Description
本实用新型涉及外墙装饰板技术领域,具体为一种降噪效果好的建筑外墙装饰板。
外墙装饰板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料,该材料由聚酯烤漆或氟碳漆、雕花铝锌合金钢板、聚氨酯保温层、玻璃纤维布复合而成,主要应用于体育馆、图书馆、学校和医院的办公楼、别墅等各种建筑的外墙装饰和节能改造,主要功能为建筑装饰、保温节能、隔热隔音、防水防霉。
建筑外墙在进行装饰时,需要用到建筑外墙装饰板,目前现有的建筑外墙装饰板有以下缺点:现有的建筑外墙装饰板降噪效果较差,导致建筑外墙装饰板在使用时,由于人们在休息时需要一个比较安静的环境,声音过于嘈杂,严重影响人们的休息质量,同时建筑外墙装饰板的防水性能较差,导致建筑外墙装饰板在长期使用时,水容易进入建筑外墙装饰板内部,造成建筑外墙装饰板出现腐蚀损坏,缩短了建筑外墙装饰板的使用寿命。

所述降噪层包括纤维板层,所述纤维板层的右侧粘合连接有石膏板层,所述石膏板层的右侧粘合连接有铝箔隔音棉层;
所述防水层包括防水高聚物涂料,所述防水高聚物涂料的表面涂覆有防水聚氨酯涂料,所述防水聚氨酯涂料的表面涂覆有防水聚脲涂料。
优选的,所述纤维板层的左侧与降噪腔内壁的左侧粘合连接,所述铝箔隔音棉层的右侧与降噪腔内壁的右侧粘合连接。
优选的,所述防水高聚物涂料的内壁涂覆在建筑外墙装饰板本体的表面,所述防水层的长度宽度和高度均大于建筑外墙装饰板本体的长度宽度和高度。
优选的,所述降噪层的表面位于降噪腔的内腔,所述防水层的内腔位于建筑外墙装饰板本体的表面。
优选的,所述纤维板层、石膏板层和铝箔隔音棉层的厚度均相同,所述防水高聚物涂料、防水聚氨酯涂料和防水聚脲涂料的厚度均相同。

本申请文件中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,而且根据说明书和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,控制方式是通过控制器来自动控制,控制器的控制电路通过本领域的技术人员简单编程即可实现,属于本领域的公知常识,并且本实用新型主要用来保护机械装置,所以本实用新型不再详细解释控制方式和电路连接,且说明书中提到的外设控制器可为本文提到的电器元件起到控制作用,而且该外设控制器为常规的已知设备。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪效果好的建筑外墙装饰板,其特征在于:所述纤维板层(31)的左侧与降噪腔(2)内壁的左侧粘合连接,所述铝箔隔音棉层(33)的右侧与降噪腔(2)内壁的右侧粘合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪效果好的建筑外墙装饰板,其特征在于:所述防水高聚物涂料(41)的内壁涂覆在建筑外墙装饰板本体(1)的表面,所述防水层(4)的长度宽度和高度均大于建筑外墙装饰板本体(1)的长度宽度和高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪效果好的建筑外墙装饰板,其特征在于:所述降噪层(3)的表面位于降噪腔(2)的内腔,所述防水层(4)的内腔位于建筑外墙装饰板本体(1)的表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪效果好的建筑外墙装饰板,其特征在于:所述纤维板层(31)、石膏板层(32)和铝箔隔音棉层(33)的厚度均相同,所述防水高聚物涂料(41)、防水聚氨酯涂料(42)和防水聚脲涂料(43)的厚度均相同。
