背景技术
杂草与农作物竞争养分、水分和光照影响农作物的生产,如果不予以控制,会导致农作物的减产。当前,农业杂草防治通常采用化学药剂防治。化学除草剂防治已成为农作物生产中最可靠,最便宜的控制杂草的方法,然而,长期不合理大量使用单一化学除草剂,导致了杂草抗药水平上升,除草剂使用剂量也越来越大,同时对环境、土壤产生不利的影响。

本发明还提供含有所述复配除草组合物的除草剂,其中假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺在除草剂中的总质量含量是10~80%。
本发明所述的除草剂可以与助剂按常规方法制成多种常见农药剂型,例如水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂。
优选的,所述除草剂的剂型为水分散粒剂,所述水分散粒剂包括以下重量百分比的成分: 假蒟亭碱8~75%、氯甲酰草胺3~15%、润湿剂2~3%、分散剂3~7%、崩解剂5~6%、粘结剂0%~1%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为载体。
优选的,所述除草剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂,所述可湿性粉剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱8~50%、氯甲酰草胺1~24%、润湿剂2~3%、分散剂6~8%、消泡剂0.2~0.8%,余量为载体;
优选的,所述除草剂的剂型为水悬浮剂,所述水悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱10~15%、氯甲酰草胺2~5%、润湿剂2%、分散剂5~7%、抗冻剂5%、增稠剂0.4~0.5%、防腐剂0.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为水。
优选的,所述除草剂的剂型油悬浮剂,所述油悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱5~33%、氯甲酰草胺5~11%、乳化剂0~8%、润湿剂2~8%、分散剂2~7%、稳定剂2~4%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为溶剂。
所述的乳化剂包括但不限于EO-PO嵌段共聚物、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐、吐温系列、司盘系列、蓖麻油磷酸酯系列、农乳600号、农乳700号、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙醇铵盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚APEO、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种;
所述的润湿剂包括但不限于月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、石油磺酸钠、混合醇聚氧乙烯醚、皂角粉、脂肪醇硫酸盐、蚕沙、低黏度甲基纤维素、拉开粉、烷基硫酸盐、GY-W04(北京广源益农化学有限责任公司)中的一种或几种;
所述的分散剂包括但不限于萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、芳基酚聚氧乙烯丁二酸酯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烯基磺酸盐、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、GY-D10(北京广源益农化学有限责任公司)、GY-D800(北京广源益农化学有限责任公司)中的一种或几种;

所述的防腐剂包括但不限于苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或几种。
所述的抗冻剂包括但不限于丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇中的一种或几种。
所述的增稠剂包括但不限于黄原胶、硅酸铝镁、改性膨润土、海藻酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸胺或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种。
所述的稳定剂包括但不限于有机酸、有机碱、酯类、醇类、有机膨润土、妥尔油、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、环氧氯丙烷或尿素中的一种或几种。
所述的溶剂包括但不限于油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、茶油、菜籽油、植物油酯化物或矿物油中的一种或几种。
另一方面,本发明还提供了除草组合物在防治杂草中的应用,所述杂草包括莎草科植物、禾本科植物。所述莎草科植物包括耐药型香附子、异型莎草、牛毛毡等杂草。所述禾本科植物包括稗草、虎尾草等杂草。
本发明所取得的有益效果:
本发明经大量实验研究获知假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺在1:2~8:1范围内复配具有增效作用。二者复配使用弥补了氯甲酰草胺对禾本科杂草、假蒟亭碱对莎草科杂草防治效果差的不足,其防效高,除草谱广,延缓杂草抗性,用药量少,环境友好,对杂草(特别是耐药型杂草)的综合防治有重要意义。
具体实施方式
为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例所述EO-PO嵌段共聚物为高分子表面活性剂,其通常是以丙二醇等含活泼氢的化合物为起始剂,在碱的催化下,依次加聚环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)而得。本发明实施例中使用的是市售产品。
实施例1:15%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水分散粒剂(4:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱12%,氯甲酰草胺3%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,烷基萘磺酸盐7%,碳酸钠6%,甲基纤维素1%,有机硅类消泡剂0.3%,余量为高岭土。按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例2:33%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂(8:3)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱24%,氯甲酰草胺9%,月桂醇硫酸钠3%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物7%,碳酸氢钠5%,甲基纤维素1%,聚醚类消泡剂0.2%,余量为高岭土,按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例3:45%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂(4:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱36%,氯甲酰草胺9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物7%,碳酸氢钠5%,甲基纤维素1%,聚醚类消泡剂0.2%,余量为轻质碳酸钙。按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例4:60%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂(3:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱45%,氯甲酰草胺15%,混合醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,木质素磺酸盐7%,硫酸铵5%,可溶性淀粉1%,高碳醇类消泡剂0.3%,余量为膨润土。按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例5:80%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂(15:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱75%,氯甲酰草胺5%,混合醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物7%,碳酸氢钠5%,甲基纤维素1%,有机硅类消泡剂0.5%,余量为高岭土。按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例6:64%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水分散粒剂(7:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱56%,氯甲酰草胺8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%,烷基萘磺酸盐7%,碳酸钠5%,甲基纤维素1%,有机硅类消泡剂0.5%,余量为膨润土。按常规方法制成水分散粒剂。
实施例7:11%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(8:3)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱8%,氯甲酰草胺3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚7%,有机硅类消泡剂0.2%,余量为硅藻土。按常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。

假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱36%,氯甲酰草胺6%,月桂醇硫酸钠3%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物7%,高碳醇类消泡剂0.3%,余量为轻质碳酸钙,按照常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。
实施例10:55%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(3:2)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱33%,氯甲酰草胺22%,混合醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,烷基萘磺酸盐7%,聚醚类消泡剂0.2%,余量为膨润土, 按照常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。
实施例11:63%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(2:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱42%,氯甲酰草胺21%,月桂醇硫酸钠3%,木质素磺酸盐8%,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.3%,余量为高岭土,按照常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。
实施例12:70%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(5:2)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱50%,氯甲酰草胺20%,GY-W04 3%,GY-D10 6%,硅酮类消泡剂0.3%,余量为高岭土,按常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。
实施例13:80%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(3:2)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱48%,氯甲酰草胺32%,拉开粉3%,木质素磺酸盐8%,聚醚类消泡剂0.8%,膨润土至100%,按照常规方法制成可湿性粉剂。
实施例14:12%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水悬浮剂(5:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺除草组合物水悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱10%,氯甲酰草胺2%,烷基硫酸盐2%,聚羧酸盐5%,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.2%,山梨酸钾0.5%,丙二醇5%,黄原胶0.4%,余量为水。按照常规方法制成水悬浮剂。
实施例15:20%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水悬浮剂(3:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺水悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱15%,氯甲酰草胺5%,EO-PO嵌段共聚物2%,烷基苯磺酸盐类7%,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5%,苯甲酸钠0.5%,乙二醇5%,硅酸铝镁0.5%,余量为水。按照常规方法制成水悬浮剂。
实施例16:10%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺油悬浮剂(1:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺油悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱5%,氯甲酰草胺5%,EO-PO嵌段共聚物2%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐8%,烷基苯磺酸盐类3%,有机膨润土2%,癸酸0.2%,余量为油酸甲酯,按常规方法制成油悬浮剂。
实施例17:44%假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺油悬浮剂(3:1)
假蒟亭碱·氯甲酰草胺油悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:假蒟亭碱33%,氯甲酰草胺11%,脂肪醇硫酸盐2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%,烯基磺酸盐类2%,有机膨润土4%,硅油0.5%,余量为大豆油,按照常规方法制成油悬浮剂。
实验例1:假蒟亭碱、氯甲酰草胺复配室内毒力测定
靶标杂草:香附子(Cyperus rotundus L.)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv)
测定方法:温室条件下(25~30℃),采用室内盆栽法进行试验。将浸种后的靶标杂草种子均匀撒入花盆中,覆土,定期补水,保持土壤湿度,与温室下培养,长齐后留20~25株健壮的苗。待靶标杂草香附子3-4叶期、稗草2-3叶期时茎叶喷雾处理。假蒟亭碱设3个处理,有效成分用量分别为400、800、1600克/公顷;氯甲酰草胺设3个处理,有效成分用量分别为200、400、800克/公顷;假蒟亭碱+氯甲酰草胺混配组合物设9个处理,有效成分用量分别为400+200、400+400、400+800、800+200、800+400、800+800、1600+200、1600+400、1600+800克/公顷;每处理设4次重复,另设空白对照。处理后放置于温室内培养,定期观察生长情况,药后15d称地上部分鲜重,以鲜重抑制率(%)评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。

联合作用评价方法:
根据Gowing法评价除草剂的联合作用,公式如下:
E 0=X+Y-XY/100
X为除草剂A对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;Y为除草剂B对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
E 0为单剂A与B复配后对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;
E为单剂A与B复配后对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的实测值。
评价标准:当E-E 0>10%时表示为增效作用,当-10%≤E-E 0≤10%时表示为相加作用,当E-E 0<-10%时表示为拮抗作用。

结果显示假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺以400+200、400+400、400+800、800+200、800+400、800+800、1600+200、1600+400、1600+800比例复配后对香附子、稗草的实际防效高于其理论防效,且E-E 0>10%,说明假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺在重量比为1:2~8:1时具有明显的增效作用。
实验例2:假蒟亭碱、氯甲酰草胺防除田间杂草药效试验:
防治对象:田间发生的常见杂草,香附子(Cyperus rotundus L.)、异形莎草(Cyperus difformis L.)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv)、虎尾草(Chloris virgata Sw.)。
试验药剂:假蒟亭碱可湿性粉剂(1200g/公顷),氯甲酰草胺可湿性粉剂(500g/公顷),实施例1-3、5除草组合物水分散粒剂(1200g/公顷),实施例8、9、11、13除草组合物可湿性粉剂(1200g/公顷),实施例15除草组合物水悬浮剂(1200g/公顷),实施例16除草组合物油悬浮剂(1200g/公顷);
试验于一块杂草密度较大的田中分区进行,每小区20m 2,杂草3~4叶期施药,均匀兑水进行茎叶喷施。喷施前,分别统计香附子、异形莎草、稗草、虎尾草4种杂草的株数,施药后14d分别统计以上4种杂草株数。防效计算按照下面公式:
防效(%)=1-(施药后杂草株数÷施药前杂草株数)×100%

田间试验结果表明,不同配比的假蒟亭碱和氯甲酰草胺复配制剂对禾本科杂草及莎草科杂草防除效果显著,明显优于两种单剂防效。两种药剂混配后解决了田间恶性杂草香附子、异形莎草、稗草、虎尾草等的问题。
综上所述,本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单剂单独使用,具有延缓杂草抗性,扩大除草谱的优点,且对作物安全性好,符合高效、安全、高选择性的农药应用政策方针。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种含假蒟亭碱的复配除草组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比(1:2)~(8:1)假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复配除草组合物,其特征在于,所述假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺的重量比为(8:1)~(8:4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的复配除草组合物,其特征在于,所述假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺的重量比为1:1。
  4. 一种含有权利要求1所述复配除草组合物的除草剂,其特征在于,假蒟亭碱与氯甲酰草胺在除草剂中的总质量含量是10~80%。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂的剂型包括水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水悬浮剂、油悬浮剂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述水分散剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱8~75%、氯甲酰草胺3~15%、润湿剂2~3%、分散剂3~7%、崩解剂5~6%、粘结剂0~1%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为载体。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述可湿性粉剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱8~50%、氯甲酰草胺1~24%、润湿剂2~3%、分散剂6~8%、消泡剂0.2~0.8%,余量为载体。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述水悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱10~15%、氯甲酰草胺2~5%、润湿剂2%、分散剂5~7%、抗冻剂5%、增稠剂0.4~0.5%、防腐剂0.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为水;所述油悬浮剂包括以下重量百分比的成分:假蒟亭碱5~33%、氯甲酰草胺5~11%、乳化剂0~8%、润湿剂2~8%、分散剂2~7%、稳定剂2~4%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%,余量为溶剂。
  9. 权利要求1所述的复配除草组合物或权利要求4所述的除草剂在防治杂草中的应用,所述杂草包括莎草科植物和/或禾本科植物。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述莎草科植物包括香附子和/或异型莎草;所述禾本科植物包括稗草和/或虎尾草。
