如图1至图2,根据本实用新型实施例提供的一种沙发连接件1,包括本体,本体上设置有一凸棱11以间隔形成两个卡槽12,两个卡槽12适于一一对应地卡合在两个沙发拼接后紧挨的两个支撑腿2上。
也就是说,在本实施例中,两个单件沙发拼装成双人沙发或多人沙发是通过沙发连接件1将两紧挨的支撑腿2连接在一起而实现的。在此,沙发连接件1是通过卡槽12卡合于支撑腿2,两卡槽12之间有凸棱连接固定,使得沙发连接件1可将两支撑腿连接在一起。
由此,根据本实用新型实施例的一种沙发连接件1,在使用该连接件时,将两沙发框架拼合在一起,再将两卡槽12的开口12a对着两沙发紧挨的两个支撑腿2,使卡槽12顺着支撑腿2的外表面套入而卡合在支撑腿2上。从而通过该连接件的使用,可使得沙发的组装容易,只需一人即可操作,省时省力。
在一些示例中,为保证沙发连接件1与支撑腿2之间的连接可靠性。卡槽12的形状是与支撑腿2被卡合的位置的形状相适配的。也即,卡槽12可卡紧在支撑腿2上被卡合的位置。例如,在支撑腿2被卡合的位置设置防滑圈或是设计台阶。
可选地,卡槽12是呈圆弧状的。沙发的支撑腿2大都被设计成圆柱状。如此,通过圆弧状的卡槽12可较顺利地卡入支撑腿2,进一步地使沙发的组装简便。
在一些示例中,本体具有板条13,板条13的一端连接凸棱11的底部,另一端向上弯曲延伸以使板条13和凸棱11共同构造出卡槽12。也就是说,卡槽12是由凸棱11的一侧与板条13共同形成的。
具体地,板条13具有圆弧段131和翻边段132,圆弧段131与凸棱11共同构造出卡槽12,翻边段132由位于卡槽12的开口12a的圆弧段131向外弯折而成。其中,圆弧段131使得卡槽12的形状呈圆弧状;翻边段132的设计便于用户手持使用,使得其可套入支撑腿2。
在一些示例中,凸棱11的顶面具有两个倾斜面,两个倾斜面的倾斜方向相反且均朝向凸棱11的中心线倾斜向上设置,两个倾斜面之间通过圆弧过渡衔接。由此,通过倾斜面的设置,凸棱可顺畅地插入两支撑脚2之间。当然,在其他示例中,凸棱11也可以是其他形状。
实施例二
如图3-图5所示,根据本实用新型的实施例,揭示了一种沙发连接组件,包括上述的沙发连接件1和垫块3。具体而言,垫块3套设在支撑腿2上,卡槽12适于卡合在垫块3上。
也就是说,通过在支撑腿2上设置垫块3,使得沙发连接件1的卡槽12可通过卡合在垫块3上而将两支撑腿2连接在一起,其中,垫块3的设置可使卡槽12卡紧,保证沙发组装的可靠性。
因此,在使用该连接组件时,将两沙发框架拼合在一起,在支撑腿2上套设垫块3,再将两卡槽12的开口12a对着两沙发紧挨的两个支撑腿2,使卡槽12顺着支撑腿2的外表面套入后再卡合于垫块3上。如此,通过该连接组件的使用,可使得沙发的组装容易,只需一人即可操作,省时省力,并且垫块3易于卡槽12的卡紧。
在一些示例中,沙发连接件1为弹性件,各卡槽12的开口12a在撑开状态和复位状态之间可切换。换言之,卡槽12的开口12a可通过外力作用使其张开而套入支撑腿2,并在到达垫块3位置时又可复位而卡紧在垫块3上。
其中,垫块3可以是呈圆形状,垫块3设于支撑腿2的顶面且垫块3的圆周面小于支撑腿2的顶面面积。卡槽12在卡合于支撑腿2的过程中,卡槽12的开口12a可被支撑腿2的外表面撑开或是直接外力撑开直至卡槽12套设在垫块3上时,开口12a失去支撑力后复位。可以理解地是,垫块3与支撑腿2因面积之差,使得在支撑腿2顶面与垫块3会形成台阶,卡槽12从支撑腿2的外表面套入后上滑至其卡合在垫块3上。台阶可进一步地确保卡槽12卡紧于垫块3。
根据本实用新型进一步的示例,沙发连接件1可以是塑料件。沙发连接件1采用塑料材质,可利用塑料的张力轻松地将其插入两支撑腿2的间隙,便于组装和拆卸。并且,塑料材质的沙发连接件1的强度足够使用。
另外,垫块3与支撑腿2可以是一体地,卡槽12卡合于垫块3可以理解为卡槽12卡合于支撑腿2上。
实施例三
如图6所示,根据本实用新型的实施例,揭示了一种沙发连接组件,包括上述的沙发连接件1和垫块3。具体而言,垫块3套设在支撑腿2上,卡槽12适于卡合在垫块3上。
也就是说,通过在支撑腿2上设置垫块3,使得沙发连接件1的卡槽12可通过卡合在垫块3上而将两支撑腿2连接在一起,其中,垫块3的设置可使卡槽12卡紧,保证沙发组装的可靠性。
在一些示例中,沙发连接件1为刚性件,垫块3具有第一宽度边和第二宽度边,第一宽度边的宽度大于第二宽度边的宽度;垫块3设于支撑腿2的顶面且安装过程中沙发连接件1的卡槽12从第二宽度边插入,再转动支撑腿2以使第一宽度边卡合卡槽12。换言之,通过垫块3的第一宽度边和第二宽度边的配合,使得刚性的沙发连接件1可先从第二宽度边插入垫块3,再转动而卡紧于第一宽度边。
其中,第一宽度边可以是两对称的圆弧边,第二宽度边可以是两对称的直线边,垫块3设于支撑腿2的顶面且安装过程中沙发连接件1的卡槽12从两直线边插入,再转动支撑腿2以使两圆弧边卡合卡槽12。可以理解地是,垫块3是圆形状的两对称位置切割出两直线边。因沙发连接件1是刚性件,无法在插入支撑腿2时产生张力。因此,通过垫块3的设置,在卡槽12插入垫块3时,转动支撑腿,使得垫块3的圆弧边由垂直方向转到水平方向,即可卡紧卡槽12。另外,垫块3的设置可与支撑腿2产生面积之差,使得在支撑腿2顶面与垫块3会形成台阶,台阶可进一步地确保卡槽12卡紧于垫块3。
根据本实用新型的进一步示例,沙发连接件1可以是金属五金件,金属具有足够的强度,不存在破裂的风险。
另外,垫块3与支撑腿2可以是一体地,卡槽12卡合于垫块3可以理解为卡槽12卡合于支撑腿2上。
因此,在使用该连接组件时,将两沙发框架拼合在一起,在支撑腿2上套设垫块3,再将两卡槽12的开口12a对着两沙发紧挨的两个支撑腿2上的垫块3插入,再转动支撑腿2,使得卡槽12卡紧垫块3。从而通过该连接组件的使用,可使得沙发的组装容易,只需一人即可操作,省时省力,并且垫块3易于卡槽12的卡紧。
实施例四
结合图7,根据本实用新型的实施例,提供一种沙发,包括上述的沙发连接组件,通过上述沙发连接组件连接沙发部件。
其中,可选地是在两个沙发拼接后紧挨的两个支撑腿之间通过上述沙发连接组件连接, 例如,在支撑腿2a和支撑腿2b的顶面套设个垫块3,然后将沙发连接件1的两卡槽12分别卡紧在两垫块3上,即可实现两沙发的拼装。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种沙发连接件,其特征在于,包括:本体,所述本体上设置有一凸棱以间隔形成两个卡槽,两个所述卡槽适于一一对应地卡合在两个沙发拼接后紧挨的两个支撑腿上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种沙发连接件,其特征在于,所述卡槽呈圆弧状。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种沙发连接件,其特征在于,所述本体具有板条,所述板条的一端连接所述凸棱的底部,另一端向上弯曲延伸以使板条和所述凸棱共同构造出所述卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种沙发连接件,其特征在于,所述板条具有圆弧段和翻边段,所述圆弧段与所述凸棱共同构造出所述卡槽,所述翻边段由位于所述卡槽的开口的所述圆弧段向外弯折而成。
  5. 一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的沙发连接件;
    垫块,所述垫块套设在所述支撑腿上,所述卡槽适于卡合在所述垫块上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述沙发连接件为弹性件,各所述卡槽的开口在撑开状态和复位状态之间可切换。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述垫块呈圆形状,所述垫块设于所述支撑腿的顶面且所述垫块的圆周面小于所述支撑腿的顶面面积。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述沙发连接件为塑料件。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述沙发连接件为刚性件,所述垫块具有第一宽度边和第二宽度边,所述第一宽度边的宽度大于所述第二宽度边的宽度;所述垫块设于所述支撑腿的顶面且安装过程中所述沙发连接件的卡槽从所述第二宽度边插入,再转动所述支撑腿以使所述第一宽度边卡合所述卡槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一宽度边为两对称的圆弧边,所述第二宽度边为两对称的直线边,所述垫块设于所述支撑腿的顶面且安装过程中所述沙发连接件的卡槽从两直线边插入,再转动所述支撑腿以使两圆弧边卡合所述卡槽。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种沙发连接组件,其特征在于,所述沙发连接件为金属五金件。
  12. 一种沙发,其特征在于,包括如权利要求5-11中任一项所述的沙发连接组件,通过所述沙发连接组件连接沙发部件。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种沙发,其特征在于,两个沙发拼接后紧挨的两个支撑腿之间通过所述沙发连接组件连接。
