Abstract

The invention relates to devices for treating spinal diseases. An apparatus for treating spinal diseases with traction accompanied by steam relaxation consists of a housing containing a movable support and a fixed support, and a cable that passes over a guide pulley and is connected to a lumbar spine belt. A chest belt is fastened to the housing, and the other end of the cable is connected to a platform for weights. The movable support is configured in the form of a flat structure with openings for allowing the passage of steam. A steam generator is designed to be capable of generating wet steam. The apparatus also comprises a vibration generator and a settings panel for same. For transmitting vibrations, the movable support has a rigid plate on the bottom thereof. The outside of a housing of the steam generator is provided with sensors that display and permit the adjustment of the operating parameters. The cable has a locking member on the outside of the apparatus housing. The movable support has, around the perimeter thereof, a soft elastic cushion for dampening vibrations. The invention permits more intensive stretching of the spine without harm to the patient's health, through the use of vibrations, which enhances the therapeutic effect of the apparatus along the entire length of the spine.

Известен аппарат для тракционного метода лечения заболеваний позвоночника на фоне паровой релаксации (KZ29887B, 15.05.2015). Аппарат для тракционного метода лечения заболеваний позвоночника на фоне паровой релаксации (далее - тракционный аппарат или ТА) состоит из корпуса, изготовленного из дерева в виде горизонтально расположенной, герметично закрытой бочки. Крышки, расположенной с передней стороны тракционного аппарата, изготовлена из дерева. Открывается поднятием вверх при помощи металлической дверной ручки, в открытом положении крышка находится за счет металлического фиксатора расположенного внутри бочки. Крышка крепится за дверные навесы. Навесы удерживаются саморезами. Опора изготовлена из дерева имеет 4 ножки, на ней расположена бочка. Трос 4 имеет фиксатор 5 и пропускается через направляющий ролик 6 для подвеса гирь, которые укладываются в платформу 7. Конструкция поясов грудного и поясничного отделов идентична известной из вышеприведенного аналога (KZ29887B, 15.05.2015). Парогенератор 8 генерирует ненасыщенный пар. Параметры подаваемого пара отражаются на датчиках снаружи корпуса парогенератора 8. Пар из парогенератора 8 поступает внутрь корпуса 1.
