参阅图6所示,优选地,在本实施例中,所述柔性联动件2为宝塔形弹簧,在紧固件1上设置有与宝塔形弹簧大端相配合的台阶孔1a;所述宝塔形弹簧小端通过紧固螺丝2a与触发顶块3固定连接。首先,采用弹簧作为柔性联动件,不仅结构简单,而且工作稳定,使用寿命长,故障率低。其次,采用宝塔形,可以大大方便组装。大端,即直径最大的底端可以卡在台阶孔处,小端,即直径最小的顶端则能卡住紧固螺丝,再通过紧固螺丝连接触发顶块。
当然,作为本领域技术人员,也容易想到采用其它形状的弹簧或其它柔性联动件进行代替。比如塑胶类材质,如硅胶或耐风吹日晒的橡胶材质。也可以是具有记忆功能且质软的金属类,如薄钢片、薄金属弹片等。这些,均属于等同替代方案。
参阅图2和图4所示,进一步优选地,所述紧固件1包括呈槽形的刹车手柄固定座1b,在刹车手柄固定座1b其中一侧壁设置有连接孔1c,在连接孔1c内穿设有硅胶绑带1d。
在硅胶绑带1d位于刹车手柄固定座1b内的一端一体成型有与刹车手柄相适应且呈贯通状的定位槽部1e,在硅胶绑带1d上沿长度方向间隔均布有若干定位孔1f,在与连接孔1c相 对的刹车手柄固定座1b另一侧壁成形为与定位孔1f相配合的定位钩部1g。所述定位槽部1e贯通的两端对应的刹车手柄固定座1b上设置有相适应的让位缺口1h;所述台阶孔1a设置在刹车手柄固定座1b内底部。这种结构的紧固件,可适用于各种规格的刹车手柄,通用性强且安装方便。同时,其可以巧妙地防止台阶孔处宝塔形弹簧的脱落且也易于宝塔形弹簧的更换。
当然,紧固件也可以采用本领域常规的卡扣件、紧箍件等进行代替,这同样是本领域技术人员容易想到的。
参阅图3和图4所示,优选地,所述安装座4包括座主体4a,在座主体4a外壁成形有与车把相适应的弧形定位口4b,在弧形定位口4b其中一端的座主体4a上铰接有与弧形定位口4b相配合的弧形锁紧条4c,所述弧形锁紧条4c自由端与座主体4a之间通过锁紧组件4d锁紧固定在车把上。
进一步优选地,为提高内部电子元件的使用寿命,所述座主体4a内设置有密封腔室4e,所述电源模块5、微控制模块6和无线信号发射模块7均位于密封腔室4e内。在本实施例中,所述座主体4a由两块相配合且外轮廓呈对称状的壳盖构成;在弧形定位口4b侧边的两个壳盖边缘之间夹设有防水圈4f,防水圈4f与壳盖配合形成密封腔室4e。
在本实施例中,所述锁紧组件4d包括铰接在弧形定位口4b另一端座主体4a上的鱼眼螺丝4g,在弧形锁紧条4c自由端近端部成形有连接孔1c,在连接孔1c外侧的鱼眼螺丝4g上螺纹连接有紧固螺母4h。当然,锁紧组件也可以采用自行车上常用的快压螺丝代替鱼眼螺丝,同时相应的连接孔则设计为具有开口的卡口。这样在装配时,只要将快速锁紧螺丝推入卡口,下压铰接在螺丝端部的压紧片即可。
进一步优选地,为拓展产品功能,使其功能更加人性化,使用更加便利,所述安装座4与驾驶员拇指相对的端面上设置有控制按键9,控制按键9对应的安装座4内设置有按键控制模块10,所述按键控制模块10分别与电源模块5和微控制模块6电路连接。
参阅图7所示,使用时,将安装座固定在刹车把与车手把的连接部靠近手持部的一端,然后将紧固件套在刹车手柄上,调节好位置,大概是位于刹车手柄靠近铰接部的一侧,并锁紧。即完成警示触发装置的安装。与警示触发装置相配合的带有无线信号接收模块的警示灯,则可以根据需要,具有多种形状及安装位置,安装位置比如车座底部、车尾部、驾驶员头盔背面、侧面、驾驶员背部、驾驶员背包上等。即是安装在刹车时,亮起的警示灯可以让后方或侧方人员看到的位置均可。根据不同的位置,具体采用不同结构不同形状不同固定方式的警示灯,是本领域技术人员容易想到的,在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,包括设置在刹车手柄上的紧固件(1),其特征在于,所述紧固件(1)连接有柔性联动件(2),在柔性联动件(2)自由端连接有触发顶块(3);
    在刹车手柄侧边的刹车把座或车把上设置有安装座(4),在安装座(4)内设置有电源模块(5)、微控制模块(6)和无线信号发射模块(7),无线信号发射模块(7)与外部警示灯内的无线信号接收模块通过无线信号连接;电源模块(5)分别与微控制模块(6)和无线信号发射模块(7)电路连接,微控制模块(6)和无线信号发射模块(7)连接;
    在安装座(4)内设置有与触发顶块(3)相配合的触发开关(8),所述触发开关(8)与微控制模块(6)电路连接;
    当握动刹车手柄时,柔性联动件(2)带动触发顶块(3)动作,完成信号触发。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述柔性联动件(2)为宝塔形弹簧,在紧固件(1)上设置有与宝塔形弹簧大端相配合的台阶孔(1a);所述宝塔形弹簧小端通过紧固螺丝(2a)与触发顶块(3)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述紧固件(1)包括呈槽形的刹车手柄固定座(1b),在刹车手柄固定座(1b)其中一侧壁设置有第一连接孔(1c),在第一连接孔(1c)内穿设有硅胶绑带(1d);
    在硅胶绑带(1d)位于刹车手柄固定座(1b)内的一端一体成型有与刹车手柄相适应且呈贯通状的定位槽部(1e),在硅胶绑带(1d)上沿长度方向间隔均布有若干定位孔(1f),在与第一连接孔(1c)相对的刹车手柄固定座(1b)另一侧壁成形为与定位孔(1f)相配合的定位钩部(1g);
    所述定位槽部(1e)贯通的两端对应的刹车手柄固定座(1b)上设置有相适应的让位缺口(1h);所述台阶孔(1a)设置在刹车手柄固定座(1b)内底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述安装座(4)包括座主体(4a),在座主体(4a)外壁成形有与车把相适应的弧形定位口(4b),在弧形定位口(4b)其中一端的座主体(4a)上铰接有与弧形定位口(4b)相配合的弧形锁紧条(4c),所述弧形锁紧条(4c)自由端与座主体(4a)之间通过锁紧组件(4d)锁紧固定在车把上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述座主体(4a)内设置有密封腔室(4e),所述电源模块(5)、微控制模块(6)和无线信号发射模块(7)均位于密封腔室(4e)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述座 主体(4a)由两块相配合且外轮廓呈对称状的壳盖构成;在弧形定位口(4b)侧边的两个壳盖边缘之间夹设有防水圈(4f),防水圈(4f)与壳盖配合形成密封腔室(4e)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧组件(4d)包括铰接在弧形定位口(4b)另一端座主体(4a)上的鱼眼螺丝(4g),在弧形锁紧条(4c)自由端近端部成形有第二连接孔(4h),在第二连接孔(4h)外侧的鱼眼螺丝(4g)上螺纹连接有紧固螺母(4i)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述安装座(4)与驾驶员拇指相对的端面上设置有控制按键(9),控制按键(9)对应的安装座(4)内设置有按键控制模块(10),所述按键控制模块(10)分别与电源模块(5)和微控制模块(6)电路连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述电源模块(5)为钮扣电池,在安装座(4)内设置有与电池安装座,在安装座(4)其中一侧侧壁上设置有与电池安装座相适应的电池盖(5a)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆刹车握把用刹车警示触发装置,其特征在于,所述触发开关(8)为间隔设置且分别与微控制模块(6)电路连接的的两片触发弹片,在触发弹片侧边的安装座(4)上设置有限位座(11),在限位座(11)上设有与触发顶块(3)相适应且呈圆形的安装孔,所述触发顶块(3)活动设置在安装孔内;所述触发顶块(3)呈圆柱体状且在其外壁中部设置有外径大于安装孔内径的限位环(3a);
    初始状态下,两片触发弹片不接触;当握动刹车手柄时,柔性联动件(2)带动触发顶块(3)朝触发弹片的方向移动,使两片触发弹片相接触,完成信号触发。
