Furthermore, since the distance between the band portions 51 of the cable ties 5 opposing each other in the front-rear direction X is approximately the same as the length L of the fixing portion 4 in the front-rear direction X, movement of the noise absorbing member 3 in the front-rear direction X is restricted.
- the noise absorbing member 3 since the inner peripheral surface of the noise absorbing member 3 abuts against the fixed portion 4, the noise absorbing member 3 is restricted from moving in the radial direction. In this manner, the noise absorbing member 3 is fixed to the two electric wires 2 at a predetermined position in the front-rear direction X.
- the worker or the assembly device covers the noise absorbing member 3 with the braided shield 6 that has been inserted into the electric wire 2 in advance, and reduces the diameter of the portion that covers the two electric wires 2 to fit tightly against the two electric wires 2.
- a worker or an assembly device can use an appropriate material such as adhesive tape or cable ties to secure the braided shield 6 to the two electric wires 2, thereby manufacturing the wire harness 1 equipped with the noise absorbing member 3.

- the fixing portion 4 to which the noise absorbing member 3 is attached via the cable tie 5 is fixed to a predetermined position on the electric wire 2, so the fixing portion 4 does not shift in position in the front-to-rear direction X of the electric wire 2. Therefore, the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can fix the noise absorbing member 3 to the electric wire 2 simply by attaching the noise absorbing member 3 to the fixing portion 4 with the cable tie 5.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can cause the fixing portion 4 to function as a positioning means for positioning the noise absorbing member 3 in the front-rear direction X of the electric wire 2 .

- the band portion 51 of the cable tie 5 is formed in an elongated shape that is wound around the outer periphery of the noise absorbing member 3 in the front-to-rear direction X, so that the noise absorbing member 3 can be fixed to the electric wire 2 with a simple configuration.

- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 makes it easy to attach the cable tie 5 to the fixing part 4, and allows the fixing part 4 to be made more compact than a fixing part that has an insertion part for passing the cable tie 5 through.
- the mounting portion is made of a cable tie 5 having a long, strip-shaped band portion 51 and a locking portion 52 to which the annularly wound band portion 51 is locked and fixed
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can attach the noise absorbing member 3 to the fixing portion 4 by the tightening force when the band portion 51 is locked to the locking portion 52.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can restrict the position of the noise absorbing member 3 to a desired predetermined position by tightening the cable tie 5. Furthermore, by forming the fixing portion 4 with a fixing tape, the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can reliably fix the fixing portion 4 at a desired predetermined position in the front-rear direction X.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can form a fixing portion 4 having a length in the front-to-rear direction X that is suitable for attaching the noise absorbing member 3 via the cable tie 5. This enables the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 to fix the noise absorbing member 3 to the electric wire 2 in a more stable state.
- the noise absorbing member 3 is composed of multiple core members 31 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction X.
- the length L of the fixing portion 4 is equal to or greater than the length W of the noise absorbing member 3 minus 1/2 the thickness t of the noise absorbing member 3, and is equal to or less than the length W of the noise absorbing member 3.
- This configuration allows the noise absorbing member 3 to be reliably fixed at the desired position in the front-rear direction X, and also prevents abnormal noise caused by contact between the core members 31 that make up the noise absorbing member 3.
- the load that brings the two core members 31 that make up the noise absorbing member 3 into close contact in the forward/rearward direction X is reduced, and when an external force such as vibration acts on the wire harness 1, the two core members 31 may repeatedly separate and come into contact with each other, causing abnormal noise.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can be wrapped around the band portion 51 of the cable tie 5 so that it is close to or in contact with the end face and outer peripheral surface of the noise absorbing member 3.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can reliably restrict the movement of the noise absorbing member 3 in the front-to-rear direction X by the band portion 51, and can prevent relative movement of the core member 31 that constitutes the noise absorbing member 3 in the front-to-rear direction X.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can reliably fix the noise absorbing member 3 at the desired position in the front-rear direction X, and can prevent abnormal noise caused by contact between the core members 31 that make up the noise absorbing member 3.
- the noise absorbing member 3 is composed of multiple core members 31 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction X.
- the length L of the fixing part 4 is equal to or greater than the length W of the noise absorbing member 3, and equal to or less than the length W of the noise absorbing member 3 plus 1/2 the thickness t of the noise absorbing member 3.
- This configuration allows the noise absorbing member 3 to be reliably fixed at the desired position in the front-rear direction X, and also prevents abnormal noise caused by contact between the core members 31 that make up the noise absorbing member 3.
- the core member 31 may tilt so that the inner circumferential surface of the core member 31 intersects with the front-rear direction X.

- the locking portion 52 is adjacent to the end face of the noise absorbing member 3, so the external size can be kept small compared to when the locking portion 52 is located on the outer peripheral surface of the noise absorbing member 3. Therefore, the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can easily ensure the gap G between the noise absorbing member 3 and the surrounding components.
- the band portion 51 of the cable tie 5 is inserted and fixed to the lock portion 52 on the inner peripheral side of the noise absorbing member 3 rather than the base of the band portion 51, when the band portion 51 is engaged with the lock portion 52 in the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7, the band portion 51 is pulled approximately parallel to the front-rear direction X.
- the noise absorbing member fixing structure 7 can prevent the core members 31 from tilting so that their inner circumferential surfaces intersect with respect to the front-rear direction X, and can ensure that the core members 31 abut against each other in the front-rear direction X.

Abstract
