- Said distribution device 68 can translate along a guide 73 in a transverse direction T2, so that it can receive the bags 16 from the appropriate lane 58.
- Said sterilization system 15b comprises said tank 28 into which said rack 70 for sterilizing the bags 16 positioned on said trays 69 can be inserted.
- Said rack 70 is movable along two side guides 79 by means of suitable actuating means.

- Said manipulator unit 30 comprises a pair of skids 77 which are slidable along parallel guides 78 away from or towards said rack 70. Said skids 77 are integral with a pair of arms 74 for picking up the trays 69 on which said bags 16 are positioned.
- Said sterilization system 15b is located on the opposite side of the structure 11b with respect to the disinfection system 12, in this way it is possible to efficiently exploit the entire available width of the machine 10.
- Said rack 70 can be movable to enter and exit said tank 28 between said compartment 20 and said compartment 19, or vice versa.
- Said manipulator unit 30 picks up the trays 69 with the bags 16 on top and by moving away from said rack 70 positions itself at said marking system 31b, see Figs. 17, 18a, 18b.
- Said marking system 3 lb is movable along a guide 76 so as to label each of the bags 16 by laser.
- Said marking system 31b can print on each of the bags 16 for example the treatment date and a recognition code.
- Said manipulator unit 30 can provide a motor for rotating the tray 69 in the direction R3, so that the labelled bags 16 can pass on said chute 29 and subsequently to said storage system 26.
- said manipulator unit 30 lifts the tray 69 again and positions it, empty, back in said rack 70.
- Said packaging system 13b is automatic, therefore the medical instruments 50 coming from the disinfection system 12 are automatically bagged by the machine 10 and transferred to said sterilization system 15 by means of said manipulator unit 30.

Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine (10a, 10b) pour traiter des instruments médicaux (50), comprenant une structure sensiblement en forme de boîte (11a, 11b) dans laquelle est positionné un système (12) pour désinfecter lesdits instruments médicaux (50) qui sont ensuite insérés dans des sacs (16) par un système d'emballage (13a, 13b, 81), afin d'être ensuite stérilisés par un système de stérilisation (15a, 15b).
