Abstract

Description
IMPROVEMENT OF THE PORTABLE FLOATING TRIMARAN CARAVAN
Technological Field:
The present invention relates to an improvement of the portable floating trimaran caravan, which has retractable pontoons and can be transported with the help of a vehicle, which can be used both on land and on water.
State of the Art:
Today, life moves to natural environments where people can lead their lives independently and freely with their families, from city centers where social life is adversely affected by increasing population and health conditions such as pandemics. Therefore, caravans have gained importance today as a means of pleasure and temporary or long-term accommodation. Caravans that are currently used are intended for land use only.
"Travel Trailer" is described in the patent application numbered CA2684711A1. The invention is a travel trailer that defines combined lower and upper shells in the external unit, an inner lower shell defining a pre-molded floor and side walls with seating, a cabinet for refrigerator and stovetop, an opposing bench, a bathroom sink. It comprises of the following; the corridor in the middle between them; a shower tray attached to a side wall; an inner upper shell defining a pre-molded roof, side walls and storage areas; a wheeled chassis connected to the outer lower shell by a wall defining a door to the bathroom and an extension tong for attaching an engine to a trailer hitch.
“Motor Caravan” is described in the utility model application numbered CN202320049U. The invention describes a motor caravan that aims to provide a motor caravan with a rational and compact layout, full functional possibilities and capable of meeting different travel requirements. There is a passenger door on one side of the
carriage, a living area with a separator panel at the tail of the carriage, a double bed in the living area and a corner wall cabinet in the wagon. Between the double bed and the roof. On the chassis corresponding to the double bed, a large luggage cabin, a water purification tank on one side of the luggage cabin and a gray water tank are fixed under the chassis; one side of the car opposite the door is equipped with a side-moving tank body with a sliding connection with the chassis, a dining table is placed between the double sofa group and the double sofa group on the tank body that moves sideways. The invention relates to a device that makes it possible to transform a road caravan into a floating caravan. It consists of flexible pneumatic modules supporting a tubular structure equipped with modular panels, all form a platform around the trailer that serves to support it and provide the lifting power. Components can be easily removed from the caravan if needed.
In the above application, a caravan is described in which an apparatus is used to stay on water. In order for the caravan to be used on water, this apparatus must be attached, and when it is removed from the water, this apparatus must be removed from the caravan. used both on land and on water, characterized in that, it comprises the following; caravan body forming the living space, at least 2 pontoons positioned under the caravan body and providing the ability to float on water, windlass engine to fix its position during use in water, front balcony which is located at the front of the caravan, is used both for activity purposes and as a caravan entrance-exit area, rear balcony which is located at the back of the caravan, is used both for activity purposes and as a caravan entrance-exit area, at least 2 solar panels located at the top of the caravan body, where some or all of the electricity to be used in the caravan is met and that stores the electrical energy produced in a battery or accumulator inside the caravan, a top sunshade positioned in the area used for activities such as sunbathing on the upper part of the caravan body, a propulsion engine positioned at the rear of the caravan body, which enables the caravan to move on the water, a rear sunshade positioned above the rear balcony, handrails on the top and sides of the caravan body (1) and on the front balcony, an antenna located on the front balcony and positioned on the top of the caravan body for the use of ladder which is used to climb to the top of the caravan body, devices such as communication, gps, navigation etc., a trailer that allows the caravan to be used and transported on land, trailer tongue that allows the trailer to be towed by being coupled to a vehicle, a hand winch positioned at the front of the trailer that allows the caravan to be lifted onto the trailer or released into the water in a controlled manner, and at least 4 carrier wheels, which are positioned at the bottom of the trailer so that it can move and offer a more comfortable use.
The portable floating caravan belonging to the applicant is described above. 2 outwardopening pontoons are positioned under the body according to this invention. These pontoons provide the balance of the caravan on the water and increase the comfort of navigation and can be used as a warehouse. However, there are two pontoons and when they are opened, they are located on both sides of the caravan. In case the weight of the caravan increases due to the number of people or the materials therein, the middle part of the caravan will remain empty, so it can be submerged slightly in water and therefore flexibility occurs in the caravan. Storage space is limited.
Consequently, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.
Definition of the invention:
The present invention is a portable floating trimaran caravan that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, characterized in that; it has 3 pontoons, one fixed and two movable, providing more storage space, decreasing the flexibility of the caravan and providing stable use.
The present invention has fixed and large pontoons in the middle and 2 small and movable pontoons on the sides. A more stable body is provided on the water with the help of the fixed pontoon in the middle If the weight is too high while on the water, the caravan is prevented from flexing down with the help of the fixed pontoon located just under the body. More storage space has been obtained with the use of the fixed pontoon as a storage area. People inside the caravan are not affected by the movements of the water while it is on the water, and the caravan is prevented from reacting to the movements of the people inside by affecting the water and being exposed to shaking by means of the fixed pontoon.
It is easy to install with the help of the easy fixing of the parts that make up the invention, and the costs are low due to the short assembly duration. Moreover, the present invention has a durable structure.

Detailed Description of the Invention:
The present invention has a caravan body (1). There is one fixed middle pontoon (2) and at least 2 movable side pontoons (3) at the bottom of the caravan body (1). Fixed middle pontoon (2) and movable side pontoons (3) give the caravan the ability to float in water. When the caravan is in the water, one of the movable side pontoons (3) is opened outwards, one to the right and one to the left. A more stable and comfortable cruise is achieved on the water since the fixed middle pontoon (2) is directly under the body (1) of the caravan and the movable side pontoons (3) are opened to both sides. In addition, the movable side pontoons (3) act as a kind of balcony when it is in the open position. Liquid fuel, clean water and dirty water are stored in the fixed middle pontoon (2) and the movable side pontoons (3). The caravan has a windlass motor (4), which acts as an anchor when it is in the water and helps to fix its position. There is a front balcony (5) used for activity purposes on the upper part of the windlass motor (4). The front balcony (5) is also a section that provides entrance and exit to the caravan. There is a rear balcony (6) used for activity purposes at the rear section of the caravan body (1). The rear balcony (6) is also a section that provides entrance and exit to the caravan. There are many electrical appliances in the caravan. There is a battery or an accumulator that supplies electrical current to these tools. The caravan can meet some or all of its electrical energy with the help of at least 2 solar panels (7) located on the upper part of the caravan body (1). Solar panels (7) can also be used to heat clean water used in the caravan. The upper part of the caravan body (1) can be used for sunbathing and spending time. An upper sunshade (8) is positioned in this area. A propulsion engine (9) that enables the caravan to move on the water is positioned at the rear section of the caravan body (1). The control of the propulsion motor (9) is provided from a control
panel in the caravan. There is a rear sunshade (10) on the upper part of the rear balcony (6). There are handrails (11) on the upper and side parts of the caravan body (1) and on the front balcony (5). Therefore, it is safer to spend time on the outside of the caravan while on the water. There is a ladder (12) that provides access to the upper part of the caravan body (1). The ladder (12) is positioned on the front balcony (5). There is an antenna (13) on the caravan body (1). Therefore, it provides the exchange of signals that will enable applications such as communication, gps, navigation to be used over the control panel.
The caravan has a trailer (14) that is used during land use or transportation. The trailer (14) can be moved by being attached to a vehicle by means of a trailer tongue (15) on its front. A hand winch (16) used during lifting or lowering of the caravan is located at the front of the trailer (14), behind the trailer tongue (15). The wire rope at the hand winch (16) is attached to a trailer tongue on the caravan. At least 4 carrier wheels (17) are positioned at the bottom of the trailer (14) so that it can move in a balanced and comfortable manner.

1- Improvement of the portable floating trimaran caravan comprising of the following; caravan body (1) forming the living space, windlass engine (4) to fix its position during use in water, front balcony (5) which is located at the front of the caravan, is used both for activity purposes and as a caravan entrance-exit area, rear balcony (6) which is located at the back of the caravan, is used both for activity purposes and as a caravan entrance-exit area, at least 2 solar panels (7) located at the top of the caravan body (1), where some or all of the electricity to be used in the caravan is met and that stores the electrical energy produced in a battery or accumulator inside the caravan, a top sunshade (8) positioned in the area used for activities such as sunbathing on the upper part of the caravan body (1), a propulsion engine (9) positioned at the rear of the caravan body (1), which enables the caravan to move on the water, a rear sunshade (10) positioned above the rear balcony (5), handrails (11) on the top and sides of the caravan body (1) and on the front balcony (4) , an antenna (13) located on the front balcony (4) and positioned on the top of the caravan body (1) for the use of ladder (12) which is used to climb to the top of the caravan body (1), devices such as communication, gps, navigation etc., a trailer (14) that allows the caravan to be used and transported on land, trailer tongue
(15) that allows the trailer (14) to be towed by being coupled to a vehicle, a hand winch

2- Improvement of the portable trimaran caravan according to claim 1, characterized in that; it has a fixed middle pontoon (2) in which liquid fuel, clean water and dirty water can be stored.
3- Improvement of the portable trimaran caravan according to claim 1, characterized in that; it has 2 movable side pontoons (3), which are positioned on both sides of the fixed middle pontoon (2) while the caravan is on the water and opens outward to provide a more balanced and comfortable navigation.
