- Particles with a surface smoothness of less than 10% have too many concave portions (hole portions) in the particles, making it difficult to form a true spherical shape. Therefore, a sphericity of 0.7 or more cannot be obtained, and the tactile sensation may be poor.
- the surface smoothness exceeds 95%, it means that the proportion of pores in the particles is too low or absent. Therefore, the particles are less likely to be deformed by an applied external force, resulting in poor tactile sensation (especially softness) and insufficient oil absorption.
- the surface smoothness of the porous particles can be obtained by taking a scanning electron micrograph of the particles, observing the unevenness of the particle surface, and determining the area of the recesses. The details of the method for measuring the surface smoothness will be described later in Examples.

- the oil absorption may be 200 ml or less, preferably 100 ml or less, and more preferably 90 ml or less.
- the texture is particularly excellent and, for example, even when blended in a cosmetic composition, the texture is further improved. If the oil absorption exceeds 200 ml per 100 g of the porous particles, excessive oil is absorbed from the skin when the cosmetic composition is used, which may cause dryness.
- the oil absorption may be 60 ml to 200 ml, or 60 ml to 100 ml per 100 g of the porous particles, may be 60 ml to 90 ml, may be 70 ml to 200 ml, may be 70 ml to 100 ml, may be 70 ml to 90 ml, may be 80 ml to 200 ml, may be 80 ml to 100 ml, may be 80 ml to It may be 90 ml.

0.05≦|SPc-SPa|/|SPb-SPa|≦1.5
RSSA=比表面積測定値/理論比表面積
