Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un pansement comprenant la fourniture d'une première couche de substrat, la distribution de particules superabsorbantes sur un premier côté de la première couche de substrat, l'accouplement d'une seconde couche de substrat au premier côté de la première couche de substrat de telle sorte que les particules superabsorbantes soient positionnées entre la première couche de substrat et la seconde couche de substrat, la création d'une pluralité de trous à travers la première couche de substrat et la seconde couche de substrat, et le recouvrement des bords de la pluralité de trous à l'aide d'un agent d'étanchéité conçu pour empêcher le mouvement des particules superabsorbantes dans la pluralité de trous.
