动力,避免了对柔性显示面板的使用寿命的影响。
下面结合具体的实施例对本公开实施方式涉及的滑卷显示装置进行详细说明。
如图1至图5所示,滑卷显示装置包括固定壳体1,固定壳体1为矩形结构,固定壳体1包括支撑板11和两个导向板12,支撑板11包括两个相互平行的第一边和两个相互平行的第二边,第一边沿第一方向延伸,第二边沿第二方向延伸,第一边的长度大于第二边的长度。两个导向板12分别设于支撑板11的两条第一边上,导向板12所在平面垂直于支撑板11所在平面。需要说明的是,第二方向垂直于第一方向,第三方向垂直于第一方向和第二方向,第一方向为图1中的x方向,第二方向为图1中的y方向。
滑卷显示装置还包括两个滑动壳体2,两个滑动壳体2沿第一方向分别设于固定壳体1的两侧,即两个滑动壳体2分别靠近固定壳体1的两个第二边设置。滑动壳体2包括滑动板21、连接臂22和连接板23,连接臂22沿第二方向延伸,滑动板21沿第一方向延伸,滑动板21设于连接臂22的两端,且向靠近固定壳体1的一侧延伸,连接板23位于两个连接臂22之间,且沿第一方向向靠近固定壳体1的一侧延伸。固定壳体1的两个导向板12上均设有轨道,两个滑动板21滑动连接于轨道内。
滑卷显示装置还包括多对弹性组件3,多对弹性组件3沿第二方向依次排布,每对弹性组件3包括两个弹性组件3,两个弹性组件3关于固定壳体1沿第二方向延伸的中心线对称设置。为了避免两个弹性组件3之间相互干涉,缩小弹性组件3的安装区域在第一方向上的尺寸,将一对弹性组件3中的两个弹性组件3沿第一方向排布。
如图6所示,固定壳体1上设有安装腔13,弹性组件3设于安装腔13内。弹性组件3包括安装座31、第一弹性件33和导向柱32,安装座31设于安装腔13内,导向柱32固定于安装座31上,并沿第一方向延伸,一对弹性组件3中的两个安装座31相背设置,因此一对弹性组件3中的两个导向柱32的延伸方向在第一方向上相反。第一弹性件33可以为弹簧,第一弹性件33套接于导向柱32上,安装座31上设有通孔,通孔的
中心位于导向柱32的中心线上,第一弹性件33穿过通孔抵接于滑动壳体2上。需要说明的是,抵接指的是第一弹性件33与滑动壳体2紧密接触,第一弹性件33与滑动壳体2抵接时,第一弹性件33具有一定的形变量。
为了防止第一弹性件33从导向柱32上脱出,滑动显示装置还包括弹簧座34,弹簧座34穿过通孔,伸入安装座31内,弹簧座34远离滑动壳体2的一端设有止挡部341,止挡部341的尺寸大于通孔的尺寸。第一弹性件33的一端与安装座31的底部始终保持接触,另一端与弹簧座34的底部始终保持接触。
如图7至图9所示,滑动显示装置还包括卡接组件4,卡接组件4包括推杆43、第一卡接件41和第二卡接件42,推杆43穿过固定壳体1的侧壁,伸入固定壳体1靠近弹性组件3的一面,第二卡接件42的中部转动连接于固定壳体1上,两个第二卡接件42的转接位置沿第一方向位于推杆43的两侧,第二卡接件42位于两个转接位置之间的部分滑动连接于推杆43上,即第二卡接件42远离第一卡接件41的一端滑动连接于推杆43上,两个第二卡接件42滑动连接于推杆43的同一位置。第一卡接件41固定于滑动壳体2的连接板23上,当两个滑动壳体2向靠近固定壳体1的方向移动时,第一卡接件41向第二卡接件42靠近。
卡接组件4还包括销轴47,第二卡接件42上设有沿第一方向延伸的腰形孔,推杆43上设有第一连接孔431,销轴47穿过腰形孔和第一连接孔431,将第二卡接件42和推杆43连接在一起。使得第二卡接件42相对于固定壳体转动时,销轴47在腰型孔425内滑动和转动,从而限定第二卡接件42的转动轨迹和行程。需要说明的是,腰型孔425包括相互平行的两个直线段孔壁以及连接两个直线段孔壁两端的弧形孔壁。
为了保证推杆43在推动第二卡接件42后能有效回弹,卡接组件4还包括第二弹性件44、第一挡块45和第二挡块46,第二弹性件44抵接于第一挡块45与第二挡块46之间,第一挡块45与固定壳体1固定连接,第二挡块46与推杆43固定连接,第二挡块46具有凸出部461,凸出部461由固定壳体1的侧壁伸出。第一挡块45包括连接结构451,第一挡块45通过两个连接结构451与固定壳体1连接,第二挡块46设于两个连接
结构451之间,第一挡块45的尺寸小于等于两个连接结构451之间的距离。
第一卡接件41为第一卡钩,第二卡接件42为第二卡钩,第一卡接件41包括第一固定部411、第一连接部412和第一卡接部413,第一固定部和第一连接部412均沿第一方向延伸,第一卡接部413沿第二方向延伸,第一连接部412沿第二方向的尺寸小于第一固定部沿第二方向的尺寸,第一固定部与第一卡接部413形成第一卡槽414。
第二卡接件42包括第二固定部421、第二连接部422和第二卡接部423,第二固定部421和第二连接部422均沿第一方向延伸,第二卡接部423沿第二方向延伸,第二连接部422沿第二方向的尺寸小于第二固定部421沿第二方向的尺寸,第二固定部421与第二卡接部423形成第二卡槽424。当第二卡接件42与第一卡接件41连接时,第一卡接部413位于第二卡槽424内,第二卡接部423位于第二卡槽424内。
第一卡接部413远离第一固定部411的一侧具有第一倾斜面415,第二卡接部423远离第二固定部421的一侧具有与第一倾斜面415匹配的第二倾斜面426。需要说明的是,第二卡接件42通过第二固定部421与推杆43和固定壳体1连接。
在其他可实现的实施方式中,也可以在其中一个滑动壳体2上设置第一卡接件41,并将第一卡接件41与该滑动壳体2固定连接,将第二卡接件42设于另一个滑动壳体2上,将推杆43穿过该滑动壳体2的侧壁,第二卡接件42的转接位置沿第一方向位于推杆43靠近第一卡接件41的一侧,第二卡接件42的中部转动连接于该滑动壳体2上,第二卡接件42远离第一卡接件41的一端滑动连接于推杆43上。第一卡接件41和第二卡接件42的结构和设置方向与上面提到的相同,在此不再进行赘述。
如图10所示,滑卷显示装置还包括支撑机构,支撑机构包括多个折叠连杆组件5,折叠连杆组件5包括多个相互铰接的连杆51,位于各个折叠连杆组件5两端的连杆51分别连接固定壳体1和滑动壳体2。当滑动壳体2沿第一方向远离固定壳体1时,相邻两个连杆51之间的夹角逐渐增大,折叠连杆组件5逐渐展开。
折叠连杆组件5还包括铆钉53,连杆51的两端设有连接部511,连接部511上设有第二连接孔,铆钉53穿过第二连接孔,将相邻两个连杆51连接在一起,两个连杆51能够相对铆钉53转动,改变彼此之间的夹角。可以理解的是,通过多个铆钉53将多个连杆51铰接在一起。
折叠连杆组件5还包括扭簧52,扭簧52套接于铆钉53上,当卡接组件4将滑动壳体2与固定壳体1分开时,滑动壳体2向远离固定壳体1的方向滑动,相邻两个连杆51之间的角度逐渐增大,扭簧52会逐渐放松,对相邻两个连杆51的进行挤压,使得支撑机构由收紧状态逐渐变为支撑状态。当手动推动将滑动壳体2向靠近固定壳体1的方向滑动时,相邻两个连杆51对扭簧52进行挤压,使得扭簧52会逐渐收紧,相邻两个连杆51之间的角度逐渐缩小,支撑机构由支撑状态逐渐变为收紧状态。
再次参见图1至图5,滑卷显示装置还包括柔性显示面板6,柔性显示面板6部分固定于固定壳体1远离弹性组件3的一面,并沿支撑机构卷绕至靠近固定壳体1靠近弹性组件3的一面,柔性显示面板6能够相对于滑动壳体2滑动。滑卷显示装置还包括柔性支撑板7,柔性支撑板7固定于柔性显示面板上,柔性支撑板7部分位于支撑机构与柔性显示面板之间,部分位于滑动壳体2与柔性显示面板之间。因为柔性显示面板6与滑动壳体2同步滑动,第一卡接件41也可以直接连接于柔性显示面板6上。
柔性支撑板7与柔性显示面板6的形状大小相匹配,柔性支撑板7与柔性显示面板6可以固定在一起,当滑动壳体2向远离固定壳体1的方向滑动时,柔性支撑板7相对于连接臂22滑动,使得位于柔性支撑板7的两个自由端相互远离,从而带动柔性显示面板6的部分从非显示面滑动至显示面,使得滑卷显示装置的显示面积增大。
当手动推动将滑动壳体2向靠近固定壳体1的方向滑动时,当滑动壳体2向远离固定壳体1的方向滑动时,柔性支撑板7相对于连接臂22滑动,使得位于柔性支撑板7的两个自由端相互靠近,从而带动柔性显示面板6的部分从显示面滑动至非显示面,使得滑卷显示装置的显示面积减小。
需要说明的是,该柔性显示装置除了显示面板以外,还包括其他必要
的部件和组成,具体例如电路板、电源线,等等,本领域技术人员可根据该显示装置的具体使用要求进行相应地补充,在此不再赘述。滑卷显示装置可以是传统电子设备,例如:手机、电脑、电视和摄录放影机,也可以是新兴的穿戴设备,例如:虚拟现实设备和增强现实设备,在此不一一进行列举。
为了保证折叠连杆组件5沿第一方向展开,滑卷显示装置还包括沿第一方向设置的导轨14,导轨14沿第一方向设置,导轨14可以固定连接于固定壳体1上,滑动壳体2设置与导轨14对应的滑块,滑块固定连接于滑动壳体2上,滑块滑动连接于导轨14内,从而限定连接板23相对于固定壳体1的滑动方向,进而确定柔性显示面板的中间部位的滑动轨迹,使得柔性显示面板在展开过程中始终处于平整状态。
如图11和12所示,在此结合图1至10示出的滑卷显示装置的具体结构,对滑卷显示装置的工作过程进行详细说明。
手动推动滑动壳体2沿第一方向朝靠近固定壳体1的方向运动,折叠连杆组件5中相邻两个连杆51之间的角度逐渐减小,扭簧52逐渐收紧,与此同时滑动壳体2与固定壳体1之间的距离越来越小,当连接板23与弹簧座34接触时,第一弹性件33被压缩,弹簧座34沿着固定壳体1的内壁滑动,第一卡接件41的第一倾斜面415沿着第二卡接件42的第二倾斜面426滑动,当弹簧座34运动至与安装座31的底部接触时,第一卡接件41滑入的第二卡接件42的第二卡槽424内,柔性显示面板的显示面积逐渐缩小,滑卷显示装置由展开状态变为收紧状态。
当按压第二挡块46上的凸出部461时,推杆43推动第一卡接件41沿着销轴47旋转,使得第一卡接件41从第二卡接件42的第二卡槽424中脱出,连接板23与弹簧座34分离,此时第一弹性件33开始放松,第一弹性件33推动弹簧座34沿第一方向朝远离固定壳体1的方向移动时,使得相邻两根连杆51之间的角度逐渐变大,使得扭簧52逐渐放松,当弹簧座34的止挡部341与安装座31抵接时,扭簧52继续放松使得相邻两根连杆51之间的角度继续变大,推动滑动壳体2向远离固定壳体1的方向继续移动,滑卷显示装置由收紧状态变为展开状态。

- 一种滑卷显示装置,其中,包括:固定壳体;滑动壳体,滑动连接于所述固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的一边;弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述固定壳体抵接,另一端与所述滑动壳体抵接;卡接组件,用于连接所述滑动壳体与所述固定壳体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述滑卷显示装置包括两个滑动壳体和至少一对弹性组件,两个所述滑动壳体滑动连接于所述固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的两边;所述一对弹性组件包括两个所述弹性组件,两个所述弹性组件的第一弹性件的一端与所述固定壳体抵接,另一端分别与两个所述滑动壳体抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述一对弹性组件中的两个所述弹性组件沿所述第一方向排布,并沿第二方向相互错开,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述滑卷显示装置包括多对弹性组件,多对所述弹性组件沿所述第二方向依次排布,每两对所述弹性组件为一组,一组弹性组件中的两对弹性组件关于所述固定壳体沿第一方向延伸的中心线的对称设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述固定壳体上设有安装腔,所述弹性组件设于所述安装腔内,所述弹性组件还包括安装座和导向柱,所述安装座设于所述安装腔内,所述导向柱固定于所述安装座上,并沿所述第一方向延伸,所述第一弹性件套接于所述导向柱上,所述第一弹性件穿过设于所述安装座的通孔,抵接于所述滑动壳体上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述滑动显示装置还包括弹簧座,所述第一弹性件至少部分位于所述弹簧座内,所述弹簧座伸入所述安装座内,所述弹簧座远离所述滑动壳体的一端设有止挡部,所述止挡部的尺寸大于所述通孔的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述卡接组件包括第一卡接件和第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件中的一个 设于其中一个所述滑动壳体上,另一个设于固定壳体上或另一个所述滑动壳体上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述第一卡接件固定连接于所述滑动壳体上,所述卡接组件还包括推杆,所述推杆穿过所述固定壳体的侧壁,所述第二卡接件转动连接于所述固定壳体上,所述第二卡接件远离所述第一卡接件的一端滑动连接于所述推杆上,所述第二卡接件滑动时,所述第二卡接件能相对于所述固定壳体转动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的滑卷显示装置,其中,所述卡接组件还包括第二弹性件、第一挡块和第二挡块,所述第二弹性件抵接于所述第一挡块与所述第二挡块之间,所述第一挡块与所述固定壳体固定连接,所述第二挡块与所述推杆固定连接,所述第二挡块具有凸出部,所述凸出部由所述固定壳体的侧壁伸出。
