АППАРАТ ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА ТРАКЦИЕЙ И ПАРОМ APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF SPINE DISEASES WITH TRACTION AND STEAM
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к устройствам лечения некоторых заболеваний позвоночника. The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for treating certain spinal diseases.
Известен аппарат для тракционного метода лечения заболеваний позвоночника на фоне паровой релаксации (KZ29887B, 15.05.2015). Аппарат для тракционного метода лечения заболеваний позвоночника на фоне паровой релаксации (далее - тракционный аппарат или ТА) состоит из корпуса, изготовленного из дерева в виде горизонтально расположенной, герметично закрытой бочки. Крышки, расположенной с передней стороны тракционного аппарата, изготовлена из дерева. Открывается поднятием вверх при помощи металлической дверной ручки, в открытом положении крышка находится за счет металлического фиксатора расположенного внутри бочки. Крышка крепится за дверные навесы. Навесы удерживаются саморезами. Опора изготовлена из дерева имеет 4 ножки, на ней расположена бочка. Внутри бочки находятся два ложемента нижний - подвижный и верхний - неподвижный. Движение подвижного ложемента происходит за счет массы тела пациента, когда он лежит непосредственно на ложементах, так как происходит натяжение тросов и дозированными гирями. Неподвижный ложемент изготовлен из дерева. Над ложементами находятся пояс, для поясничного отдела позвоночника имеющий лямки для фиксаторов с правой и с левой стороны крепится с основаниями двух нижних фиксаторов, а концы крепятся к металлическому тросу. Пояс, для грудного отдела позвоночника имеющий лямки для фиксаторов с правой и с левой стороны крепится с основаниями двух верхних фиксаторов, а концы крепятся за верхние крепления, которые являются частью опоры. Под ложементами параллельно расположены две парораспределительные трубки, имеющие отверстия для распределения пара. На фиг. 2 показана конструкция ложементов внутри корпуса. Аппарат состоит из корпуса 1, внутри которого расположен подвижный ложемент 2 в виде плоской конструкции с отверстиями для прохождения пара от парогенератора 8 и неподвижный ложемент 3, который служит для поддержки головы и шеи пациента. Трос 4 имеет фиксатор 5 и пропускается через направляющий ролик 6 для подвеса гирь, которые укладываются в платформу 7. Конструкция поясов грудного и поясничного отделов идентична известной из вышеприведенного аналога (KZ29887B, 15.05.2015). Парогенератор 8 генерирует ненасыщенный пар. Параметры подаваемого пара отражаются на датчиках снаружи корпуса парогенератора 8. Пар из парогенератора 8 поступает внутрь корпуса 1. Аппарат также содержит виброгенератор 11 , колебания от которого передаются через панель 10 под подвижным ложементом 2, выполненную из жесткого материала и панель 9 для настройки виброгенратора 11, а именно таких параметров как частота и амплитуда. Вибрация передается на ложемент 2 через пластину 10 и позволяет усилить лечебное воздействие на позвоночник пациента. При этом ложемент 2 по периметру имеет мягкую эластичную прокладку для гашения вибрации, которая не позволяет колебаниям передаваться на остальные части конструкции. Также виброгенератор 11 снабжен крышкой 12 во избежание попадания в него влаги. При этом корпус, подвижный и неподвижный ложементы могут быть выполнены из дерева или пластика. Одновременно включают виброгенератор 11 и настраивают параметры его работы с помощью панели 9. Длительность процедуры, параметры работы парогенератора 8 и виброгенератора 11, а также вес, нагружаемый на платформу 7, являются индивидуальными в каждом отдельном случае и выбираются лечащим врачом в зависимости от диагноза.
