需要注意的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
本实施例提供了一种电子设备,电子设备包括显示器和键盘1,显示器与键盘1电连接。电子设备可以为笔记本电脑,台式电脑,平板与外接键盘1,或者任何需要提供按键的产品或者装置上。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,键盘1包括支撑板11、电路板12、铰链13、圆顶支撑件14和键帽15。支撑板11设有连接孔111;圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11一体成型,电路板12设置于支撑板11的一侧;铰链13连接于支撑板11远离电路板12的一侧;圆顶支撑件14连接于支撑板11远离电路板12的一侧;键帽15与铰链13连接,铰链13能够带动键帽15在未压下位置与压下位置之间运动;圆顶支撑件14成型于连接孔111内,键帽15被按压时,能够推动部分圆顶支撑件14穿过连接孔111与电路板12接触。
本实施例中,键盘1组装时,先使圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11成型,以固定圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11,然后将电路板12放置在支撑板11背对圆顶支撑件14的一侧,将铰链13安装在支撑板11上,将键帽15安装在铰链13上。键帽15定位在铰链13与圆顶支撑件14的上方,用于为使用者提供按压面。铰链13用于支撑键帽15,能够带动键帽15在未压下位置与压下位置之间移动。圆顶支撑件14为使用者提供按键手感,且在键帽15被按压到压下位置时,圆顶支撑件14能够与电路板12接触,实现电路板12中该键帽15与对应的电路线导通。支撑板11用于支撑键盘1整体结构,电路板12用于提供各键帽15的按键功能以及键盘1上的LCD光源。通过在支撑板11上设置连接孔111,使圆顶支撑件14成型于支撑板11的连接孔111位置,降低了键盘1的整体厚度,同时能够保证键盘1按键行程不发生变化,保证用户使用手感。
如图1和图2所示,将电路板12设置在支撑板11背对圆顶支撑件14的一侧,相比于将现有技术中将电路板12设置在支撑板11与圆顶支撑件14之间,使圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11成型时,不会因成型温度过高导致电路板12变形。
其中,电路板12可以替换为软性薄膜,软性薄膜中设置有电路线。铰链13可以采用剪刀脚铰链或蝶形铰链。
具体地,圆顶支撑件14为硅胶材质,即圆顶支撑件14为圆顶硅胶帽。圆顶支撑件14被键帽15按压后,能够挤压部分圆顶支撑件14朝靠近电路板12的方向运动,使部分圆顶支撑件14与电路板12接触;在解除圆顶支撑件14的按压后,圆顶支撑件14能够通过自身弹性回至初始位置,以备后续使用。
圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11通过低温包覆射出工艺一体成型。
本实施例中,支撑板11可以采用金属板。圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11成型时,先将支撑板11放入模具中,然后将液态硅胶导入模具中,使液态硅胶成型为圆顶支撑件14,并与支撑板11结合为一体结构,即制作圆顶支撑件14的同时,实现圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11的固 定。通过将圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11一体成型,减少了需再固定圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11的步骤,节省键盘1的组装时间,也保证圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11的连接稳定性。
如图3至图5所示,其中,为保证支撑板11与圆顶支撑件14稳固结合,支撑板11设有多个第一连接部112,多个第一连接部112位于连接孔111的侧壁,并沿连接孔111的周向均匀分布;圆顶支撑件14设有第二连接部141,第二连接部141包覆于多个第一连接部112的外周。
本实施例中,多个第一连接部112沿连接孔111的内侧壁均匀分布,且各第一连接部112均朝向孔中心的位置延伸,相邻第一连接部112之间设置有凹陷部。圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11结合时,第二连接部141(圆顶支撑件14的底部)覆盖各第一连接部112,并填充各凹陷部,使圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11相结合。通过设置第一连接部112,增加圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11的结合面,保证圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11稳固连接。
如图2和图3所示,由于圆顶支撑件14与支撑板11结合后,二者的连接处为密封状态,导致圆顶支撑件14在被按压过程中,导致内部的气体无法排出,为使键盘1正常工作需用力按压,影响键盘1使用手感。为此,圆顶支撑件14还设有排气孔142,排气孔142用于排出圆顶支撑件14内的气体。该排气孔142连通圆顶支撑件14的内腔与圆顶支撑件14所处的外部环境,使圆顶支撑件14被按压时,其内部的气体能够沿排气孔142排出,保证键盘1的使用手感。
或者,电路板12设有排气孔142,排气孔142用于排出圆顶支撑件14内的气体;排气孔142位于电路板12上圆顶支撑件14覆盖的区域内。该排气孔142连通圆顶支撑件14的内腔与电路板12所处的外部环境,使圆顶支撑件14被按压时,其内部的气体能够沿排气孔142排出,保证键盘1的使用手感,并延长键盘1使用寿命。
如图2和图4所示,在一种可能的设计中,圆顶支撑件14设有按压部413,按压部413与键帽15抵接,使键帽15被按压的同时,键帽15直接按压按压部413,使用户在按压键盘1的一刻即具有舒适的体验。圆顶支撑件14还设有中间部145,中间部145连接第二连接部141与按压部413,排气孔142可以设置在中间部145。
如图2和图4所示,圆顶支撑件14还设有接触部144,接触部144沿按压部413朝靠近电路板12的方向凸起;接触部144用于接触电路板12。按压键帽15,键帽15通过按压部413推动接触部144与电路板12接触,使圆顶支撑件14与电路板12上对应的线路导通,实现该键帽15对应的功能。
如图2和图4所示,支撑板11设有连接凸起113,铰链13与连接凸起113连接,并能够沿连接凸起113运动。该铰链13为剪刀脚铰链13,支撑板11设有四个连接凸起113,铰链13的四端分别与四个连接凸起113连接,且连接凸起113上设有限位部,限位部能够限制铰链13在运动过程中脱离支撑板11。该连接凸起113设置在连接孔111的外周,连接凸起113由支撑板11上裁剪,且连接凸起113的一端未完全裁断。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述键盘包括:
    支撑板,所述支撑板设有连接孔;
    电路板,所述电路板设置于所述支撑板的一侧;
    铰链,所述铰链连接于所述支撑板远离所述电路板的一侧;
    圆顶支撑件,所述圆顶支撑件连接于所述支撑板远离所述电路板的一侧;
    键帽,所述键帽与所述铰链连接,所述铰链能够带动所述键帽在未压下位置与压下位置之间运动;
    其中,所述圆顶支撑件与所述支撑板一体成型,所述圆顶支撑件成型于所述连接孔内,所述键帽被按压时,能够推动部分所述圆顶支撑件穿过所述连接孔与所述电路板接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述圆顶支撑件与所述支撑板通过低温包覆射出一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述支撑板设有多个第一连接部,多个所述第一连接部位于所述连接孔的侧壁,并沿所述连接孔的周向均匀分布;
    所述圆顶支撑件设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部包覆于多个所述第一连接部的外周。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述圆顶支撑件还设有排气孔,所述排气孔用于排出所述圆顶支撑件内的气体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述电路板设有排气孔,所述排气孔用于排出所述圆顶支撑件内的气体;
    所述排气孔位于所述电路板上所述圆顶支撑件覆盖的区域内。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述圆顶支撑件设有按压部,所述按压部与所述键帽抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述圆顶支撑件还设有接触部,所述接触部沿所述按压部朝靠近所述电路板的方向凸起;
    所述接触部用于接触所述电路板。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述圆顶支撑件为硅胶材质,所述圆顶支撑件解除按压后,所述圆顶支撑件能够通过自身弹性回至初始位置。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的电子设备的键盘,其特征在于,所述支撑板设有连接凸起,所述铰链与所述连接凸起连接,并能够沿所述连接凸起运动。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    显示器;
    键盘,所述显示器与所述键盘电连接,所述键盘为权利要求1~9任一项所述的键盘。
