背景技术
护理床床面采用网状床面焊接成型,透气性好,坚实耐用,外形美观,更具舒适感。床头采用木质床头精心制作,外形美观,大方沉稳,可自如拆卸。在产品功能方面做了较大的改进,具备基本的上起身、上/下曲腿、坐便等功能外,采用优质钢管助站式护栏,有利于帮助病人康复,实现自理,并更具实际护理需要,左右翻身功能采用三折式翻身更能有效地防止长期卧床患者褥疮的发生,整张护理床在性能特点方面更加人性化。
急诊科用的一体化移动护理床专为行动不便的病人使用,同时可以直接用护理床对病人进行直接转运,可避免抬动病人造成对伤口二次损伤,但是现有的移动护理床不具备康复训练功能,病人在恢复期间,行动不便,难以进行室外的康复训练,而有效的康复训练可以加快病人身体恢复,故而提出一种急诊科用一体化移动护理床来解决上述所提出的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明中提出了一种急诊科用一体化移动护理床。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中移动护理床不具备康复训练功能的问题,适应现实需要,提供一种急诊科用一体化移动护理床,以解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种急诊科用一体化移动护理床,包括床体,所述床体顶部开设有第一置放槽,置放槽一端内壁通过轴承转动连接有靠板,靠板靠近置放槽一端通过轴承转动连接有支撑杆,置放槽底部内壁开设有第一滑槽,第一滑槽内滑动连接有第一滑块,第一滑块和第一滑槽内壁之间通过螺栓固定有同一个第一弹簧,置放槽底部内壁贯穿开设有第二开口,床体顶部一端贯穿开设有第一开口,第一开口两侧内壁均开设有第二滑槽,第二滑槽内滑动连接有第二滑块,两个第二滑块之间通过螺栓固定有同一个移动块,移动块和第一开口内壁之间通过螺栓固定有同一个第二弹簧,移动块顶部通过螺栓固定有床板,移动块底部通过螺栓固定有连接杆,连接杆截面设置成U形,连接杆顶部通过螺栓固定有卡扣伸缩杆,卡扣伸缩杆设置于第二开口内。
优选地,所述第二开口两侧内壁均开设有第一限位槽,第一限位槽内滑动连接有第一限位块,第一限位块和卡扣伸缩杆之间通过螺栓固定。
优选地,所述靠板顶部开设有两个对称分布的第三开口,第三开口内通过螺栓固定有连接轴,连接轴上套设有套块,两个套块之间铰接有同一个固定板,固定板靠近床板一端设置有腰靠。
优选地,所述固定板靠近床板一端开设有第三滑槽,第三滑槽内滑动连接有第三滑块,第三滑块和腰靠之间通过螺栓固定,第三滑槽底部内壁通过轴承转动连接有第一螺杆,第一螺杆和第三滑块螺纹连接。
优选地,所述腰靠表面开设有第一凹槽,第一凹槽两侧内壁之间通过轴承转动连接有多个环形阵列分布的内轴,内轴上套设固定有按摩辊。
优选地,所述按摩辊圆周外壁通过螺栓固定有多组环形阵列分布的凸块,凸块包括第一凸块和第二凸块,同组的第一凸块和第二凸块错位分布,第一凸块截面设置成弧形,第二凸块截面设置成M形。
优选地,所述床体底部通过螺栓固定有底板,底板两侧均开设有两个对称分布的第二凹槽,第二凹槽一端开设有第二限位槽,第二限位槽内滑动连接有第二限位块,第二限位块另一端通过螺栓固定有活动块,活动块的外侧通过螺栓固定有滚轮,第二凹槽底部内壁通过轴承转动连接有第二螺杆,第二螺杆顶部延伸至底板上方并套设有第一带轮,多个第一带轮之间套设有同一个皮带。
优选地,所述底板顶部一端开设有第四滑槽,第四滑槽内滑动连接有第四滑块,第四滑块顶部通过螺栓固定有固定轴,固定轴上套设有第二带轮,第四滑槽一端内壁通过轴承转动连接有第三螺杆,第三螺杆和第四滑块螺纹连接。
优选地,所述第一带轮的圆周外壁设置有多个环形阵列分布的摩擦块,摩擦块和第一带轮为一体结构,摩擦块截面设置成鱼嘴状。
有益效果
A.将靠板从置放槽内翻转起来,并将支撑杆的底部置放到第一滑槽内,即可对靠板形成角度支撑,并将卡扣伸缩杆的延伸高度进行调节,使得卡扣伸缩杆的顶部和靠板自然接触即可,病人可躺靠在靠板上,用脚抵住床板,若该病人的腰背需要康复训练,下肢正常,即可用脚推动床板,继而带动移动块、连接杆和卡扣伸缩杆进行同步移动,卡扣伸缩杆顶部推动靠板,使得靠板形成转动,当腿部取消施力时,床板即可通过第二弹簧的作用复位,靠板跟随腰部自然复位,此时支撑杆顺着第一滑槽移动,并挤压第一滑块和第一弹簧,即可通过第一弹簧的作用使得腰部柔性受力,缓慢复位,若该病人的腿部需要进行康复训练,腰背部正常时,即可通过腰背部力量带动靠板进行转动,继而带动床板前后移动,对腿部进行屈伸锻炼,从而使得该护理床具备康复训练的功能,同时,该护理床上的靠板便于进行收纳,床板在自然状态下即可与床体一体化。
B.设置有腰靠,即可通过转动第一螺杆,在螺纹配合作用下,使得第三滑块顺着第三滑槽进行移动,继而带动腰靠同步移动,从而使得腰靠的位置可根据不同病人的体型进行调节,从而提高训练时的舒适度,同时利用腰靠和人体腰背位置的弧度形成贴合,从而使得施力更加方便,同时在收纳时,只需将固定板转动至靠板的另一端即可,进一步的,设置有按摩辊,即可利用腰靠在转动时,使得按摩辊和病人的腰背部形成滚动,从而对腰背部肌肉进行按摩,促进血液循环,从而提高康复效果,并设置有第一凸块和第二凸块,第一凸块和第二凸块错位分布,第一凸块截面设置成弧形,第二凸块截面设置成M形,即可利用按摩辊在转动的过程中,使得第一凸块和第二凸块相继对腰背肌肉进行按摩,形成不同的按摩效果,从而进一步提高康复效果。
C.通过转动任意一个第二螺杆,继而通过第一带轮和皮带的传动配合,使得所有的第二螺杆同步转动,在螺纹配合作用下,使得活动块顺着第二凹槽上下移动,继而带动滚轮同步移动,从而使得该护理床的移动状态和置放状态切换方便,并设置有截面为鱼嘴状的摩擦块,即可有效防止皮带打滑,进一步的,通过转动第三螺杆,继而使得第四滑块顺着第四滑槽移动,继而同步带动固定轴和第二带轮移动,即可利用第二带轮对皮带形成挤压,从而调节皮带的传动性能,进一步防止打滑。

本实施例中,如图1和图3-5所示,一种急诊科用一体化移动护理床,包括床体1,床体1顶部开设有第一置放槽2,置放槽2一端内壁通过轴承转动连接有靠板3,靠板3靠近置放槽2一端通过轴承转动连接有支撑杆4,置放槽2底部内壁开设有第一滑槽5,第一滑槽5内滑动连接有第一滑块7,第一滑块7和第一滑槽5内壁之间通过螺栓固定有同一个第一弹簧6,置放槽2底部内壁贯穿开设有第二开口15,床体1顶部一端贯穿开设有第一开口8,第一开口8两侧内壁均开设有第二滑槽13,第二滑槽13内滑动连接有第二滑块14,两个第二滑块14之间通过螺栓固定有同一个移动块10,移动块10和第一开口8内壁之间通过螺栓固定有同一个第二弹簧9,移动块10顶部通过螺栓固定有床板11,移动块10底部通过螺栓固定有连接杆12,连接杆12截面设置成U形,连接杆12顶部通过螺栓固定有卡扣伸缩杆,卡扣伸缩杆设置于第二开口15内,即可对病人形成不同部位的康复训练,且具有便于收纳的效果。
进一步的,第二开口15两侧内壁均开设有第一限位槽16,第一限位槽16内滑动连接有第一限位块17,第一限位块17和卡扣伸缩杆之间通过螺栓固定,即可提高连接杆12的整体运动过程的稳定性,使得受力均衡。
本实施例中,参照图6,靠板3顶部开设有两个对称分布的第三开口,第三开口内通过螺栓固定有连接轴18,连接轴18上套设有套块19,两个套块19之间铰接有同一个固定板20,固定板20靠近床板11一端设置有腰靠21,即可利用腰靠21和人体腰背位置的弧度形成贴合,从而使得施力更加方便。
进一步的,固定板20靠近床板11一端开设有第三滑槽22,第三滑槽22内滑动连接有第三滑块23,第三滑块23和腰靠21之间通过螺栓固定,第三滑槽22底部内壁通过轴承转动连接有第一螺杆24,第一螺杆24和第三滑块23螺纹连接,即可通过转动第一螺杆24,在螺纹配合作用下,使得第三滑块23顺着第三滑槽22进行移动,继而带动腰靠21同步移动,从而使得腰靠21的位置可根据不同病人的体型进行调节,从而提高训练时的舒适度。
本实施例中,参照图7-8,腰靠21表面开设有第一凹槽25,第一凹槽25两侧内壁之间通过轴承转动连接有多个环形阵列分布的内轴26,内轴26上套设固定有按摩辊27,即可利用腰靠21在转动时,使得按摩辊27和病人的腰背部形成滚动,从而对腰背部肌肉进行按摩,促进血液循环,从而提高康复效果。
进一步的,按摩辊27圆周外壁通过螺栓固定有多组环形阵列分布的凸块,凸块包括第一凸块28和第二凸块29,同组的第一凸块28和第二凸块29错位分布,第一凸块28截面设置成弧形,第二凸块29截面设置成M形,即可利用按摩辊27在转动的过程中,使得第一凸块28和第二凸块29相继对腰背肌肉进行按摩,形成不同的按摩效果,从而进一步提高康复效果。
本实施例中,参照图1-2和图9-10,床体1底部通过螺栓固定有底板30,底板30两侧均开设有两个对称分布的第二凹槽31,第二凹槽31一端开设有第二限位槽35,第二限位槽35内滑动连接有第二限位块36,第二限位块36另一端通过螺栓固定有活动块32,活动块32的外侧通过螺栓固定有滚轮33,第二凹槽31底部内壁通过轴承转动连接有第二螺杆34,第二螺杆34顶部延伸至底板30上方并套设有第一带轮37,多个第一带轮37之间套设有同一个皮带38,通过转动任意一个第二螺杆34,继而通过第一带轮37和皮带38的传动配合,使得所有的第二螺杆34同步转动,在螺纹配合作用下,使得活动块32顺着第二凹槽31上下移动,继而带动滚轮33同步移动,从而使得该护理床的移动状态和置放状态切换方便。
进一步的,底板30顶部一端开设有第四滑槽40,第四滑槽40内滑动连接有第四滑块41,第四滑块41顶部通过螺栓固定有固定轴43,固定轴43上套设有第二带轮44,第四滑槽40一端内壁通过轴承转动连接有第三螺杆42,第三螺杆42和第四滑块41螺纹连接,通过转动第三螺杆42,继而使得第四滑块41顺着第四滑槽40移动,继而同步带动固定轴43和第二带轮44移动,即可利用第二带轮44对皮带38形成挤压,从而调节皮带38的传动性能,进一步防止打滑。
进一步的,第一带轮37的圆周外壁设置有多个环形阵列分布的摩擦块39,摩擦块39和第一带轮37为一体结构,摩擦块39截面设置成鱼嘴状,即可有效防止皮带38打滑。
本发明有益效果:
本发明在进行康复训练时,将靠板3从置放槽2内翻转起来,并将支撑杆4的底部置放到第一滑槽5内,即可对靠板3形成角度支撑,并将卡扣伸缩杆的延伸高度进行调节,使得卡扣伸缩杆的顶部和靠板3自然接触即可,病人可躺靠在靠板3上,用脚抵住床板11,若该病人的腰背需要康复训练,下肢正常,即可用脚推动床板11,继而带动移动块10、连接杆12和卡扣伸缩杆进行同步移动,卡扣伸缩杆顶部推动靠板3,使得靠板3形成转动,当腿部取消施力时,床板11即可通过第二弹簧9的作用复位,靠板3跟随腰部自然复位,此时支撑杆4顺着第一滑槽5移动,并挤压第一滑块7和第一弹簧6,即可通过第一弹簧6的作用使得腰部柔性受力,缓慢复位,若该病人的腿部需要进行康复训练,腰背部正常时,即可通过腰背部力量带动靠板3进行转动,继而带动床板11前后移动,对腿部进行屈伸锻炼,从而使得该护理床具备康复训练的功能,同时,该护理床上的靠板3便于进行收纳,床板11在自然状态下即可与床体1一体化。
