优选地,所述周向固定机构包括分别在所述活动管的内壁和雾化管的外壁上成对设有的凹槽和凸条,所述凸条嵌入所述凹槽使所述雾化管与活动管进行周向定位和固定。
优选地,所述储液件包括储液腔,所述通气管设于所述储液腔内,所述储液件的一端设有吸口而另一端设有底盖,所述通气管的一端连通所述吸口而另一端贯穿所述底盖。
优选地,所述吸口向储液腔内延伸连接设有吸气管,所述通气管连通所述吸口的一端连接设于所述吸气管的底端,所述通气管与所述吸气管之间还设有密封套。
优选地,所述雾化件还包括底座,所述雾化管设于所述底座上。
优选地,所述通气管延伸出底盖外构成延伸管,所述延伸管上设有L形卡口,所述底座上设有容纳所述延伸管的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽的侧壁上设有第一凸扣,所述底座连接于所述延伸管时,所述第一凸扣沿所述L形卡口的轨迹扣接定位于所述L形卡口的末端。
优选地,所述通气管延伸出底盖外构成延伸管,所述延伸管上设有L形卡槽,所述L形卡槽的横向部分的槽底渐进式变浅,以及横向末端设有定位槽,所述底座上设有容纳所述延伸管的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽的侧壁上设有第二凸扣,所述底座连接于所述延伸管时,所述第二凸扣沿所述L形卡槽的轨迹扣接固定于所述定位槽。
优选地,所述雾化件还包括设于底座上的PCB电路板和底座外壳,所述PCB电路板设有正负电极,所述底座外壳套接于所述底座的侧壁和底壁。
优选地,所述雾化芯包括管状多孔体和发热体,所述管状多孔体中间设有管孔,所述发热体设于所述管孔的内壁,所述发热体的两端分别设有引脚。
有益效果
该防漏液的分体式雾化器,其储液件与雾化件可拆卸连接,雾化液消耗完后可更换新的储液件,可充分利用雾化件,避免资源浪费。同时,该防漏液的分体式雾化器,在储液件的通气管内增加了可以旋转的活动管,该活动管可由雾化件上的雾化管驱动旋转,使通气管上的出液口与活动管上的通液口导通或关闭,雾化件与储液件可相互拆分而不漏液,这样使得雾化器在使用中烟油没有消耗完之前也可以拆卸,方便用户在使用中更换不同口味的储液件即烟弹,还可以避免儿童拆出烟弹并因雾化液泄露而误食雾化液。另外,该防漏液的分体式雾化器,还在底座与延伸管上设有凸扣与定位槽,可以防止儿童自行拆分雾化器。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明防漏液的分体式雾化器,可与电池组件连接组成一个电子雾化设备,电池组件可为该雾化器提供电源。
为便于行文描述,如图3所示将该防漏液的分体式雾化器的吸口朝上竖直放置,本文所述有关各部件的“上、下、上部、下部、上端、下端、上面、下面、向上、向下”等描述,均是指在该防漏液的分体式雾化器的吸口朝上竖直放置时的上下位置关系。
本发明的实施方式
下面将通过具体附图对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例 1
如图1-图3所示,本发明实施例防漏液的分体式雾化器,包括可拆卸连接的储液件100和雾化件200。
如图4-图9所示,储液件100的一端设有吸口10而另一端设有底盖2,储液件100包括储液壳1,吸口10设于储液壳1的一端,储液壳1的另一端设有敞开的开口14,底盖2堵塞于该开口14。储液件100的内部设有储存雾化液的储液腔12,储液腔12内设有通气管3,通气管3的一端连通吸口10而另一端贯穿底盖2。吸口10向储液腔12内延伸连接设有吸气管11,通气管3连通吸口10的一端连接设于吸气管11的底端,通气管3与吸气管11之间还设有密封套13。通气管3的内壁套设有轴向定位而周向可旋转的活动管4,通气管3的壁部设有出液口30,活动管4的壁部对应于出液口30处设有通液口40。
本实施例的活动管4,为保证其与通气管3之间的密封性,活动管4可由硅胶材料制作,活动管4的外壁位于通液口40的上下部位还设有环形密封条41,保证活动管4旋转时也具有良好的密封防漏液的效果。同时,为克服硅胶材料的较软易产生变形的特性,还在活动管4的内壁还增加了一道钢圈42以加强其刚性。
如图10-图15所示,雾化件200包括雾化管5和套接于雾化管5的内壁的雾化芯6,雾化管5的外壁可拆卸地套接于活动管4的内壁,雾化管5的壁部对应于通液口40处设有进液口50。雾化件200还包括底座8,雾化管5设于底座8上,底座8的中心设有进气孔83。雾化件200还包括设于底座8上的PCB电路板84和底座外壳85,PCB电路板84设有与引脚63连接的正负电极,底座外壳85套接于底座8的侧壁和底壁。雾化芯6包括管状多孔体61和发热体62,管状多孔体61中间设有管孔60,发热体62设于管孔60的内壁,发热体62的两端分别设有引脚63。
如图1-图12所示,雾化件200与储液件100组装时,将雾化件100相对储液件100偏转一设定角度至拆分位置,雾化管5从外部套入活动管4内并周向锁定后驱动活动管4沿周向旋转到安装位置,即把雾化管5对准周向固定机构定位插入活动管4,然后将雾化件100相对储液件100转动,使雾化管5带动活动管4同步旋转至安装位置,使通气管3上开设的出液口30、活动管上开设的通液口40和雾化管上开设的进液口50相互重合贯通,这样储液腔12内的雾化液可流动至雾化芯6的表面。
具体地,雾化管5与活动管4之间设有周向固定机构,周向固定机构使得雾化管5旋转时,可同步带动活动管4旋转。通过周向固定机构,雾化管5可带动活动管4同步旋转设定角度至安装位置。
储液件100和雾化件200拆卸时,用力将雾化件200与储液件100相对转动,雾化管5反向驱动活动管4旋转一设定角度到拆分位置,使得出液口30和通液口40错开,出液口30即被活动管4的壁部封闭,出液口30和通液口40互不贯通,随后轴向从活动管4拔出雾化管5,此时活动管4没有周向转动,出液口30依旧被活动管4的壁部封闭,出液口30和通液口40仍保持互不贯通,储液腔12内的雾化液就不会通过出液口30泄露。
如图7-图12所示,本实施例的周向固定机构包括活动管4的内壁和雾化管5的外壁上成对设有的凹槽71和凸条72,具体可在活动管4的内壁上设凹槽71,在雾化管5的外壁上设凸条72,通过凸条72嵌入凹槽71使雾化管5与活动管4进行周向定位和固定。
如图3-图5所示,底盖2上设有注液口(图中未标示),注液口封堵设有注液塞21,储液件组装后可通过注液口加装雾化液,加装完毕可使用注液塞21封堵注液口。
如图4-图9所示,通气管3延伸出底盖2之外的部分构成延伸管31,延伸管31上设有L形卡口311,底座8上设有容纳延伸管31的环形凹槽80,环形凹槽80的侧壁上设有第一凸扣81,底座8连接于延伸管31时,第一凸扣81沿L形卡口311的轨迹,即先竖直插入后横向转动,最后限位扣接于L形卡口311的末端,第一凸扣81扣接到位时,底座8连同雾化管5即旋转设定角度到安装位置。
通气管3延伸出底盖2之外的部分构成延伸管31,延伸管31上设有L形卡槽312,L形卡槽312的横向部分的槽底渐进式变浅,以及横向末端设有变深的定位槽313,底座8上设有容纳延伸管31的环形凹槽80,环形凹槽80的侧壁上设有第二凸扣82,底座8连接于延伸管31时,第二凸扣82沿L形卡槽312的轨迹扣接固定于定位槽313。第二凸扣82固定于定位槽313,使得底座8不易松动,雾化件200相对储液件100牢固连接,需要拆分时,需要一定力量旋转,使第二凸扣82脱离定位槽313后才可进一步旋转打开,这样可以防止儿童不慎拆分雾化器,具有儿童锁的作用。
为具有更好的美观性和防止静置时的滚动,本发明的雾化器可制成椭圆形的形状,但椭圆形的雾化器不便于上述储液件100和雾化件200的旋转,而储液装置100设有延伸管3和底座8上设有容纳延伸管31的环形凹槽80,即解决了储液件100和雾化件200不能旋转对接的问题。
如图2所示,本发明的雾化器工作时,储液腔12的雾化液经出液口30、通液口40及进液口50流动至雾化芯6的表面,雾化液在雾化芯6内部继续渗透传导至管孔60的内壁与发热体62接触,同时外界进入的空气首先通过进气孔83,然后进入雾化芯6的管孔60,雾化芯6在管孔60内被发热体62蒸发产生气雾,进入管孔60的空气携带气雾往上流动,经活动管4的内上部、通气管3的内上部、吸气管11后到达吸口10,然后被用户吸入口中。

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:包括可拆卸连接的储液件和雾化件,所述储液件内设有通气管,所述通气管内套装有轴向定位而周向可旋转的活动管,所述雾化件包括雾化管和雾化管内设有的雾化芯;所述储液件和雾化件组装时,所述雾化管从外部套入所述活动管内并周向锁定后驱动所述活动管沿周向旋转设定角度到安装位置,使通气管上开设的出液口、活动管上开设的通液口和雾化管上开设的进液口相互贯通;所述储液件和雾化件拆卸时,所述雾化管反向驱动所述活动管旋转到拆分位置使得所述出液口和通液口错开互不贯通,所述雾化管从活动管拔出后,所述出液口和通液口仍保持互不贯通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化管与活动管之间设有周向固定机构,通过所述周向固定机构,所述雾化管可驱动活动管旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述周向固定机构包括分别在所述活动管的内壁和雾化管的外壁上成对设有的凹槽和凸条,所述凸条嵌入所述凹槽使所述雾化管与活动管进行周向定位和固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液件包括储液腔,所述通气管设于所述储液腔内,所述储液件的一端设有吸口而另一端设有底盖,所述通气管的一端连通所述吸口而另一端贯穿所述底盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸口向储液腔内延伸连接设有吸气管,所述通气管连通所述吸口的一端连接设于所述吸气管的底端,所述通气管与所述吸气管之间还设有密封套。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件还包括底座,所述雾化管设于所述底座上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气管延伸出底盖外构成延伸管,所述延伸管上设有L形卡口,所述底座上设有容纳所述延伸管的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽的侧壁上设有第一凸扣,所述底座连接于所述延伸管时,所述第一凸扣沿所述L形卡口的轨迹扣接定位于所述L形卡口的末端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气管延伸出底盖外构成延伸管,所述延伸管上设有L形卡槽,所述L形卡槽的横向部分的槽底渐进式变浅,以及横向末端设有定位槽,所述底座上设有容纳所述延伸管的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽的侧壁上设有第二凸扣,所述底座连接于所述延伸管时,所述第二凸扣沿所述L形卡槽的轨迹扣接固定于所述定位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件还包括设于底座上的PCB电路板和底座外壳,所述PCB电路板设有正负电极,所述底座外壳套接于所述底座的侧壁和底壁。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏液的分体式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯包括管状多孔体和发热体,所述管状多孔体中间设有管孔,所述发热体设于所述管孔的内壁,所述发热体的两端分别设有引脚。
