Description
本发明涉及五星脚支撑座结构技术领域,具体涉及一种便于拆装的五星脚。
在桌椅家具行业,经常会用到五星脚支撑座来保证支撑效果,并且配合五星脚支撑座上的气缸以及万向轮等结构,来实现高度调节以及转向等附属功能。目前常见的五星脚支撑座主要包括两大类:第一是整体式;第二是包括底座和支脚的拆装式,其中前者具有运输存放占用空间大的问题,而后者具有拆装方便性和连接强度两者难以协调的问题,所以一款既方便拆装,又具有高连接强度的五星脚支撑座是行业所急需的。
中国专利号CN207653878U公开了一种用于五星脚底座与支腿组装的连接结构,包括设置在五星脚底座与支脚之间用于连接组装和减小使用噪音的连接块,设置在所述五星脚底座上并用于与所述连接块进行卡合连接的底座卡合部,以及设置在所述支脚上并用于与所述连接块进行卡合连接的支脚卡合部。
上述公开的这种五星脚结构单纯的将支腿与底座进行卡接,底座为整体式结构,在使用过程中,受力集中于连接块上,容易造成连接块的变形,后期难以实现对连接块的维修,影响使用寿命的同时也存在一定的安全隐患。
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构稳定,安全可靠,操作便捷的便于拆装的五星脚。

主体3顶部形成有外螺纹,顶部帽体4顶部内壁上形成有与外螺纹相适配的内螺纹,主体3与顶部帽体4之间通过螺纹连接,且顶部帽体4顶部形成有向内的限位边,当顶部帽体4拧紧于主体3上一定程度后,在限位边的作用下实现两者的最深螺纹位置。
主体3为自上而下尺寸减小的圆台结构,主体3内可形成有与气杆相适配的配合槽,且自上而下尺寸减小的主体3,在气缸的插入过程中,自上而下尺寸减小的主体3可对气杆端部进行夹持定位,顶部帽体4与底部帽体7之间的间距与卡接片2-1的高度相适配,顶部帽体4可分为上端的螺纹段和下端的配合段,螺纹段和配合段均为圆环结构,螺纹段和配合段之间的连接处形成有倾斜设置的斜边,螺纹段的尺寸小于配合段的尺寸,从而当螺纹段与主体3螺纹连接时,此时配合段与主体3之间存在间隙,该间隙就是上部空腔。
顶部帽体4与卡接片2-1之间设有上部卡紧环5,上部卡紧环5内外两侧分别与卡接片2-1外壁和顶部帽体4内壁相抵,上部卡紧环5位于上部空腔内,且上部卡紧环5与卡接片2-1过盈配合,从而实现卡接片2-1、上部卡紧环5和顶部帽体4在摩擦力的作用下三者的固定连接。
定位侧板7-2与卡接片2-1之间设有下部卡紧环6,下部卡紧环6内外两侧分别与卡接片2-1外壁和定位侧板7-2内壁相抵,下部卡紧环6位于下部空腔内,且下部卡紧环6与卡接片2-1过盈配合,从而实现卡接片2-1、下部卡紧环6和定位侧板7-2在摩擦力的作用下三者的固定连接。
定位底板7-1与主体3底部平齐,且定位底板7-1沿主体3的径向方向设置,定位底板7-1为圆环结构,定位底板7-1的宽度根据卡接片2-1和下部卡紧环6的尺寸进行设置,定位侧板7-2形成于定位底板7-1外圈边沿,且定位侧板7-2沿主体3的轴向方向设置,定位侧板7-2朝向顶部帽体4设置。
支脚2端部连接于卡接片2-1中部,且卡接片2-1为与主体3外壁相适配的弧形结构,支脚2端部焊接固定连接于卡接片2-1中部。
卡接片2-1上下两端分别与主体3的外螺纹和定位底板7-1相抵。
底座1上可根据实际需要设置不同数量的支脚2,卡接片2-1的角度为180°除以支脚2的数量,例如底座1上连有5个支脚2,卡接片2-1形成角度为36°的弧形结构,且卡接片2-1两侧均为竖直结构,从而实现所有的支脚2上的卡接片2-1连接成环,相邻卡接片2-1之间相抵,具有更好的稳定性。
在实际使用过程中,首先将下部卡紧环6放置于下部空腔内,再将支脚2的卡接片2-1放置于主体3上,此时卡接片2-1底部放置于下部空腔内,卡接片2-1内嵌于下部卡紧环6和主体3外壁之间,卡接片2-1表面在弧形结构的作用下与主体3外壁紧密贴合。
依次放置各个支脚2的卡接片2-1,从而实现所有支脚2的卡接片2-1连接成环,之后将上部卡紧环5放置于顶部帽体4内,上部卡紧环5与顶部帽体4过盈配合,实现上部卡紧环5与顶部帽体4之间的固定连接,并将顶部帽体4套接于主体3上,此时卡接片2-1顶部内嵌于上部卡紧环5和主体3外壁之间。
底部帽体7和顶部帽体4用于对卡接片2-1的上下两端进行定位压紧,相邻卡接片2-1之间的相抵实现整体支脚2的稳定设置。
在需要对整体进行拆卸时,只需将顶部帽体4与主体3之间拧开,从而可实现将支撑片2-1向上提取与主体3分开,实现整体的拆卸。

尽管本文较多地使用了图中附图标记:底座1,支脚2,卡接片2-1,主体3,顶部帽体4,上部卡紧环5,下部卡紧环6,底部帽体7,定位底板7-1,定位侧板7-2,圆角8等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
Claims (10)
- 一种便于拆装的五星脚,包括可拆卸式连接的底座(1)和若干支脚(2);其特征在于,所述底座(1)包括相连接的主体(3)、顶部帽体(4)和底部帽体(7),主体(3)顶部与顶部帽体(4)顶部可拆卸式连接,主体(3)底部与底部帽体(7)固定或可拆卸式连接;所述主体(3)为中空的套筒结构,顶部帽体(4)底部内壁与主体(3)外壁之间形成有上部空腔,底部帽体(7)内壁与主体(3)外壁之间形成有下部空腔;所述上部空腔和下部空腔相对设置,支脚(2)端部设有卡接片(2-1),卡接片(2-1)上下两端分别内嵌于上部空腔和下部空腔内;若干所述支脚(2)的相邻卡接片(2-1)侧边相抵,且所有卡接片(2-1)依次连接形成环形结构;所述主体(3)为自上而下尺寸逐渐减小的圆台结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述主体(3)顶部和底部均形成有外螺纹,顶部帽体(4)顶部内壁上形成有与外螺纹相适配的内螺纹,底部帽体(7)底部内壁上形成有与外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述主体(3)顶部形成有外螺纹,顶部帽体(4)顶部内壁上形成有与外螺纹相适配的内螺纹,底部帽体(7)与主体(3)为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述顶部帽体(4)与底部帽体(7)之间的间距与卡接片(2-1)的高度相适配。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述顶部帽体(4)与卡接片(2-1)之间设有上部卡紧环(5),上部卡紧环(5)内外两侧分别与卡接片(2-1)外壁和顶部帽体(4)内壁相抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述底部帽体(7)包括定位底板(7-1)和定位侧板(7-2),定位底板(7-1)与主体(3)底部平齐,定位侧板(7-2)环绕设置于定位底板(7-1)上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述定位侧板(7-2)与卡接片(2-1)之间设有下部卡紧环(6),下部卡紧环(6)内外两侧分别与卡接片(2-1)外壁和定位侧板(7-2)内壁相抵。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述定位侧板(7-2)形成于定位底板(7-1)外圈边沿,且定位侧板(7-2)沿主体(3)的轴向方向设置,定位侧板(7-2)朝向顶部帽体(4)设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,所述支脚(2)端部连接于卡接片(2-1)中部,且卡接片(2-1)为与主体(3)外壁相适配的弧形结构,且卡接片(2-1)顶部外壁上形成有圆角(8)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于拆装的五星脚,其特征在于,相邻支脚(2)的卡接片侧面相抵。
