前記回転電機を駆動する駆動装置と、
前記回転電機を収容する第1収容室と、前記動力伝達機構を収容する第2収容室とを内部に形成しつつ、前記第1収容室と前記第2収容室とを軸方向に仕切る第1隔壁部を有し、かつ、前記第1収容室内及び前記第2収容室内に油を保持する収容部材と、
前記第1収容室内において前記第1隔壁部に支持される基板上に実装され、前記回転電機の回転角度情報を取得する回転角センサと、
前記回転角センサと前記駆動装置とを電気的に接続する配線と、を含み、
前記配線は、前記基板における軸方向で前記第1隔壁部に対向する側、かつ、前記回転軸部材よりも上側に、第1隔壁側コネクタを有する、車両駆動装置が提供される。
図1は、回転電機1及び動力伝達機構7を含む車両用駆動システム100のスケルトン図である。図1には、X方向と、X方向に沿ったX1側とX2側が定義されている。X方向は、第1軸A1の方向(以下、「軸方向」とも称する)に平行である。
図2は、車両駆動装置17の要部を概略的に示す断面図である。図2には、Z方向と、Z方向に沿ったZ1側とZ2側が定義されている。Z方向は、軸方向に垂直であり、Z1側を上側とする上下方向を表す。
Claims (6)
- 上下方向に交差する軸方向を有する回転電機と、
前記回転電機の回転軸部材における軸方向一端側に接続され、前記回転電機により発生される回転トルクに基づく動力を車輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と、
前記回転電機を駆動する駆動装置と、
前記回転電機を収容する第1収容室と、前記動力伝達機構を収容する第2収容室とを内部に形成しつつ、前記第1収容室と前記第2収容室とを軸方向に仕切る第1隔壁部を有し、かつ、前記第1収容室内及び前記第2収容室内に油を保持する収容部材と、
前記第1収容室内において前記第1隔壁部に支持される基板上に実装され、前記回転電機の回転角度情報を取得する回転角センサと、
前記回転角センサと前記駆動装置とを電気的に接続する配線と、を含み、
前記配線は、前記基板における軸方向で前記第1隔壁部に対向する側、かつ、前記回転軸部材よりも上側に、第1隔壁側コネクタを有する、車両駆動装置。 - 前記第1隔壁部は、軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記第1隔壁側コネクタは、少なくとも一部が前記貫通孔内に配置される、請求項1に記載の車両駆動装置。 - 前記第1隔壁側コネクタは、全体が前記貫通孔内に配置される、請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置。
- 前記第2収容室において前記第1隔壁部に固定されるカバー部材を更に含み、
前記カバー部材は、軸方向に視て、前記第1隔壁側コネクタに重なる、請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置。 - 前記収容部材は、前記駆動装置を収容する第3収容室を内部に更に形成し、かつ、前記第2収容室と前記第3収容室とを径方向に仕切る第2隔壁部を更に有し、
前記配線は、前記第2隔壁部に設けられる第2隔壁側コネクタから前記第1隔壁側コネクタまで、下向きに凸となる湾曲部を有する形態で配索され、
前記カバー部材は、前記配線をクランプするクランプ部を有する、請求項4に記載の車両駆動装置。 - 前記第1隔壁側コネクタは、シール用ゴム部材を有さない非防水型であり、かつ、軸方向に視て、前記回転軸部材を通る鉛直方向の真上を0度としたとき、前記回転軸部材を中心とした±45度内の扇型領域内に配置される、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動装置。
