Claims (15)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de connexion (2) pour composant électrique, le dispositif comportant un boîtier (6), un composant électrique (4) logé dans le boîtier (6), et au moins une broche électrique (12),
l’au moins une broche électrique (12) comprenant une partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4) et une partie libre (16),
dans lequel on met en œuvre l’étape suivante :
- on rapporte une interface de connexion (10) comprenant au moins une ouverture (22) sur le boîtier (6) de sorte que la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) passe à travers l'au moins une ouverture (22),
caractérisé en ce que l’au moins une broche électrique (12) comprend en outre une partie déformable (18) située entre la partie libre (16) et la partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4) et en ce qu’on met en œuvre l’étape suivante :
- on déforme la partie déformable (18) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) et on bloque la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) dans l'au moins une ouverture (22) de manière à ce qu'une extrémité de la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) s'étende à une distance prédéterminée de l'au moins une ouverture (22). - Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la partie déformable (18) de l’au moins une broche électrique (12) comporte au moins deux coudes (20) agencés de sorte que la partie libre (16) et la partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4) s’étendent selon des axes respectifs formant entre eux un angle α, tel que l’angle α est compris entre 0° et 30°.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on bloque la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) dans l'au moins une ouverture (22) par sertissage, soudage, bouterollage, encliquetage ou coopération de forme.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l’interface de connexion (10) forme un capot de protection dimensionné pour fermer le boîtier (6).
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on rapporte un organe de couplage (24), comprenant au moins un orifice (26), sur l’interface de connexion (10) de manière à ce que l’au moins un orifice (26) de l’organe de couplage (24) communique avec l’au moins une ouverture (22) de l’interface de connexion (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel on réalise l’organe de couplage (24) d’un seul tenant avec l’interface de connexion (10).
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de connexion (2) comprend plusieurs broches électriques (12) identiques entre elles et plusieurs ouvertures (22) identiques entre elles.
- Dispositif de connexion (2) pour composant électrique, comportant :
- un boîtier (6),
- un composant électrique (4) logé dans le boîtier (6),
- au moins une broche électrique (12) comprenant une partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4) et une partie libre (16), et
- une interface de connexion (10) rapportée sur le boîtier (6), l'interface de connexion (10) comprenant au moins une ouverture (22) permettant le passage de la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) et le blocage de la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) dans l'au moins une ouverture (22), une extrémité de la partie libre (16) de l'au moins une broche électrique (12) s'étendant à une distance prédéterminée de l'au moins une ouverture (22),
caractérisé en ce que l’au moins une broche électrique (12) comprend en outre une partie déformable (18) située entre la partie libre (16) et la partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4). - Dispositif de connexion (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la partie déformable (18) de l’au moins une broche électrique (12) comporte au moins deux coudes (20) agencés de sorte que la partie libre (16) et la partie connectée (14) au composant électrique (4) s’étendent selon des axes respectifs formant entre eux un angle α, tel que l’angle α est compris entre 0° et 30°.
- Dispositif de connexion (2) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel un angle β formé entre la partie déformable (18) et un plan perpendiculaire à la partie connectée (14) est inférieur à 45° ou inférieur à 30°.

- Dispositif de connexion (2) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, comprenant en outre un organe de couplage (24), comprenant au moins un orifice (26), rapporté sur l’interface de connexion (10) de manière à ce que l’au moins un orifice (26) de l’organe de couplage (24) communique avec l’au moins une ouverture (22) de l’interface de connexion (10).
- Dispositif de connexion (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l’organe de couplage (24) est réalisé d’un seul tenant avec l’interface de connexion (10).
- Dispositif de connexion (2) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, comprenant plusieurs broches électriques (12) identiques entre elles et plusieurs ouvertures (22) identiques entre elles.
