本发明涉及一种可视化负压捆扎器。
在对痔、直肠肿物等常见直肠病症进行手术治疗时,采用的手术器械有目前有直肠吻合器、套扎器等,如专利号为:“202011457890 .0”,名称为:“多腔套扎头及使用该多腔套扎头的肛肠套”;专利号为:“202011629620 .3”,名称为:“一种套扎器用负压机构及套扎器”等。
这些现有产品对病变组织的手术治疗主要有两种方式,一种是通过吻合器切除直肠病变的同时用钛合金钉串联起来将切口吻合,这种治疗方式存在钛金属长期留置在体内无法取出的弊端,这种长期的异物刺激常常让患者感觉不适,尤其是对于合并慢性肠炎或敏感体质的患者来说更加明显,且对核磁共振等影像学检查会造成影响。另一种是用管状负压装置吸附少量直肠病变后通过管状负压器上的弹性环扎紧病变基底部,最终被结扎的直肠病变因缺血而坏死、脱落,从而达到慢性切割的目的,该方法存在吸附组织量少,切除范围小,橡胶材料的弹性结扎环易提前脱落无法有效结扎等弊端,且目前该套扎器的负压装置开口基本都是与直肠平行,治疗过程从直肠病变远端吸附组织结扎,顺应性差,且对病变范围定位不准确。同时,这两种方法治疗的过程并非全程可视,有一定的盲目操作性。
本发明的目的在于解决现有的可视化负压捆扎器的不能精准定位切除有残留的问题。

所述的可视装置包括有摄像组件,以及设于摄像组件上的光源,通过有线或无线与显示器连接,所述的显示器与壳体近端可拆卸连接;所述的显示器上设有显示器安装部,显示器安装部与壳体通过球头结构转动调节,所述的显示器安装部上设有球头,所述的壳体上设有与球头结构配合的球头弹性卡槽,所述的球头与球头弹性卡槽可拆卸卡接,所述的可视装置包括有设于外壳外侧壁内位于负压吸头的入口的周边的第一可视装置。
所述的壳体和负压吸头均为透明材料制成,所述的可视装置还包括有对应负压吸头下方的壳体内设置的用于观察负压吸头内的病体组织的第二可视装置。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的可视化负压捆扎器套扎时,在可视装置的观察下,通过负压吸头将病变组织吸附到负压吸头内,然后套扎锁紧结构将套扎线的自由端拉紧使套扎环收紧锁住,从而将病变组织套扎,因有可视装置可以精准定位,而套扎线有自锁孔,拉紧套扎线的自由端即可将单向将套扎收紧锁住病变组织,达到有效结扎,不易脱落的治疗目的,且在直肠病变坏死过程若出现基底部松动可以进一步拉紧套扎线避免提前脱落,可用于精准切除较大直肠病变且没有异物残留体内的弊端。

以下结合附图对本发明的结构做进一步说明。
参照图1至图6,一种可视化负压捆扎器包括有壳体1,设于壳体内的套扎结构2,壳体为套筒状,壳体的远端设有用于将捆扎器导入到人体的肛肠内的锥型导向结构3,导向结构为锥形导向结构。便于吻合器导入到肛肠内。壳体侧面靠近导向结构开设有用于将病体组织吸入的负压吸头4,负压吸头与气泵连接,套扎结构设于负压吸头的入口41内壁上,套扎结构2包括有通过带自锁功能的套扎线21,套扎线的锁紧端设有自锁孔211,套扎线的自由端穿过自锁孔形成套扎环212,套扎环可拆卸卡接在负压吸头的入口内壁上,壳体的近端设有用于将套扎线的自由端拉紧使套扎环收紧锁住的套扎锁紧结构22,壳体外侧或/和内侧设有可视装置6,壳体外侧壁上对应检测装置设有透明的可视窗口。套扎时,在可视装置的观察下,通过负压吸头将病变组织吸附到负压吸头内,然后套扎锁紧结构将套扎线的自由端拉紧使套扎环收紧锁住,从而将病变组织套扎,因有可视装置可以精准定位,而套扎线有自锁孔,拉紧套扎线的自由端即可将单向将套扎收紧锁住病变组织,达到有效结扎,不易脱落的治疗目的,且在直肠病变坏死过程若出现基底部松动可以进一步拉紧套扎线避免提前脱落,可用于精准切除较大直肠病变且没有异物残留体内的弊端。
本实施例中,捆扎器包括有一个以上的不同大小的负压吸头,负压吸头与外壳可拆卸连接。负压吸头可以通过螺钉与外壳可拆卸连接,从而根据病体组织大小更换不同的负压吸头。
本实施例中,套扎锁紧结构22包括有与壳体的近端通过螺纹连接的套扎锁紧旋钮221,用于将套扎线的自由端拉紧的拉紧线222,以及设于套扎锁紧旋钮中心的用于将拉紧线的自由端缠绕的缠绕柱223,拉紧线与套扎线的自由端连接,拉紧线缠绕在缠绕柱上,壳体内壁对应拉紧线设有套扎线引出通道224,套扎线引出通道的出口对应缠绕柱设置。旋转旋钮时,拉紧线缠绕在缠绕柱上,拉紧线拉动套扎线的自由端将套扎环拉紧使病体组织套扎。套扎完成后,套扎线自锁后,此时若不需要将套扎线沿套扎环近端剪断时,则旋开套扎锁紧旋钮,可以将套扎线剪到合适的长度,以将套扎线的尾端留在肛门外部,可以置入套管,进一步随时调整捆扎线的紧张度,防止因结扎的组织坏过程线结松动。
本实施例中,自锁孔下方设有用于将套扎后的套扎线切断的切断结构5,切断结构5包括有对应自锁孔下方的套扎线设置的切刀51,与切刀通过转轴52连接的刀柄53,与刀柄连接的用于拉动刀柄使切刀转动将套扎线切端的拉绳54,以及设于转轴上的用于切刀复位的扭簧55,壳体近端上设有与拉绳连接的切断按钮56,切断按钮滑动设于壳体上。切断按钮56上设有卡扣561,切断按钮通过卡扣上下滑动设于壳体上,切刀与刀柄组成V字形,V字形的中部设有拉绳导向环57,对应拉绳导向环的下方设有拉绳导向通道58,拉绳穿过拉绳导向环和拉绳导向通道与切断按钮连接,外壳1上设有配合切刀将套扎线切断的切台59,切台对应切刀设置,切台和切刀分别位于套扎线两侧。当需要切断时,拉动切断按钮,切断按钮带动拉绳拉动刀柄沿转轴转动,从而带动刀头转动将套扎线切断。此时扭簧处于压缩状态,松开切断按钮,扭簧反弹,带动刀片恢复原位。具体实施时,也可以不设置切断结构,可以将套扎线的尾端留在肛门外部,置入套管,进一步随时调整捆扎线的紧张度,防止因结扎的组织坏过程线结松动。
可视装置6包括有摄像组件,以及设于摄像组件上的光源,可视装置通过有线或无线与显示器7连接,显示器与壳体近端可拆卸连接。从而手术时可以实时的观察病体组织的情况,实现精确定位,一次性全部套扎。本实施例中,可视装置6包括有设于壳体外侧壁内位于负压吸头的入口的周边的第一可视装置61,3个第一可视装置以负压吸头的入口的中心为轴心均匀排布,具体实施时可以设置两个以上第一可视装置以负压吸头的入口的中心为轴心均匀排布。从而可以全方位的观察病体组织周围的情况,将病体组织全部吸附到负压吸头内,防止遗漏病体组织。本实施例中,壳体和负压吸头均为透明材料制成,可视装置还包括有对应负压吸头下方的壳体内设置的用于观察负压吸头内的病体组织的第二可视装置62。从而可以观察负压吸头内的病体组织的套扎情况,提供良好的手术视野,以便将病体组织全部吸附套扎。
本实施例中,显示器7上设有显示器安装部71,显示器安装部与壳体通过球头结构8转动调节,显示器安装部上设有球头81,壳体上设有与球头结构配合的球头弹性卡槽82,球头与球头弹性卡槽可拆卸卡接。使用时将球头卡入到球头弹性卡槽内,可以通过球头结构调节显示器的角度,从而便于观察。
本实施例中,壳体1内设有与负压吸头连通的通气管9,缠绕柱223的中心设有供通气管通过的通气管通孔2231,通气管穿过通气管通孔与气压泵连接。从而整体结构简单紧凑,便于安装使用。具体实施时,通气管可以不从缠绕柱中间通过,可以从壳体的侧面引出。
本实施例中,负压吸头4的入口内壁上设有套扎环卡槽41,套扎环卡槽内设有用于将套扎环卡接在套扎环卡槽内的弹片43,套扎环通过弹片卡接在套扎环卡槽内,负压吸头的入口内壁上还设有用于将套扎线的锁紧端定位的套扎线锁紧端定位槽44。弹片由软胶材料制成,从而可以发生弹性形变将套扎环定位在套扎环卡槽内,不影响病体组织的吸入,同时在拉紧套扎线的自由端时,弹片发生弹性形变,套扎环脱离弹片套在病体组织上。
本实施例中,套扎线的自由端内侧设有卡刺,自锁孔内设有与卡刺配合卡接的弹性锁舌,套扎线的自由端穿过自锁孔时,弹性锁舌卡入到卡刺上,只能单向拉紧。套扎线的自锁孔还可以采用水手结,套扎线的自由端穿过水手结形成套扎环,通过拉紧套扎线的自由端将套扎环锁紧。套扎线选用可吸收的套扎线,比如羊肠线、高分子化学合成线、纯天然胶原蛋白缝合线等能被人体降解吸收的套扎线,从而不用拆线,免除拆线痛苦。
本实施例中,外壳1上设有防止捆扎器滑入到直肠的阻挡片10。从而防止捆扎器滑进直肠。
虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本发明的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改和变形仍属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种可视化负压捆扎器,包括有壳体,设于壳体内的套扎结构,其特征在于:所述的壳体为套筒状,壳体的远端设有用于将捆扎器导入到人体的肛肠内的锥型导向结构,所述的壳体侧面靠近导向结构开设有用于将病体组织吸入的负压吸头,负压吸头与气泵连接,所述的套扎结构设于负压吸头的入口内壁上,所述的套扎结构包括有通过带自锁功能的套扎线,所述的套扎线的锁紧端设有自锁孔,套扎线的自由端穿过自锁孔形成套扎环,所述的套扎环可拆卸卡接在负压吸头的入口内壁上,所述的壳体的近端设有用于将套扎线的自由端拉紧使套扎环收紧锁住的套扎锁紧结构,所述的壳体外侧或/和内侧设有可视装置,壳体外侧壁上对应检测装置设有透明的可视窗口。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的捆扎器包括有一个以上的不同大小的负压吸头,所述的负压吸头与外壳可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的自锁孔下方设有用于将套扎后的套扎线切断的切断结构,所述的切断结构包括有对应自锁孔下方的套扎线设置的切刀,与切刀通过转轴连接的刀柄,与刀柄连接的用于拉动刀柄使切刀转动将套扎线切端的拉绳,以及设于转轴上的用于切刀复位的扭簧,所述的壳体近端上设有与拉绳连接的切断按钮,所述的切断按钮滑动设于壳体上。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的切刀与刀柄组成V字形,所述的V字形的中部设有拉绳导向环,对应拉绳导向环的下方设有拉绳导向通道,所述的拉绳穿过拉绳导向环和拉绳导向通道与切断按钮连接,所述的外壳上设有配合切刀将套扎线切断的切台,切台对应切刀设置,切台和切刀分别位于套扎线两侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的套扎锁紧结构包括有与壳体的近端通过螺纹连接的套扎锁紧旋钮,用于将套扎线的自由端拉紧的拉紧线,以及设于套扎锁紧旋钮中心的用于将拉紧线的自由端缠绕的缠绕柱,拉紧线与套扎线的自由端连接,拉紧线缠绕在缠绕柱上,所述的壳体内壁对应拉紧线设有套扎线引出通道,套扎线引出通道的出口对应缠绕柱设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的套扎线的自由端内侧设有卡刺,所述的自锁孔内设有与卡刺配合卡接的弹性锁舌或者所述的套扎线的自锁孔采用水手结,套扎线的自由端穿过水手结形成套扎环。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的负压吸头的入口内壁上设有套扎环卡槽,所述的套扎环卡槽内设有用于将套扎环卡接在套扎环卡槽内的弹片,所述的套扎环通过弹片卡接在套扎环卡槽内,所述的负压吸头的入口内壁上还设有用于将套扎线的锁紧端定位的套扎线锁紧端定位槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的外壳上设有防止捆扎器滑入到直肠的阻挡片。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的可视装置包括有摄像组件,以及设于摄像组件上的光源,通过有线或无线与显示器连接,所述的显示器与壳体近端可拆卸连接;所述的显示器上设有显示器安装部,显示器安装部与壳体通过球头结构转动调节,所述的显示器安装部上设有球头,所述的壳体上设有与球头结构配合的球头弹性卡槽,所述的球头与球头弹性卡槽可拆卸卡接,所述的可视装置包括有设于外壳外侧壁内位于负压吸头的入口的周边的第一可视装置。
- 如权利要求9所述的一种可视化负压捆扎器,其特征在于:所述的壳体和负压吸头均为透明材料制成,所述的可视装置还包括有对应负压吸头下方的壳体内设置的用于观察负压吸头内的病体组织的第二可视装置。
