Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る缶蓋1の構成を示す平面図であり、図2は、缶蓋1の構成を示す断面図である。図3は、缶蓋1のリベット部32周辺の構成を示す断面図、図4は、パネル部21に設けられた補助スコア線33の構成を示す断面図である。図5及び図6は、缶蓋1が用いられる缶100の構成であって、缶蓋1のパネル部21がドーム状の膨らんだ状態を示す断面図である。なお、図5は、タブ12による開口操作前、図6は、タブ12による開口操作時の構成をそれぞれ示す。
Claims (2)
- 円板状のパネル部と、
前記パネル部の外周縁側に設けられたスコア線と、
前記パネル部に設けられ、前記スコア線の径方向で内方に隣接するリベット部と、
前記リベット部に取り付けられるリベット孔を有する取り付け部、前記取り付け部と連続する先端部、及び、前記取り付け部を挟んで前記先端部の反対側に形成される指掛け部を有するタブと、
前記パネル部に形成され、前記リベット部の前記パネル部の径方向内方で、前記リベット部に沿って円弧状に延在する第1部位、及び、前記第1部位と連続し、前記リベット部の中心と前記タブの先端と通る直線を第1直線とし、前記リベット部の中心を通って前記第1直線と直交する直線を第2直線としたときに、前記第2直線に沿った方向に延在し、且つ、前記第2直線よりも前記パネル部の中心側に位置する第2部位を有する補助スコア線と、
を備える缶蓋。 - 前記第2部位と前記第2直線との前記第1直線の延設方向の距離は0.2~2mmの範囲に設定される、請求項1に記載の缶蓋。
