上述现有技术中,只是简易的实现了扫擦洗干湿两用的功能,实际对于清洁的效果不佳以及实用的范围不广,需要一种更先进的清洁效果更好、更加自动化的洗地机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种具有多重清洁滚刷用于保障清洁效果的洗地机。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种洗地机,包括壳体和设置在壳体上的清理组件,所述的清理组件包括第一滚刷和第二滚刷,所述的第一 滚刷与第二滚刷转动方向相反,且所述的第一滚刷与第二滚刷之间设有垃圾通道,所述的第二滚刷远离第一滚刷一侧设有垃圾盒,所述的第一滚刷和第二滚刷转动方向均为将垃圾或污水从下至上向垃圾通道内提升。运动方向相反的第一滚刷和第二滚刷分别带动两个方向上的垃圾进入两个滚刷之间的垃圾通道中,并将垃圾最终夹落于垃圾盒中,实现对垃圾的清理。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的壳体上设有对第二滚刷进行清理的第二刮刀,所述的第二刮刀设置于第二滚刷靠近垃圾盒一侧。第二刮刀的作用在于将抱合后由垃圾通道黏合在第二滚刷上的垃圾及污水刮落至垃圾盒内,从而实现垃圾及污水的收集。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的壳体上设有对第一滚刷进行清理的第一刮刀,所述的第一刮刀设置于第一滚刷与第二滚刷之间。第一刮刀的目的在于将第一滚刷上的垃圾或污水刮落,防止垃圾或污水随第一滚刷转动脱离垃圾通道,即利用第一刮刀将第一滚刷上残留的垃圾或污水刮回垃圾通道内,利用第二滚刷将抱合的垃圾及污水带至垃圾盒内。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的清理组件还包括可将垃圾和污水带入垃圾盒内的第三滚刷,所述的第三滚刷设置于垃圾盒远离第一滚刷和第二滚刷一侧,所述的第三滚刷转动方向设置为将垃圾和污水提升至垃圾盒内。第三滚刷为第一滚刷和第二滚刷的补充,主要用于将第一滚刷和第二滚刷遗漏的垃圾进行补充清理,所以设置于垃圾盒远离第一滚刷和第二滚刷一侧。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的第三滚刷靠近垃圾盒一侧的下方设有刮条,所述的刮条与第三滚刷之间形成垃圾通道。设置刮条使得垃圾可从第三滚刷与刮条之间导向至垃圾盒内。刮条设置于第三滚刷的滚动方向上,目的在于与第三滚刷形成垃圾通道,将第三滚刷带动上来的垃圾导入垃圾盒中。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的第三滚刷靠近垃圾盒上方设有对第三滚刷进行清理的第三刮刀。第三刮刀作用为将第三滚刷携带上来的垃圾进行刮落,使得垃圾落入垃圾盒中。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的垃圾盒底部设有辅助滚轮。辅助滚轮的作用在于对洗地机起到支撑作用,因第一滚刷、第二滚刷方向相反,第一滚刷、第三滚刷方向相反,导致洗地机放置于在拖地时,各滚刷的滚动方向不同,手持洗地 机时会产生不同方向的作用力,用户拖地时容易产生不适感,因此利用垃圾盒底部设置的滚轮起到支撑作用后,用户推动洗地机前进时,主要支撑作用力在辅助滚轮上,第一滚刷、第二滚刷和第三滚刷不起到支撑作用,因此不会对拖地机前进方向产生较大干扰。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的垃圾盒可拆卸连接于壳体上。需要清理垃圾盒中的固体垃圾,所以需要设置成可拆卸,方便清洗。
在上述的一种洗地机中,所述的壳体上设置有清水盒,所述的第一滚刷上方设有与清水盒连通的清水通道,所述的清水盒与清水通道之间还设有清水泵。清水泵将清水盒中的清水通过清水通道泵送至第一滚刷上。
在上述的一种洗地机中,壳体上还设有污水盒和污水泵,所述污水盒上设置有通过污水泵将垃圾盒内的污水抽入污水盒内的吸污管。污水泵通过吸污管将污水从垃圾盒中吸入污水泵。
其中,还包括驱动第一滚刷、第二滚刷、第三滚刷转动的驱动结构;所述的驱动结构包括主驱动电机,所述的第一滚刷、第二滚刷、第三滚刷的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮、中驱动轮和后驱动轮,所述的主驱动电机的输出轴上设有主动轮,所述的主动轮与前驱动轮、中驱动轮和后驱动轮通过齿轮齿条结构或带轮皮带连接,所述的前驱动轮与齿条或皮带内侧连接,所述的中驱动轮、后驱动轮与齿条或皮带外侧连接。
其中,所述的驱动结构包括主驱动电机,所述的第一滚刷、第二滚刷、第三滚刷的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮、中驱动轮和后驱动轮,所述的主驱动电机的输出轴上设有主动轮,所述的主动轮与前驱动轮、中驱动轮和后驱动轮通过齿轮齿条结构或带轮皮带连接,所述的前驱动轮与齿条或皮带外侧连接,所述的中驱动轮、后驱动轮与齿条或皮带的内侧或外侧连接。
其中,所述的壳体上还设有辅助轮,所述的辅助轮与齿条或皮带连接。
其中,所述的主动轮设置于壳体上方,所述的辅助轮设置于后驱动轮下方,所述的辅助轮与齿条或皮带的内侧或外侧连接。
其中,还包括所述的前驱动轮或中驱动轮上设有第一驱动电机,所述的前驱动轮与中驱动轮通过皮带带轮或齿轮或齿轮齿条连接,所述的前驱动轮与后驱动轮转动方向相反。
其中,所述的后驱动轮通过第二驱动电机驱动,所述的第二驱动电机带动后驱动轮的转动方向与前驱动轮转动方向相反。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型设置了滚动方向相反的第一滚刷和第二滚刷,利用两个反向相反的滚刷将垃圾夹入垃圾通道内,设置第一刮刀将第一滚刷上的垃圾刮落至第二滚刷上,再设置第二刮刀将第二滚刷上的垃圾刮落至垃圾盒中,实现对地面上的绝大多数垃圾的清理,清洁效果好;设置第三滚刷和第三刮刀,负责清理第一第二滚刷遗漏的垃圾,进行补充清理,清洁效果彻底;设置辅助滚轮,将三个滚刷的位置抬高,避免了不同方向的滚动对该洗地机的前进起到干涉,结构简洁不复杂;还设有清水盒与污水盒,干湿分离。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
具体实施例如图1至图3所示,一种洗地机,包括壳体1和设置在壳体1上的清理组件,所述的清理组件包括第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3,所述的第一滚刷2与第二滚刷3转动方向相反,且所述的第一滚刷2与第二滚刷3之间设有垃圾通道4,所述的第二滚刷3远离第一滚刷2一侧设有垃圾盒5,所述的第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3转动方向均为将垃圾或污水从下至上向垃圾通道4内提升。运动方向相反的第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3分别带动两个方向上的垃圾进入两个滚刷之间的垃圾通道4中,并将垃圾最终夹落于垃圾盒5中,实现对垃圾的清理。壳体1上设有对第二滚刷3进行清理的第二刮刀31,所述的第二刮刀31设置于第二滚刷3靠近垃圾盒5一侧。第二刮刀31的作用在于将抱合后由垃圾通道4黏合在第二滚刷3上的垃圾及污水刮落至垃圾盒5内,从而实现垃圾及污水的收集。壳体1上设有对第一滚刷2进行清理的第一刮刀21,所述的第一刮刀21设置于 第一滚刷2与第二滚刷3之间。第一刮刀21的目的在于将第一滚刷2上的垃圾或污水刮落,防止垃圾或污水随第一滚刷2转动脱离垃圾通道4,即利用第一刮刀21将第一滚刷2上残留的垃圾或污水刮回垃圾通道4内,利用第二滚刷3将抱合的垃圾及污水带至垃圾盒5内。
清理组件还包括可将垃圾和污水带入垃圾盒5内的第三滚刷6,所述的第三滚刷6设置于垃圾盒5远离第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3一侧,所述的第三滚刷6转动方向设置为将垃圾和污水提升至垃圾盒5内。第三滚刷6为第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3的补充,主要用于将第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3遗漏的垃圾进行补充清理,所以设置于垃圾盒5远离第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3一侧。第三滚刷6靠近垃圾盒5一侧的下方设有刮条62,所述的刮条62与第三滚刷6之间形成垃圾通道4。设置刮条62使得垃圾可从第三滚刷6与刮条62之间导向至垃圾盒5内。刮条62设置于第三滚轮的滚动方向上,目的在于与第三滚刷6形成垃圾通道4,将第三滚刷6带动上来的垃圾导入垃圾盒5中。第三滚刷6靠近垃圾盒5上方设有对第三滚刷6进行清理的第三刮刀61。第三刮刀61作用为将第三滚刷6携带上来的垃圾进行刮落,使得垃圾落入垃圾盒5中。
如图3所示:垃圾盒5底部设有辅助滚轮7。辅助滚轮7的作用在于对洗地机起到支撑作用,因第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3方向相反,第一滚刷2、第三滚刷6方向相反,导致洗地机放置于在拖地时,各滚刷的滚动方向不同,手持洗地机时会产生不同方向的作用力,用户拖地时容易产生不适感,因此利用垃圾盒5底部设置的滚轮起到支撑作用后,用户推动洗地机前进时,主要支撑作用力在辅助滚轮7上,第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3和第三滚刷6不起到支撑作用,因此不会对拖地机前进方向产生较大干扰。垃圾盒5可拆卸连接于壳体1上。需要清理垃圾盒5中的固体垃圾,所以需要设置成可拆卸,方便清洗。
壳体1上设置有清水盒8,所述的第一滚刷2上方设有与清水盒8连通的清水通道,所述的清水盒8与清水通道之间还设有清水泵。清水泵将清水盒8中的清水通过清水通道泵送至第一滚刷2上。壳体1上还设有污水盒9和污水泵,所述污水盒9上设置有通过污水泵将垃圾盒5内的污水抽入污水盒9内的吸污管。污水泵通过吸污管将污水从垃圾盒5中吸入污水泵。
本实用新型的工作过程为:清水泵将清水盒8中的清水从清水通道泵送至第 一滚刷2中,经由第一滚刷2打湿地面,水吸附地面上的垃圾,再经由第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3将垃圾与水吸附后从下至上向垃圾通道4内提升,先经第一刮刀21从第一滚刷2中刮落至第二滚刷3上,继续转动后在第二刮刀31的作用下刮落至垃圾盒5中;于此同时,位于垃圾盒5另一个方向上的第三滚刷6也带动垃圾进入第三滚刷6与刮条62形成的垃圾通道4中,垃圾经由第三刮刀61刮落至垃圾盒5中。污水泵将垃圾盒5中的污水抽至污水盒9中,完成清理工作,清理污水盒9与垃圾盒5即可。
如图4和5所示,本洗地机的包括转动设置于壳体1上的第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3和第三滚刷6,第二滚刷3和第三滚刷6之间还设有用于存储垃圾的垃圾盒5,垃圾盒5嵌设于壳体1的底部,第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3转动方向相反,第三滚刷6转动方向与第一滚刷2方向相反,第一滚刷2转动方向为从下至上将地面垃圾滚动至垃圾盒5方向,壳体1上设有驱动第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3、第三滚刷6转动的驱动结构2-3,驱动结构2-3包括主驱动电机2-31,第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3、第三滚刷6的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35,主驱动电机2-31的输出轴上设有主动轮32,主动轮32与前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35通过齿轮齿条结构连接,前驱动轮33与齿条37内侧连接,中驱动轮34、后驱动轮35与齿条37外侧连接。
作为另一种技术方案,驱动结构2-3包括主驱动电机2-31,第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3、第三滚刷6的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35,主驱动电机2-31的输出轴上设有主动轮32,主动轮32与前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35通过齿轮齿条结构连接,前驱动轮33与齿条37外侧连接,中驱动轮34、后驱动轮35与齿条37内侧连接。
壳体1上还设有辅助轮36,辅助轮36与齿条37连接。辅助轮36的作用在于根据壳体1布局可改变主驱动轮32位置,使得主驱动轮32可安装于壳体1闲置区域而不与其他驱动轮发生干涉,主动轮32设置于壳体1上方,辅助轮36设置于后驱动轮35下方,辅助轮36与齿条37内侧连接。
本洗地机的驱动装置工作过程如下,首先开启驱动电机31,驱动电机31带动主动轮32转动,主动轮32带动齿条37转动,齿条37与前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34、后驱动轮35、辅助轮36之间形成闭环连接,从而带动前驱动轮33、 中驱动轮34、后驱动轮35、辅助轮36转动,由于前驱动轮33的齿轮37与齿条37的内侧连接,中驱动轮34、后驱动轮35与齿条37的外侧连接,因此前驱动轮33与中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35转动方向相反,因此与其对应的第一滚刷2和第二滚刷3转动方向相反,将地面垃圾通过垃圾通道抱合进垃圾盒5内;同样,后驱动轮35与前驱动轮33转动方向相反,因此第三滚刷6可将洗地机后方的垃圾滚入垃圾盒5内,利用本驱动机构,可实现一个驱动结构2-3带动前驱动轮33、中驱动轮34和后驱动轮35同步转动,且转动方向均为将垃圾收集至垃圾盒5内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过设置第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3、第三滚刷6和同步驱动第一滚刷2、第二滚刷3和第三滚刷6的驱动结构2-3,驱动结构2-3能够使第一滚刷2和第三滚刷6向垃圾盒5方向中间转动,第二滚刷3与第一滚刷2相反方向转动,把第一滚刷2上的垃圾和污水抱到垃圾盒5内,同时第三滚刷6与第一滚刷2反方向转动,把地面上微湿的水和残留垃圾再次滚入垃圾盒5内,让地面更洁净。

Claims (14)
- 一种洗地机,包括壳体(1)和设置在壳体(1)上的清理组件,其特征在于,所述的清理组件包括第一滚刷(2)和第二滚刷(3),所述的第一滚刷(2)与第二滚刷(3)转动方向相反,且所述的第一滚刷(2)与第二滚刷(3)之间设有垃圾通道(4),所述的第二滚刷(3)远离第一滚刷(2)一侧设有垃圾盒(5),所述的第一滚刷(2)和第二滚刷(3)转动方向均为将垃圾或污水从下至上向垃圾通道(4)内提升。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上设有对第二滚刷(3)进行清理的第二刮刀(31),所述的第二刮刀(31)设置于第二滚刷(3)靠近垃圾盒(5)一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上设有对第一滚刷(2)进行清理的第一刮刀(21),所述的第一刮刀(21)设置于第一滚刷(2)与第二滚刷(3)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的清理组件还包括可将垃圾和污水带入垃圾盒(5)内的第三滚刷(6),所述的第三滚刷(6)设置于垃圾盒(5)远离第一滚刷(2)和第二滚刷(3)一侧,所述的第三滚刷(6)转动方向设置为将垃圾和污水提升至垃圾盒(5)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的第三滚刷(6)靠近垃圾盒(5)一侧的下方设有刮条(62),所述的刮条(62)与第三滚刷(6)之间形成垃圾通道(4)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的第三滚刷(6)靠近垃圾盒(5)上方设有对第三滚刷(6)进行清理的第三刮刀(61)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上设置有清水盒(8),所述的第一滚刷(2)上方设有与清水盒(8)连通的清水通道,所述的清水盒(8)与清水通道之间还设有清水泵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上还设有污水盒(9)和污水泵,所述污水盒(9)上还设置有通过污水泵将垃圾盒(5)内的污水抽入污水盒(9)内的吸污管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于:还包括驱动第一滚刷(2)、第二滚刷(3)、第三滚刷(6)转动的驱动结构(2-3);所述的驱动结构(2-3)包括主驱动电机(2-31),所述的第一滚刷(2)、第二滚 刷(3)、第三滚刷(6)的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮(33)、中驱动轮(34)和后驱动轮(35),所述的主驱动电机(2-31)的输出轴上设有主动轮(32),所述的主动轮(32)与前驱动轮(33)、中驱动轮(34)和后驱动轮(35)通过齿轮齿条结构或带轮皮带连接,所述的前驱动轮(33)与齿条或皮带内侧连接,所述的中驱动轮(34)、后驱动轮(35)与齿条或皮带外侧连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述的驱动结构(2-3)包括主驱动电机(2-31),所述的第一滚刷(2)、第二滚刷(3)、第三滚刷(6)的转轴上分别设有前驱动轮(33)、中驱动轮(34)和后驱动轮(35),所述的主驱动电机(2-31)的输出轴上设有主动轮(32),所述的主动轮(32)与前驱动轮(33)、中驱动轮(34)和后驱动轮(35)通过齿轮齿条结构或带轮皮带连接,所述的前驱动轮(33)与齿条或皮带外侧连接,所述的中驱动轮(34)、后驱动轮(35)与齿条或皮带的内侧或外侧连接。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)上还设有辅助轮(36),所述的辅助轮(36)与齿条或皮带连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述的主动轮(32)设置于壳体(1)上方,所述的辅助轮(36)设置于后驱动轮(35)下方,所述的辅助轮(36)与齿条或皮带的内侧或外侧连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,还包括所述的前驱动轮(33)或中驱动轮(34)上设有第一驱动电机,所述的前驱动轮(33)与中驱动轮(34)通过皮带带轮或齿轮或齿轮齿条连接,所述的前驱动轮(33)与后驱动轮(35)转动方向相反。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述的后驱动轮(35)通过第二驱动电机驱动,所述的第二驱动电机带动后驱动轮(35)的转动方向与前驱动轮(33)转动方向相反。
