Description
本申请涉及拉链技术,尤其涉及一种链牙、拉链、应用该拉链的物品及链牙成型模具。
拉链是一种依靠两排链牙相互咬合与分离,使与链牙相连的两侧织物并合与分离的连接件。目前市场上各种型号的拉链中,金属链牙主要由各种含量的铜材料制成。由于链牙尺寸较小,加工精度要求较高,在链牙成型的过程中无法保证各项尺寸的稳定性,在脱模的过程中容易出现卡顿进而影响生产节拍,还会造成链牙的成品率较低、以及模具的损坏率较高等问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例中提供一种链牙、拉链、应用该拉链的物品及链牙成型模具。
本申请第一方面实施例提供一种链牙,包括:用于与其他链牙啮合的头部以及从头部的尾端岔分出的两个腿部,两个腿部对称设置;
沿着头部顶端至头部尾端的方向,头部相对两侧面之间的距离逐渐增大;头部相对两侧面之间形成的夹角为5°-20°。
本申请第二方面实施例提供一种拉链,包括:链带、拉头和如上所述的链牙;所述链牙的两个腿部夹设在链带的一侧边。
本申请第三方面实施例提供一种应用如上所述拉链的物品,包括物品本体及设置在物品本体上的连接部,所述连接部用于与拉链相连。
本申请第四方面实施例提供一种用于形成如上所述链牙的链牙成型模具,其特征在于,包括:相互啮合转动的第一模具和第二模具;
第一模具的啮合面设有第一成型槽,第二模具的啮合面设有第二成型槽; 所述第一成型槽与第二成型槽对接构成用于形成链牙的成型空间。

本实施例提供一种链牙,能够应用于拉链中。该拉链包括:链带、拉头、链牙、上下止挡等结构。链带的数量两个,两个链带的相对侧边各并排设置有多个链牙,拉头用于使两个链带上对应的链牙啮合或分离。上下止挡分别设置在链带的两端,用于对拉头进行止挡。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供的链牙,包括:头部1和从头部1的尾端岔分出的两个腿部2,两个腿部2对称设置。头部1用于与另一链牙啮合,两个尾端2用于夹紧链带。
头部1和两个腿部2形成“Y”形的链牙,将头部1中远离腿部2的一端称为头部1的首端面,腿部2中远离头部1的一端称为腿部2的尾端面。将图1和图2所示的头部1的左右两侧面称为头部1的侧面,将两个腿部2相临近的侧面称为腿部2的内侧面,相远离的侧面称为腿部2的外侧面。
图1和图2所示的形状为链牙在接合在链带之前的形状。在装配过程中,在链牙的头部1冲压形成啮合部11,将链带置入两个腿部2,通过接合设备将 两个腿部2向内挤压缩小二者之间的距离,腿部变形后夹紧链带。变形后的链牙如图3和图4所示。
沿着头部顶端至头部尾端的方向,头部相对两侧面之间的距离逐渐增大,头部相对两侧面之间形成的夹角A为5°-20°。相当于链牙的两侧具有脱模斜度5°-20°。采用该方案能够使得链牙在成型过程中能够顺利从模具中脱出。
本实施例提供一种链牙,包括用于与其他链牙啮合的头部以及从头部的尾端岔分出的两个腿部,两个腿部对称设置;沿着头部顶端至头部尾端的方向,头部相对两侧面之间的距离逐渐增大,头部相对两侧面之间形成的夹角A为5°-20°,相当于链牙的两侧具有脱模斜度5°-20°,使得链牙在成型过程中能够顺利从模具中脱出,解决脱模卡顿的问题,而且还能够确保链牙的边缘形状和尺寸符合设计要求,进而确保链牙与链带连接的可靠性、链牙之间连接的可靠性、链牙与拉头配合的顺滑能力,提高成品率。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可以对链牙的尺寸进行进一步的改进:
头部1和腿部2的尺寸满足B/(B+E)为30%-50%,其中,B为两个腿部2内侧面的衔接处与头部1的首端面之间的距离,E为两个腿部2内侧面的衔接处与腿部2的尾端面之间的距离。采用该尺寸可以保证两个链牙能够相互扣住以及链牙的腿部夹紧链带,从而提高单个链牙的移位强力、单个链牙的平拉强力和整个拉链的平拉强力。
头部和腿部的尺寸满足D<C+C+x,其中,D为头部尾端的宽度,C为腿部尾端的宽度,x为预设调整参数,x为0.4mm-0.6mm。本实施例中,x为0.5mm,能够保证在将链牙扣压在链带上时不挤伤链带。
本实施例提供一种具体的实现方式:头部1的首端面可以为平面,头部1的首端面与头部的相对两侧面为弧形过渡,头部1的相对两侧面与腿部2的外侧面之间为弧形过渡。
腿部2的尾端面可以为平面,腿部2的尾端面与腿部2的内侧面之间为弧形过渡。两个腿部2的内侧面之间为弧形过渡。
腿部2中部的宽度小于腿部2尾端的宽度。本实施例提供一种实现方式:腿部2的外侧面为平面,腿部2的尾端面为平面。腿部2的外侧面与腿部2的尾端面垂直,腿部2内侧面的中部朝向腿部2外侧面的方向凹陷以使腿部2中部的宽度小于腿部2尾端的宽度。两个腿部2中部之间留出空隙,用于容纳链带。
进一步的,腿部2的内侧面中部设有凸出部21,两个腿部2上的凸出部21对称设置。凸出部21的作用是辅助夹紧链带,提高牢固程度。
每个腿部2上可以设置至少一个凸出部21,例如设置一个、两个或两个以上凸出部21。当每个腿部2上设置的凸出部21的数量为两个或两个以上时,各凸出部21可以连续排布,也可以间隔排布。对于间隔排布的方式,凸出部21之间可以等间距排布,也可以不等间距排布。
两个腿部2上的凸出部21的数量可以相同,也可以不相同。例如:一个腿部2设置有一个凸出部21,另一个腿部2设置有一个凸出部21。或者,一个腿部2设置有一个凸出部21,另一个腿部2设置有两个凸出部21。
当两个腿部2上的凸出部21的数量相同时,两个腿部2上的凸出部21可以对称设置,也可以不对称设置。例如:一个腿部2设有一个凸出部21,另一个腿部2设有两个凸出部21,两个凸出部21之间留有预设距离。当两个腿部2向内收紧之后,一个腿部2上的凸出部21正对另一个腿部2上的两个凸出部21之间的位置。

凸出部21的形状可以为凸棱状、凸点状或其他形状。本实施例提供一种凸出部21的具体实现方式:凸出部21两侧面的顶端相接呈尖状,凸出部21两侧面的底端与腿部2内侧面为弧形过渡。凸出部21两侧面呈轴对称布置,其对称轴垂直于腿部2的内侧面。尖状的凸出部21扎进链带内,使得链牙与链带之间的连接更牢固。
本实施例提供的链牙,头部1和腿部2可以为一体形成。或者头部1和腿部2为独立制成,之后再焊接固定。
链牙可采用铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、不锈钢等材料中的任一种制成。。
图5为本申请实施例提供的链牙与成型模具的立体图,图6为本申请实施例提供的链牙与成型模具的局部剖视图,图7为图6的局部放大视图。如图5至图7所示,本实施例还提供一种链牙成型模具,包括:相互啮合转动的第一模具31和第二模具32。其中,第一模具31的啮合面设有第一成型槽,第二模具32的啮合面设有第二成型槽,第一成型槽与第二成型槽对接构成用于形成链牙的成型空间。
具体的,第一模具31和第二模具32为转动轴线平行的转轮,两个模具的周面作为啮合面,第一模具31的周面设有啮合槽311,第二模具32的周面设有啮合齿321,啮合齿321插入啮合槽311中实现两个模具相互啮合转动。
如图7所示的截面,成型空间位于两个啮合齿321之间。当第一模具31和第二模具32转动时,铜材在成型空间中挤压脱模形成链牙初材4。链牙初材4为长条形状,其截面为图1所示的形状。
图8为本申请实施例提供的链牙与链带接合的平面视图,图9为图8的局部视图,图10为本申请实施例提供的链牙与链带接合的立体图,图11为图10的局部视图。如图8至图11所示,本实施例还提供一种拉链,包括:链带5、拉头和上述任一内容所提供的链41牙,链牙41的两个腿部2夹设在链带5的一侧边。
另外,本实施例还提供一种应用上述拉链的物品,包括物品本体及设置在物品本体上的连接部,所述连接部用于与拉链相连。
例如:该物品为服装,服装的两侧衣襟作为物品本体,两侧衣襟相对的侧边作为连接部用于与拉链相连。拉链中的链带沿着与衣襟侧边平行的方向与衣襟固定在一起,通过拉链中的拉头带动链牙啮合或分离,实现两侧衣襟对接或分离。
再例如:该物品为包袋,包袋具有至少一个开口,开口两侧的部分作为物品本体,两侧本体相对的侧边作为连接部用于与拉链相连。拉链中的链带沿着与本体侧边平行的方向与本体固定在一起,通过拉链中的拉头带动链牙啮合或分离,实现两侧本体对接或分离。
本实施例所提供的物品并不限定于上述服装或包袋,还可以为被罩枕套等床品、整理袋等日用品、汽车座椅套等车内用品等。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或可以互相通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
尽管已描述了本申请的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本申请范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (14)
- 一种链牙,其特征在于,包括:用于与其他链牙啮合的头部以及从头部的尾端岔分出的两个腿部,两个腿部对称设置;沿着头部顶端至头部尾端的方向,头部相对两侧面之间的距离逐渐增大;头部相对两侧面之间形成的夹角为5°-20°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述头部和腿部的尺寸满足D<C+C+x,其中,D为头部尾端的宽度,C为腿部尾端的宽度,x为预设调整参数,x为0.4mm-0.6mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述头部的首端面与头部的相对两侧面为弧形过渡;头部的相对两侧面与腿部的外侧面之间为弧形过渡。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的链牙,其特征在于,腿部尾端面与腿部内侧面之间为弧形过渡;两个腿部内侧面之间为弧形过渡。
- 根据权利要求1所述的链牙,其特征在于,腿部的外侧面为平面,腿部的尾端面为平面;腿部的外侧面与腿部的尾端面垂直;所述腿部内侧面的中部朝向腿部外侧面的方向凹陷以使腿部中部的宽度小于腿部尾端的宽度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述腿部的内侧面中部设有用于夹紧拉链链带的凸出部,凸出部的数量为至少一个。
- 根据权利要求6所述的链牙,其特征在于,两个腿部上的凸出部的数量相同。
- 根据权利要求7所述的链牙,其特征在于,一个腿部上的凸出部与另一个腿部上的凸出部为对称设置。
- 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述凸出部两侧面的顶端相接呈尖状,凸出部两侧面的底端与腿部内侧面为弧形过渡;凸出部两侧面呈轴对称布置,其对称轴垂直于腿部内侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述链牙,其特征在于,所述头部和腿部为一体形成 的结构。
- 根据权利要求10所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述头部和腿部采用铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、不锈钢中的任一种制成。
- 一种拉链,其特征在于,包括:链带、拉头和如权利要求1-11任一项所述的链牙;所述链牙的两个腿部夹设在链带的一侧边。
- 一种应用权利要求12所述拉链的物品,其特征在于,包括物品本体及设置在物品本体上的连接部,所述连接部用于与拉链相连。
- 一种用于形成权利要求1-11任一项所述链牙的链牙成型模具,其特征在于,包括:相互啮合转动的第一模具和第二模具;第一模具的啮合面设有第一成型槽,第二模具的啮合面设有第二成型槽;所述第一成型槽与第二成型槽对接构成用于形成链牙的成型空间。
