为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例的附图,对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
除非另作定义,本公开实施例使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
随着显示技术的迅猛发展,由多个显示面板拼接而成的大型显示设备得到越来越多的应用。它既解决了单块大屏幕的成本高、维护难的技术问题,又具有极高的可扩展性,能够适用于各种尺寸图像的显示。相关技术中,拼接屏大多由多个发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)器件拼接形成,但由于LED显示面板本身为刚性材料,必然会存在边框,导致两个LED显示面板在拼接时会有明显的接缝。
而有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)器件是一种以有机半导体材料为基础的电致发光器件,其具有较高的光转换效 率和较低的功耗,同时,OLED显示面板还具有柔性特性,可以制作成曲面、折叠、异形、卷曲等各种形态的显示面板。基于OLED显示面板的柔性特性,其相对于LED显示面板更适合于应用到超大尺寸的拼接屏中。
由多个OLED显示面板组成的拼接屏,虽然相较于由多个LED显示面板组成的拼接屏的拼缝有明显改善,但依然对拼接屏的显示效果有一定影响。
为了解决上述技术问题中的至少一个,本公开实施例提供一种拼接屏。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种拼接屏的结构示意图,如图1所示,拼接屏包括多个第一显示模组1和多个第二显示模组2,其中,每个第一显示模组1中包括第一显示面板1a,每个第二显示模组2中包括第二显示面板2a。
多个第一显示面板1a相互拼接,第一显示面板1a包括第一显示区AA1和位于第一显示区AA1周围的第一非显示区NA1,并且第一非显示区NA1为透光区域。第二显示面板2a位于第一显示面板1a的非显示侧,第二显示面板2a包括第二显示区AA2和位于第二显示区AA2周围的第二非显示区NA2,第二显示面板2a与第一显示面板1a的出光方向相同。
相邻两个第一显示面板1a的第一显示区AA1之间具有间隔区,间隔区包括相邻两个第一显示面板1a的第一非显示区NA1的至少部分;第二显示区AA2与间隔区在拼接屏的厚度方向上交叠。第二显示区AA2与间隔区在拼接屏的厚度方向上交叠,是指,以拼接屏所在平面为参考面,第二显示区AA2在参考面上的正投影与间隔区在参考面上的正投影交叠。
需要说明的是,上述非显示侧是指与显示面板的出光方向相反的一 侧,也就是显示面板背离出光方向的一侧。
本公开实施例提供的拼接屏中,间隔区包括相邻两个第一显示面板1a的第一非显示区NA1的至少部分,间隔区相当于两个第一显示区之间的拼接缝,由于第一非显示区NA1为透明区域,因此间隔区也为透明区域。第二显示面板2a位于第一显示面板1a的非显示侧,且出光方向与第一显示面板1a的出光方向相同,另外,第二显示面板2a的第二显示区AA2与间隔区在拼接屏厚度方向上交叠,也就是说,第二显示面板2a发出的光线将会有至少一部分,能够透过透明的间隔区,从而可以使两个第一显示区之间的拼接缝也可以实现显示,进而可以弥补间隔区所导致的显示不良,提高拼接屏的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,间隔区在第二显示面板2a上的正投影位于第二显示区AA2内,以使整个间隔区可以显示第二显示区AA2的画面内容,避免间隔区中画面缺失所导致的显示不良,提高拼接屏的显示效果。
图2为本公开实施例提供的一种第一显示模组的结构示意图,在一些实施例中,如图1、2所示,第一显示面板1a为柔性显示面板,第一显示模组1还包括:第一支撑层11,第一显示面板1a设置在第一支撑层11上,以使得具有柔性特性的第一显示面板1a具有硬度较大的支撑结构,便于第一显示面板1a的布置与安装,提高第一显示面板1a的结构稳定性。第二显示面板2a位于相邻两个第一显示面板1a所分别对应的两个第一支撑层11之间。
需要说明的是,第一支撑层11在第一显示面板1a的水平方向上的尺寸,相比于第一显示模组1中的其他膜层结构在第一显示面板1a的水平方向上的尺寸更小一些,从而可以在相邻的两个第一显示模组1的第一支撑层11之间预留出足够的空间,以设置第二显示模组2。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2所示,第一显示面板1a包括第一显 示基板15、第一偏光片16和第一盖板17,第一偏光片16位于第一显示基板15的显示侧;第一盖板17位于第一偏光片16远离第一显示基板15的一侧。
需要说明的是,由于第一显示面板1a为柔性显示面板,因此第一显示基板15的衬底可以是柔性衬底,例如,衬底的材料可以采用聚酰亚胺薄膜。
上述第一偏光片16可以为圆偏光片,其具体包括线偏光膜和1/4波片,线偏光膜位于1/4波片与第一盖板17之间,且四分之一波片的光轴方向与线偏光膜的偏振方向夹角为45度。在显示面板接收到外界光线时,外界光线经线偏光膜后将变为线偏振光,入射的线偏振光再经1/4波片后变为圆偏振光,该圆偏振光在显示面板的表面发生反射,反射回来的圆偏振光的旋转方向相反,再经波片后变成偏振方向与线偏光膜的透光方向垂直的线偏振光,从而被该线偏光膜吸收。通过利用圆偏光片的防反特性大幅降低了外界光线的表面反射,可以有效改善显示面板在户外强光环境下的显示效果,从而大大提高了用户的使用感受。
上述第一盖板17具有增强透光率等功能,还可以提高第一显示面板1a的封装性能,有效防止氧气、水汽等进入第一显示面板1a的内部。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种第一显示基板的结构示意图,在一个示例中,如图3所示,第一显示基板15可以包括衬底以及设置在衬底10上的薄膜晶体管40、平坦化层PLN和发光器件30。其中,衬底上还设置有多条栅线和多条数据线,多条栅线和多条数据线交叉限定出多个像素,每个像素中均设置有薄膜晶体管40和发光器件30。平坦化层PLN位于薄膜晶体管40远离衬底10一侧;发光器件30包括相对设置的第一电极31、第二电极33以及位于二者之间的发光功能层32,第一电极31通过平坦化层PLN上的过孔与薄膜晶体管40的漏极41连接。
如图3所示,显示基板还包括像素界定层PDL,像素界定层PDL 位于第一电极31远离衬底10的一侧,且具有多个开口,发光器件30一一对应地设置在开口中。上述发光器件30一一对应地设置在开口中,具体是指,第一电极31的一部分被开口暴露,发光功能层32设置在开口中,多个发光器件30的第二电极33可以形成为一体结构。
另外,本公开实施例中发光器件30为顶发光型发光器件,可选地,第一电极31为金属材料制作的反射电极,第二电极33为透明导电材料(例如,氧化铟锡)制作的透明电极。在一个示例中,第一电极31可以为阳极,第二电极33可以为阴极。另外,上述发光功能层32可以包括依次叠置的:空穴注入层、空穴传输层、发光层、电子传输层和电子注入层。
薄膜晶体管40包括栅极44、有源层43、源极42和漏极41,以薄膜晶体管40采用顶栅型薄膜晶体管40为例,栅极44位于有源层43远离衬底10的一侧,源极42和漏极41位于栅极44远离衬底10的一侧。有源层43的材料可以包括例如无机半导体材料(例如,多晶硅、非晶硅等)、有机半导体材料、氧化物半导体材料。有源层43包括沟道部和位于该沟道部两侧的源极连接部和漏极连接部,源极连接部与薄膜晶体管的源极42连接,漏极连接部与薄膜晶体管的漏极41连接。源极连接部和漏极连接部均可以掺杂有比沟道部的杂质浓度高的杂质(例如,N型杂质或P型杂质)。沟道部与薄膜晶体管的栅极44正对,当栅极44加载的电压信号达到一定值时,沟道部中形成载流子通路,使薄膜晶体管的源极42和漏极41导通。
如图3所示,第一显示基板15还包括:缓冲层BUF、第一栅绝缘层GI1、第二栅绝缘层GI2和层间绝缘层ILD。其中,缓冲层BUF位于衬底10和薄膜晶体管40之间,用于防止或减少金属原子和/或杂质从衬底10扩散到薄膜晶体管的有源层43中。缓冲层BUF可以包括诸如氧化硅、氮化硅和/或氮氧化硅的无机材料,并且可以形成为多层或单层。
第一栅绝缘层GI1位于薄膜晶体管的有源层43和栅极44之间;第二栅绝缘层GI2和层间绝缘层ILD,位于薄膜晶体管的栅极44与源极42之间,层间绝缘层ILD位于第二栅绝缘层GI2远离衬底10的一侧。上述第一栅绝缘层GI1、第二栅绝缘层GI2和层间绝缘层ILD的材料均可以包括硅化合物或者金属氧化物,以及均可以形成为单层或多层,本公开实施例对此均不作限定。
栅电极层设置在第一栅绝缘层GI1远离衬底10的一侧。其中,栅电极层包括各薄膜晶体管的栅极44、电容的第一电极板、电容的第二电极板。其中,电容的第二电极板(图中未示出)设置在第二栅绝缘层GI2远离衬底10的一侧,且与薄膜晶体管的源极42连接,其材料可以与第一电极板的材料相同。栅电极层的材料可以包括例如金属、金属合金、金属氮化物、导电金属氧化物、透明导电材料等。例如,栅电极层可以包括金、金的合金、银、银的合金、铝、铝的合金、氮化铝、钨、氮化钨、铜、铜的合金、镍、铬、氮化铬、钼、钼的合金、钛、氮化钛、铂、钽、氮化钽、钕、钪、氧化锶钌、氧化锌、氧化锡、氧化铟、氧化镓、氧化铟锡、氧化铟锌等。栅电极层可以具有单层或多层。
另外,如图3所示,第一显示基板15还可以包括位于第二电极33远离衬底10一侧的封装层6,以用于隔绝水汽,保护第一显示基板内的各个膜层不受侵蚀,提高对各个膜层的保护效果。封装层6可以包括无机封装层和有机封装层,例如,封装层6包括第一无机封装层和第二无机封装层以及位于二者之间的有机封装层。
第一显示基板15还可以在薄膜晶体管40的漏极41和平坦化层PLN之间设置钝化层(图中未示出),则第一电极31将通过贯穿钝化层和平坦化层PLN的过孔与漏极41连接。钝化层的材料可以包括例如氮氧化硅、氧化硅、氮化硅等。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2所示,第一显示面板1a和第一支撑 层11之间还设置有:第一背膜14、第一光学胶层13和第一缓冲层12;其中,第一光学胶层13位于第一背膜14远离第一显示面板1a的一侧;第一缓冲层12位于第一光学胶层13远离第一背膜14的一侧。
上述第一光学胶层13可以包括OCA光学胶,其具有较强的粘性,可以实现显示面板上不同膜层的贴合连接;并且可以吸收紫外线,避免自身发生紫外老化,同时也可以避免其力学性能与光学性能的丧失;OCA光学胶还具有较好的光学性能,避免对显示面板的显示效果造成影响。
图4为本公开实施例提供的一种第一显示模组的局部结构示意图,在一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一缓冲层12包括第一缓冲垫121和围绕第一缓冲垫121的第二缓冲垫122;第一缓冲垫121在第一背膜14上的正投影,位于第一支撑层11在第一背膜14上的正投影范围内;第一缓冲层12的面积不小于第一显示面板1a的面积。
在一个示例中,第一缓冲层12的面积大于第一显示面板1a的面积,且二者之差小于所述第一非显示区面积的1/10;在另一个示例中,第一缓冲层12的面积与第一显示面板1a的面积相等,即第一缓冲层12在第一背膜14所在平面上的正投影,与第一显示面板1a在第一背膜14所在平面上的正投影重叠,从而在两个第一显示面板1a拼接时,相邻两个第一显示面板1a上的第一缓冲层12,尤其是位于边缘区域的第二缓冲垫122能够缓冲两个第一显示面板1a拼接时受到的应力。
同时,第二缓冲垫122的弹性模量小于第一缓冲垫121的弹性模量,也就是说,第二缓冲垫122相比于第一缓冲垫121的柔性更强,进一步避免拼接过程中对第一显示面板1a造成损坏。
需要说明的是,由于第一显示面板1a的间隔区为透明区域,通过间隔区可以显示第二显示面板2a的画面内容,因此,上述第一背膜14、第一光学胶层13和第一缓冲层12在拼接屏厚度方向上与间隔区交叠的 部分,均采用透明材料。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,第二显示模组2位于相邻的两个第一显示模组1的第一支撑层11之间,这种情况下,为了保证拼接屏中多个显示模组之间的稳定性,第二显示模组2中的第二显示面板2a和第二支撑层21的厚度均小于第一显示模组1中第一支撑层11的厚度。进一步地,第二显示模组2的整体厚度小于或等于第一支撑层11的厚度,从而防止第二显示模组2突出于第一显示模组1,进而便于整个拼接屏的安装。
在一些实施例中,第二显示面板2a和第二支撑层21均通过粘结层5与第一支撑层11粘结。粘结层5的材料可以采用氟化胶、塔菲胶、丙烯酸酯基胶或硅基胶中的任意一种。上述粘结层的材料均具有防水特性,通过以上材料制成的粘结层5,在稳固连接第二显示面板2a和第二支撑层21的同时,能够避免水汽侵蚀,防止对拼接屏的显示效果造成不良影响。
还需要说明的是,第二显示模组2中的第二背膜24、第二光学胶层23、第二缓冲层22以及第二支撑层21均可以通过上述粘结层5,与第一支撑层11粘结。
在一个示例中,第二显示模组2与相邻的两个第一支撑层11之间分别具有粘结层5,即粘结层5位于第二显示模组2的侧面。在另一个示例中,粘结层5包括位于第二显示模组2侧面的第一粘结层,以及位于第二支撑层21背离第二显示面板2a一侧的第二粘结层,第二粘结层还可以与第一支撑层21背离第一显示面板1a的表面粘结,且第一粘结层和第二粘结层形成为一体结构。也就是说,粘结层可以将第二显示模组2除了出光方向一侧的表面之外的部分包覆,提高拼接屏的稳定性。
图5为本公开实施例提供的一种第二显示模组的结构示意图,在一些实施例中,如图1、图5所示,第二显示面板2a为柔性显示面板,第 二显示模组2还包括:第二支撑层21,第二显示面板2a设置在第二支撑层21上,以使得具有柔性特性的第二显示面板2a具有硬度较大的支撑结构,便于第二显示面板2a的布置与安装。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,第二显示面板2a与第二支撑层21之间还包括第二背膜24、第二光学胶层23和第二缓冲层22;第二背膜24、第二光学胶层23和第二缓冲层22沿远离第二显示面板2a的方向依次设置。上述第二显示模组2中的第二背膜24、第二光学胶层23与第一显示模组1中的第一背膜14、第一光学胶层13的材料和作用均相同,在此不作过多赘述。
需要说明的是,第一缓冲层12由第一缓冲垫121和第二缓冲垫122两种不同的材料制成,以便于缓冲相邻第一显示面板1a拼接时受到的应力,避免第一显示面板1a遭到损坏。但第二显示面板2a是设置在相邻两个第一支撑层11之间的,且与相邻两个第一支撑层11之间粘结连接,其无需考虑碰撞造成损坏的问题,因此,第二缓冲层22的材料可以与第一缓冲垫121相同;也可以与第二缓冲垫122相同;也可以设置成与第一缓冲层12相同的材料,即第一缓冲垫121围绕第二缓冲垫122,本公开实施例中对第二缓冲层22的材料不作限定。
如图5所示,第二显示面板2a包括第二显示基板25、第二偏光片26和第二盖板27,第二偏光片26位于第二显示基板25的显示侧;第二盖板27位于第二偏光片26远离第一基板的一侧。并且,上述第二显示面板2a中的第二显示基板25、第二偏光片26和第二盖板27,与第一显示面板1a中的第一显示基板15、第一偏光片16和第一盖板17的结构、材料以及功能均相同,在此不作过多赘述。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,对于第二显示面板2a和与其相邻的一个第一显示面板1a而言:第一显示区AA1的边界与第一支撑层11的边界之间具有第一间距d1,第二显示区AA2的边界与第一支撑层11的 边界之间具有第二间距d2,第一间距d1大于第二间距d2。
需要说明的是,上述第二间距d2为第二显示区AA2的边界与第一支撑层11的边界之间的距离,而第二显示面板2a和第一支撑层11之间通过粘结层5进行连接,因此第二间距d2除了包括第二显示面板2a的第二非显示区NA2的宽度,还包括粘结层的宽度。上述宽度和间距均指第二显示面板2a朝向第一支撑层11的方向上的尺寸。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种拼接屏的显示画面的示意图,如图6所示,A1区域和A2区域为相邻两个第一显示面板1a的第一显示区,B区域为第二显示面板2a的第二显示区被间隔区露出的部分所显示的画面区域。理想状态下,在第一间距d1和第二间距d2相等时,A1区域、B区域和A2区域依次相接,拼接屏的显示画面中不再有缝隙。但考虑到拼接屏在多个显示模组拼接组装过程中,存在一定的组装公差,因此,设置第一间距d1大于第二间距d2,使得间隔区在第二显示面板2a上的正投影能够完全被第二显示区覆盖,以避免组装公差导致的显示画面上存在缝隙,提高拼接屏的显示效果。
另外,第二显示区中与第一显示区在拼接屏的厚度方向上相互重叠的部分,显示的画面内容是一致的,以保证拼接屏上显示画面的连续性。
本公开实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括上述拼接屏和为拼接屏提供驱动信号的驱动结构。上述拼接屏包括多个第一显示模组和多个第二显示模组,其中第一显示模组中包括第一显示面板,第二显示模组中包括第二显示面板。第二显示面板位于第一显示面板的非显示侧,且出光方向与第一显示面板的出光方向相同,另外,第二显示面板的第二显示区与间隔区在拼接屏厚度方向上交叠,也就是说,第二显示面板发出的光线将会有至少一部分,能够透过透明的间隔区,从而可以使两个第一显示区之间的拼接缝也可以实现显示,进而可以弥补间隔区所导致的显示不良,提高显示装置的显示效果。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。。
Claims (14)
- 一种拼接屏,其中,包括:相互拼接的多个第一显示面板,所述第一显示面板包括第一显示区和位于所述第一显示区周围的第一非显示区;所述第一非显示区为透光区域;多个第二显示面板,所述第二显示面板位于所述第一显示面板的非显示侧,所述第二显示面板包括第二显示区和位于所述第二显示区周围的第二非显示区,所述第二显示面板与所述第一显示面板的出光方向相同;其中,相邻两个第一显示面板的第一显示区之间具有间隔区,所述间隔区包括相邻两个第一显示面板的第一非显示区的至少部分;所述第二显示区与所述间隔区在所述拼接屏的厚度方向上交叠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拼接屏,其中,所述间隔区在所述第二显示面板上的正投影位于所述第二显示区内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第一显示面板为柔性显示面板,所述拼接屏还包括:多个第一支撑层,每个所述第一显示面板对应设置在一个所述第一支撑层上;所述第二显示面板位于相邻两个第一显示面板所分别对应的两个第一支撑层之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第一显示面板和所述第一支撑层之间还设置有:第一背膜、第一光学胶层和第一缓冲层;所述第一光学胶层位于所述第一背膜远离所述第一显示面板的一侧;所述第一缓冲层位于所述第一光学胶层远离所述第一背膜的一侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第一缓冲层包括第一缓冲垫和围绕所述第一缓冲垫的第二缓冲垫;所述第一缓冲垫在所述第一背膜上的正投影,位于所述第一支撑层在所述第一背膜上的正投影范围内;所述第一缓冲层的面积不小于所述第一显示面板的面积,且所述第一缓冲层的面积与所述第一显示面板的面积之差小于所述第一非显示区面积的1/10;所述第二缓冲垫的弹性模量小于所述第一缓冲垫的弹性模量。
- 根据权利要求5所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第一缓冲层的面积等于所述第一显示面板的面积。
- 根据权利要求3所述的拼接屏,其中,对于所述第二显示面板和与其相邻的一个第一显示面板而言:所述第一显示区的边界与所述第一支撑层的边界之间具有第一间距,所述第二显示区的边界与所述第一支撑层的边界之间具有第二间距,所述第一间距大于或等于所述第二间距。
- 根据权利要求3所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第二显示面板为柔性显示面板,所述拼接屏还包括:多个第二支撑层,每个所述第二显示面板对应设置在一个所述第二支撑层上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第二显示面板和所述第二支撑层的厚度均小于所述第一支撑层的厚度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第二显示面板和所述第二支撑层均通过粘结层与所述第一支撑层粘结。
- 根据权利要求10所述的拼接屏,其中,所述粘结层的材料至少包括氟化胶。
- 根据权利要求8所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第二显示面板与所述第二支撑层之间还包括第二背膜、第二光学胶层和第二缓冲层;第二背膜、第二光学胶层和第二缓冲层沿远离所述第二显示面板的方向依次设置。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的拼接屏,其中,所述第一显示面板包括第一显示基板、第一偏光片和第一盖板,第一偏光片位于所述第一显示基板的显示侧;所述第一盖板位于所述第一偏光片远离所述第一基板的一侧。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括权利要求1-13中任意一项所述的拼接屏。
