Description
本发明涉及一种清洁用装置,具体涉及一种手持式吸尘器。
手持式吸尘器是一种介于普通家用吸尘器与便携式吸尘器之间的清洁类产品,一方面能适用于清洁较小的空间,另一方面,通过连接加长吸尘管、地刷或其它配件,可以实现普通家用吸尘器的各种功能。同时,现有的手持式吸尘器一般都配置有电池单元,可以脱离电线工作。
例如,中国发明专利申请CN109330477A公开了一种手持式吸尘器,包括:壳体、壳体盖、设置在壳体上用于进气的主吸口、设置在壳体内用于过滤灰尘的过滤器、至少一个吸嘴配件。从实施例可知,其中的过滤器是多锥旋风过滤器,从附图1可以看出过滤器组件的外周设有金属网。中国发明专利申请CN109199291A公开了手持吸尘器附菌结构及手持吸尘器,从其附图2可以明确看到,金属网围绕设置在过滤器外周,而手柄下方则设有可充电电池。
在使用过程中,围绕在过滤器外周的金属网上会吸附灰尘,从而堵塞气流通道,影响吸尘效率。由于现有技术中金属网被固定在过滤器安装架上,通常难以拆卸,而周边空间窄小,清洁困难。
因此,解决金属网的清洁问题,可以有效提升手持吸尘器的使用效率。
本发明的发明目的是提供一种手持吸尘器,以便对过滤器外周金属网进行清理,使消费者无需进行拆卸清理,从而提升手持吸尘器的吸尘效率及使用体验。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器壳体、尘杯、连接在吸尘器壳体一侧的手持组件、设置在壳体另一侧的进气吸口,所述尘杯连接在吸尘器壳体下方,吸尘器壳体内设置有电机和过滤器,所述电机位于过滤器上方,所述过滤器外周围绕设置有金属网,所述过滤器经过滤器安装件安装在壳体内部,过滤器安装件上设有至少2个竖直方向的通孔或通槽,所述金属网顶部连接有金属网安装件,金属网安装件顶部经至少2根连接杆与设置在壳体顶部的提拉机构固定连接,所述连接杆或者所述金属网安装件的一部分穿过所述通孔或通槽,使金属网具有相对于过滤器上下运动的自由度,环绕金属网设置有固定连接在壳体上的清理圈,清理圈的内表面与金属网紧邻设置。
上述技术方案中,所述清理圈的设置使其可以清理金属网表面,清理圈可以采用例如橡胶、毛条等构成,围绕金属网设置。清理时,通过向上提升提拉机构,由连接杆带动金属网安装件,使金属网向上运动,金属网表面的灰尘被清理圈的内表面阻挡掉落,进入尘杯,实现对金属网的清理。清理完成后,金属网复位。
上述技术方案中,所述提拉机构包括套设在壳体顶部的提拉环、连接在提拉环上的提手,所述连接杆上端固定在所述提拉环上。
优选的技术方案,设有3根连接杆,3根连接杆沿提拉环圆周方向均匀分布。
上述技术方案中,所述金属网具有围绕过滤器的工作状态和被提拉机构提拉的清洁状态,在工作状态时,所述清理圈接触金属网的上部。
进一步的技术方案,所述连接杆上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧上端由壳体限位,复位弹簧下端由金属网安装件限位。清理时,提拉机构上行,金属网安装件压缩复位弹簧并带动金属网上行,清理完成后,放开提拉机构,复位弹簧的弹力使金属网安装件下行复位。
优选的技术方案,所述清理圈为弹性体,例如可以是橡胶圈。
所述弹性体的内表面与金属网弹性接触,在清洁状态时,金属网随提拉机构上提,金属网表面经过弹性体内表面的刮除,实现清理。
上述技术方案中,所述连接杆穿过电机周边安装结构中的空隙,连接提拉机构和金属网安装件。因此不受电机安装位置的影响。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明改变了现有技术中金属网与过滤器固定连接的常规思路,设置独立的金属网安装件,由提拉机构控制金属网的位置,从而可以通过金属网的上下运动实现其表面灰尘的清理,不需要进行拆卸就能够方便地实现金属网的清理。

图3中,过滤器6经过滤器安装件8安装在壳体1内部,过滤器安装件8上设有3个竖直方向的通孔,金属网7顶部连接有金属网安装件9。金属网安装件9顶部经3根连接杆10与设置在壳体顶部的提拉机构11固定连接。由于连接杆10穿越过滤器安装件8上的通孔,金属网安装件可以上下运动而不会与过滤器安装件发生干涉。连接杆10位于电机周边安装结构的空隙中,连接顶部的提拉机构11和壳体内的金属网安装件9。
本实施例中,如图1,提拉机构11包括套设在壳体顶部的提拉环12、连接在提拉环12上的提手13,连接杆10上端固定在提拉环12上,3根连接杆10沿提拉环12圆周方向均匀分布,如图3和图4,连接杆10上套设有复位弹簧14,复位弹簧14上端由壳体限位,复位弹簧14下端由金属网安装件9限位。
提手13与提拉环12可以固定连接,也可以通过转轴连接。通过转轴连接时,在平时提手可以转动至与提拉环平齐而便于存放或运输,清洁时,将提手转出至提拉位置,方便提拉。
参见图3,环绕金属网7设置有橡胶圈15,橡胶圈15通过橡胶圈安装结构16固定连接在壳体1上。橡胶圈15的内表面与金属网7弹性接触,金属网7具有围绕过滤器的工作状态和被提拉机构提拉的清洁状态,在工作状态时,橡胶圈15的接触部位于金属网7的顶部,在清洁状态时,金属网7随提拉机构上升,金属网7表面经过橡胶圈15的内表面接触部的刮除,实现清理。清理完成后,放开提拉机构,复位弹簧14的弹力使金属网安装件9下行,带动金属网7复位。
实施例二:一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器壳体、尘杯、连接在吸尘器壳体一侧的手持组件、设置在壳体另一侧的进气吸口,尘杯连接在吸尘器壳体下方。吸尘器壳体内设置有电机和过滤器,电机位于过滤器上方,过滤器外周围绕设置有金属网。
过滤器经过滤器安装件安装在壳体内部,过滤器安装件上设有竖直方向的通孔,金属网顶部连接有金属网安装件。金属网安装件顶部经穿越过滤器安装件上的通孔的连接杆与设置在壳体顶部的提拉机构固定连接。为保证受力平衡,连接杆需要在周向均匀分布,可以设置2根、3根或4根连接杆。通孔可以是对应每根连接杆设置一个通孔,也可以是设置成通槽形式,同一槽内通过2根或更多连接杆。由此,金属网安装件可以上下运动。
提拉机构可以是环形,也可以是覆盖在壳体顶部的盖体形状。为便于提拉,可以在上面设置提手或者凹槽。
环绕金属网设置有清理圈。本实施例中,清理圈由毛条构成,毛条紧贴金属网设置,毛条通过一安装件固定连接在壳体上。在金属网被提拉的过程中,毛条刷过金属网表面,刮除表面灰尘。

- 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述金属网具有围绕过滤器的工作状态和被提拉机构提拉的清洁状态,在工作状态时,所述清理圈接触金属网的上部。
- 根据权利要求1或5所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述清理圈为弹性体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述弹性体的内表面与金属网弹性接触,在清洁状态时,金属网随提拉机构上提,金属网表面经过弹性体内表面的刮除,实现清理。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述连接杆穿过电机周边安装结构中的空隙,连接提拉机构和金属网安装件。
