在本发明中需要说明的是,术语“上”“下”“左”“右”“竖直”“水平”“内”“外”等均为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示本发明的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例一
参考图1所示,本发明公开了一种锁止装置100,包括中空的壳体1、锁止座2、锁止机构3及联动机构。
配合图1至图3所示,壳体1的前侧设有用于安装按钮41的安装口11,壳体1的后侧设有用于封闭其的壳盖12,壳体1内设有若干立柱13,壳盖12固定于立柱13上,壳体1的侧边形成有延伸部14,延伸部14上设有与壳体1内部相通的凹槽141,凹槽141上设有沿其长度方向的定位槽142。
配合图1、图4及图5所示,锁止座2上设有容置腔21,锁止座2包括第一座体22和第二座体23,第一座体22上设有安装槽221和安装孔222, 第一座体22于第二座体23的一侧设有限位槽223,第一座体22往侧边延伸形成第二座体23,第二座体23上设有容置腔21,且容置腔21与安装槽221相通。
锁止机构3包括锁销31和第一弹簧32,锁销31设置于容置腔21中,第一弹簧32设于容置腔21内,并与锁销31相抵接,锁销31包括销本体311和止顶部312,销本体311的顶部设有止推口3111,在本实施例中,止推口3111的截面形状呈三角形,销本体311往侧边延伸形成止顶部312。
配合图1至图5所示,联动机构包括按钮41、拉绳42及止推件43,按钮41设于壳体1上,拉绳42的下端与按钮41相连接、上端与止推件43相连接,通过止推件43使锁销31的一端缩回/伸出容置腔21。
按钮41的背面设有连接座411,连接座411上转动设置有铰接件44,拉绳42的下端转动地连接于铰接件44上,按钮41通过第二弹簧45进行复位。
拉绳42的上端穿过锁止座2的安装孔222后与止推件43相连接,拉绳42下端的端部设有下连接头421,下连接头421转动地连接于铰接件44上,下连接头421上设有第一挡块4211,下连接头421穿设于凹槽141中,并使第一挡块4211沿着定位槽142移动,凹槽141的长度大致与止顶部312的移动距离相适应,使得按钮41的按压一个行程能够使止顶部312缩回容置腔21。在本实施例中,拉绳42采用刚性绳,同时,为确保拉动时的稳定性和准确性,沿着拉绳42的布绳方向设置有限位块(图中未示出),拉绳42活动地穿设于限位块中,以防止其在拉动时发生晃动或者移位。
止推件43设于安装槽221中,并抵接于销本体311的止推口3111上,止推件43下端的形状与止推口3111的形状相适应,在本实施例中,止推口3111的截面形状优选为直角三角形,使得止推件43在止推口3111中的移动更加准确。止推件43的侧边分别延伸形成有第二挡块431和连接部432,第二挡块431在限位槽223中移动,防止止推件43脱离止推口3111,连接部432上设有通孔,拉绳42活动穿设于连接部432中,并在其顶端设有上连接头422。
在本发明中,锁止座2和锁止机构3的数量至少包括两个,按钮41上连 接有多根拉绳42,各拉绳42的上端均连接有止推件43,用于实现各锁止机构3的锁止作用。优选地,在本实施例中,锁止座2和锁止机构3的数量均为两个,按钮41上连接有两根拉绳42,两根拉绳42的上端分别连接有止推件43,两根拉绳42可以同步动作分别拉动止推件43,使锁销31的一端缩回/伸出容置腔21,两个锁止机构3一起实现锁止作用,保证锁止的可靠性。
实施例二
配合图1、图6及图7所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
第一座体22往侧边延伸形成有若干个第二座体23,第一座体22上设有与第二座体23数量相对应的安装槽221,各第二座体22上均设有容置腔21,容置腔21分别与安装槽221相通,容置腔21内均设有锁销31和第一弹簧32,止推件43的数量与第一座22体的数量相对应,且各止推件43的连接部432连成一体,各止推件43分别抵接于锁销31的止推口3111上。
在本实施例中,第一座体22往侧边延伸形成的第二座体23的数量优选为两个,止推件43的数量也为两个,两止推件43的连接部432连成一体,两止推件43分别抵接于锁销31的止推口3111上。拉绳42可以同时拉动各止推件43,使各锁销31的一端缩回/伸出容置腔21,使得各锁销31一起实现锁止作用,进一步保证了锁止的可靠性。
实施例三
配合图1、图8至图12所示,本发明还公开了一种行李箱,包括下箱体200、上箱体300及上述的锁止装置100,下箱体200上设有下锁孔210,上箱体300于与下锁孔210同一平面的位置上至少设有两个上锁孔310,锁止装置100设于下箱体200的内侧壁上,且锁止装置100的锁销31伸入下锁孔210中,并插入其中一个上锁孔310中,以将下箱体200和上箱体300连接在一起。
在本实施例中,下箱体200上设有滑轨220,滑轨220沿着下箱体200的高度方向设置,上箱体300的内侧设有滑块320,滑块320与滑轨220相适配,上箱体300相对下箱体200进行移动时,通过滑块320与滑轨220相适配既 可以提高上箱体300和下箱体200之间连接的稳定性,又可以使止顶部312与上锁孔310的对位更准确。
本发明的工作原理如下:
行李箱在未调整状态时,第一弹簧32处于被压缩状态,以使锁销31往容置腔21的外侧伸出,同时,由于止推件43的第二挡块431被限位槽223限制,而使得止推件43的下端抵在止推口3111靠近顶部的位置,以限制锁销31往外伸出的长度,使锁销31的止顶部312露出容置腔21。此时,往外伸出的止顶部312伸入下箱体200的下锁孔210中,并插入上箱体300的其中一个上锁孔310中,进而将下箱体200和上箱体300连接在一起。
需要调节行李箱的高度时,先按压按钮41,使上箱体300可以相对下箱体200进行上下移动,再移动下箱体200至所需高度,并使止顶部312插入上箱体300的另一个上锁孔310中,使下箱体200和上箱体300连接在一起即可,具体过程为:
按压按钮41后,按钮41背面的连接座411随按钮41往壳盖12方向移动,使得连接座411上的铰接件44往按钮41中部转动,进而向下拉动拉绳42,止推件43在拉绳42的拉动下,由止推口3111靠近顶部的位置向下移动至其底部。此时,第一弹簧32进一步被压缩,锁销31的止顶部312由容置腔21的外侧缩回,不再插入上箱体300的上锁孔310中,上箱体300可以相对下箱体200进行上下移动,上箱体300相对下箱体200移动至所需的确定高度后,使止顶部312插入上箱体300的另一个上锁孔310中即完成行李箱大小的调节。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锁止装置,其特征在于:包括中空的壳体、锁止座、锁止机构及联动机构,所述锁止座上设有容置腔,所述锁止机构包括锁销和第一弹簧,所述锁销设置于容置腔中,所述第一弹簧设于容置腔内,并与所述锁销相抵接,所述联动机构包括按钮、拉绳及止推件,所述按钮设于壳体上,所述拉绳的下端与按钮相连接、上端与所述止推件相连接,通过所述止推件使锁销的一端缩回/伸出所述容置腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述按钮的背面设有连接座,所述连接座上转动设置有铰接件,所述拉绳的下端转动地连接于所述铰接件上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述拉绳下端的端部设有下连接头,所述下连接头转动地连接于所述铰接件上,所述下连接头上设有第一挡块,所述壳体的侧边形成有延伸部,所述延伸部上设有与壳体内部相通的凹槽,所述凹槽上设有沿其长度方向的定位槽,所述下连接头穿设于凹槽中,并使所述第一挡块沿着定位槽移动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述锁止座包括第一座体和第二座体,所述第一座体上设有安装槽和安装孔,所述止推件设于安装槽中,所述拉绳的上端穿过安装孔后与止推件相连接,所述第一座体往侧边延伸形成所述第二座体,所述第二座体上设有所述容置腔,且所述容置腔与安装槽相通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述锁销包括销本体和止顶部,所述销本体的顶部设有止推口,所述止推件抵接于止推口上,所述销本体往侧边延伸形成所述止顶部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述止推口的截面形状呈三角形,所述止推件下端的形状与止推口的形状相适应,所述止推件的侧边分别延伸形成有第二挡块和连接部,所述第一座体于第二座体的一侧设有限位槽,所述第二挡块在限位槽中移动,所述拉绳活动穿设于连接部中,并在其顶端设有上连接头。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述第一座体往侧边延伸形成有若干个所述第二座体,所述第一座体上设有与第一座体数量相对应的安装槽,各所述第二座体上均设有容置腔,所述容置腔分别与安装槽相通,所述容置腔内均设有锁销和第一弹簧,所述止推件的数量与第一座体的数量相对应,且各所述止推件的连接部连成一体,各所述止推件分别抵接于所述锁销的止推口上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁止装置,其特征在于:所述壳体的前侧设有用于安装按钮的安装口,所述壳体的后侧设有用于封闭其的壳盖,所述壳体内设有若干立柱,所述壳盖固定于立柱上。
  9. 一种行李箱,其特征在于:包括下箱体、上箱体及权利要求1-8任一项所述的锁止装置,所述下箱体上设有下锁孔,所述上箱体于与下锁孔同一平面的位置上至少设有两个上锁孔,所述锁止装置设于下箱体的内侧壁上,且所述锁止装置的锁销伸入下锁孔中,并插入其中一个所述上锁孔中,以将所述下箱体和上箱体连接在一起。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种行李箱,其特征在于:所述下箱体上设有滑轨,所述滑轨沿着下箱体的高度方向设置,所述上箱体的内侧设有滑块,所述滑块与滑轨相适配。
