Abstract
The invention relates to an improved ashtray, characterised in that it comprises a container made up of two half-shells (1-2) with hinge means (3) therebetween, as well as a locking means (4-4') for locking the container in the closed position. When open, the device defines a receptacle for cigarette butts and ash generated from smoking, the lateral edges of both half-shells being connected to one another by means of a bellows-type structure (8), and the rear face of the device including a flange (6) for attaching to the opening in a corresponding cigarette packet (7).
Description
DESCRIPCIÓN Colillero perfeccionado. SECTOR DE LA TÉCNICA La presente invención se refiere a un colillero, es decir, a un envase destinado a recoger las colillas y cenizas de los cigarros durante su consumo. El objeto de la invención es proporcionar un dispositivo portátil, fácil de vincular a la propia cajetilla de tabaco, ofreciendo así medios para recoger los residuos generados al fumar un cigarrillo, evitando por tanto el ensuciamiento del entorno en el que se encuentre el usuario. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN Como es sabido, aunque existen dispositivos para la recogida de colillas y cenizas, éstos no siempre están accesibles cuando se necesitan, sobretodo en determinados espacios públicos, lo que obliga a los fumadores a utilizar la propia cajetilla de tabaco como cenicero, o bien tirar las cenizas y colillas generadas a la calle, soluciones que distan mucho de resultar adecuadas. EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN El colillero que se preconiza resuelve de forma plenamente satisfactoria la problemática anteriormente expuesta, en base a una solución sencilla pero eficaz, que permite su vinculación a una cajetilla de tabaco, de modo que éste esté siempre disponible para poder ser utilizado durante el consumo de los correspondientes cigarrillos, evitando así el ensuciamiento de los espacios públicos, y presentando un carácter preferentemente reutilizable, que evite una generación excesiva de residuos. Para ello, y de forma más concreta, el dispositivo de la invención se constituye a partir de un envase practicable, en el que participan dos semi-carcasas dotadas de medios de abisagramiento entre ellas, así como de bloqueo en su posición de cierre, dispositivo que en
situación de apertura define un espacio receptor de las colillas y cenizas generadas durante el consumo de cigarrillos. El envase presentará en disposición de cierre una configuración tendente al prisma rectangular, de reducido espesor, y de anchura y altura acordes al paquete de tabaco en el que está destinado a implantarse, en correspondencia con su embocadura, a la que se fija a través de una pestaña emergente de la cara posterior de dicho cuerpo. De esta forma el dispositivo se puede vincular fácilmente a la cajetilla de tabaco de forma sumamente estable, formando un conjunto que se transporta siempre unido, con una mínima ocupación volumétrica en situación inoperante, pero que una vez abierto define un espacio receptor para las colillas suficientemente amplio para su cómoda utilización. De acuerdo con otra de las características de la invención la doble carcasa que constituye el cuerpo principal del dispositivo se complementa con una estructura tipo fuelle que se vincula a los laterales de cada semi-carcasa, con una doble función, por un lado definir medios de retención lateral para las colillas/cenizas introducidas en el seno del dispositivo, mientras que por otro lado define el grado de apertura máximo del dispositivo en situación operativa. Se consigue de esta manera un dispositivo sumamente sencillo pero eficaz, discreto y poco voluminoso pero sumamente útil y efectivo en su función. BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de planos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura 1.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de un colillero perfeccionado realizado de acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención, colillero que aparece desprovisto de las estructuras laterales tipo fuelle que limitan su grado de apertura y definen los medios de
retención lateral para las colillas y cenizas destinadas a introducirse en su seno. La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en una perspectiva opuesta del dispositivo de la figura anterior. La figura 3.- Muestra una vista en planta del conjunto de las figuras 1 y 2. La figura 4.- Muestra una vista en perfil del conjunto de las figuras anteriores. La figura 5.- Muestra, finalmente, una vista en perspectiva del dispositivo completo, en situación operativa, implantado sobre una cajetilla de tabaco. REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN A la vista de las figuras reseñadas, puede observarse como el dispositivo de la invención se constituye a partir de un envase a base de dos semi-carcasas (1-2) dotadas de medios de abisagramiento (3) entre ellas, así como de bloqueo (4-4’) en su posición de cierre, dispositivo que en situación de apertura define un espacio receptor de las colillas y cenizas generadas durante el consumo de cigarrillos. En cuanto a los medios de abisagramiento (3), estos podrán ser de cualquier tipo conocido, en función del material en que se obtenga el dispositivo. Así pues, si el dispositivo se obtiene en metal, podrían materializarse en bisagras, mientras que si está obtenido en plástico podría materializarse en una charnela, mientras que, si el dispositivo se obtiene en cartón, dichos medios de abisagramientos se materializarán en una tira de cartón encolada a ambas semi-carcasas, similar a las utilizadas en los lomos de encuadernación de los libros. Paralelamente, los medios de bloqueo (4-4’) también pueden materializarse de muy diversas formas convencionales, ya sea mediante las pestañas complementarias representadas en las figuras, mediante imanes complementarios encajados en orificios (5) establecidos sobre ambas semi-carcasas (1-2), o bien mediante encaje parcial y ajustado de una semi-carcasa sobre la otra, sin que ello afecte a la esencia de la invención.
Tal y como se puede ver especialmente en las figuras 2 y 5, el dispositivo incluye en su cara posterior una pestaña (6) destinada a adaptarse ajustadamente al tramo intermedio de la embocadura en “U" de la cajetilla (7), presentando una anchura acorde a dicho tramo intermedio, que evita que una vez vinculado el colillero a la cajetilla, como muestra la figura 5, este se pueda mover lateralmente con respecto a la misma. En dicha figura 5 se puede observar como el dispositivo incluye sobre los bordes laterales de ambas semi-carcasas una estructura tipo fuelle (8) que será de un material ignífugo, y que actúa como elemento retenedor de las colillas y cenizas arrojadas en el seno del dispositivo, limitando igualmente el grado de apertura para el mismo.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As is known, although there are devices for collecting cigarette butts and ashes, these are not always accessible when needed, especially in certain public spaces, which forces smokers to use the cigarette pack itself as an ashtray, or throw the ashes and butts generated into the street, solutions that are far from being adequate. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The cigarette butt holder recommended solves the problem described above in a fully satisfactory manner, based on a simple but effective solution, which allows it to be linked to a pack of tobacco, so that it is always available to be used during the consumption of the corresponding cigarettes, thus avoiding the littering of public spaces, and preferably having a reusable character, which avoids excessive generation of waste. To this end, and more specifically, the device of the invention is made up of a practicable container, in which two semi-shells are provided with means of hinging between them, as well as locking in their closed position, a device that in The open position defines a receiving space for the cigarette butts and ashes generated during cigarette consumption. The container will have a closed configuration tending to a rectangular prism, of reduced thickness, and of width and height in accordance with the tobacco packet in which it is intended to be implanted, in correspondence with its mouthpiece, to which it is fixed through a tab emerging from the rear face of said body. In accordance with another of the characteristics of the invention, the double casing that constitutes the main body of the device is complemented by a bellows-type structure that is linked to the sides of each semi-casing, with a double function, on the one hand defining lateral retention means for the cigarette butts/ashes introduced into the device, while on the other hand defining the maximum degree of opening of the device in an operational situation. In this way, an extremely simple but effective device is achieved, discreet and not bulky but extremely useful and effective in its function. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is going to be made below and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, in accordance with a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, a set of plans is attached as an integral part of said description, where for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1.- Shows a perspective view of an improved cigarette butt holder made in accordance with the object of the present invention, which cigarette butt holder appears devoid of the bellows-type lateral structures that limit its degree of opening and define the means of lateral retention for the cigarette butts and ashes intended to be introduced into its chamber. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures outlined, it can be observed how the device of the invention is constituted from a container based on two semi-shells (1-2) provided with hinging means (3) between them, as well as locking means (4-4') in its closed position, device that in the open situation defines a receiving space for the cigarette butts and ashes generated during the consumption of cigarettes. As regards the hinging means (3), these may be of any known type, depending on the material from which the device is obtained. Thus, if the device is obtained in metal, they could be materialized in hinges, while if it is obtained in plastic it could be materialized in a hinge, while, if the device is obtained in cardboard, said hinging means will be materialized in a strip of cardboard glued to both semi-shells, similar to those used in the binding spines of books. At the same time, the locking means (4-4') can also be materialized in very diverse conventional ways, either by means of the complementary tabs represented in the figures, by means of complementary magnets fitted into holes (5) established on both semi-shells (1-2), or by partial and tight fitting of one semi-shell on the other, without affecting the essence of the invention.
