请参见图2、图3和图4,本实用新型第一实施例的自加液的清洁工具,包括储液装置1和与储液装置1可拆卸连接的清洁装置2,储液装置1包括用于容纳清洗剂的清洗剂容器3和支架4,清洁装置2包括刷体5和擦拭物6,所述刷体5设有缓存腔室8,所述支架4设有与所述缓存腔室8连通的灌液通道7,清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂通过灌液通道7进入缓存腔室8。刷体5还设有缓存腔室8连通的灌液孔9,清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂可依次通过灌液通道7、灌液孔9进入缓存腔室8。所述擦拭物6为刷毛、刷球或海绵刷。
请参见图5,所述刷体5朝擦拭物方向开设有喷液孔61,所述刷体5上设有用于挤压所述缓存腔室8的挤压部53,按压所述挤压部53使所述缓存腔室8的清洗剂从所述喷液孔61流出。挤压部53为弹性挤压部。喷液孔61设置有单向阀52。所述清洁装置2插入支架4时,所述储液装置1通过灌液通道1和缓存腔室8连通。
所述灌液通道7和所述缓存腔室8设置有单向阀52,在所述刷体5插入支架4时/受到压力时单向阀52打开,灌液通道7和缓存腔室8连通,在所述刷体5拔出支架时/释放压力时单向阀52关闭,灌液通道7的清洁液不会流出。
所述储液装置1上设有按压部32;按压所述按压部32使清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂通过灌液通道7流至所述刷体5的缓存腔室8。所述缓存腔室8开设有空气泄压机构8a,所述空气泄压机构8a为空气泄压孔/泄压阀。所述空气泄压机构8a在所述清洁装置2插入所述支架4时,所述空气泄压机构8a位于缓存腔室8上部。
所述清洗剂容器3设置高于缓存腔室8,即清洗剂容器3最低液面高于所述缓存腔室8的最底液面,使清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂流向缓存腔室8。
所述缓存腔室8开设有空气泄压机构8a;所述清洗剂容器3设置有第二空气泄压机构3a,所述第二空气泄压机构3a为第二空气泄压孔/第二泄压阀。所述空气泄压机构8a在所述清洁装置2插入所述支架4时,所述空气泄压机构8a位于缓存腔室8上部。所述第二空气泄压机构3a位于清洗剂容器3液面上部。所述第二空气泄压机构3a位于清洗剂容器3下部或灌液通道7上。
所述清洗剂容器3为清洗液瓶、清洗液袋或容纳清洗剂的空腔。所述清洗剂容器3通过卡口或螺旋的方式安装在所述支架4上。所述清洗剂容器3为可替换,所述支架上灌液通道7上设置有刺破装置421,在清洗剂容器3安装在所述支架4上时,刺破装置421刺破所述可替换清洗剂容器3,使清洗剂容器3和灌液通道7连通。
所述支架上设置有刷体定位装置5b。所述刷体定位装置5b为滑槽、卡扣、围框或者凹凸部,在所述刷体5插入支架时灌液通道7和缓存腔室8定位。所述清洗剂容器3和所述支架4为一体件。
清洗剂容器3一端设有可与支架4连接固定的连接头31,另一端设有用于挤压清洗剂的按压部32,通过挤压按压部32可增加清洗剂容器3内的气压。按压部32为可折叠的波纹管。
支架4包括固定框41以及与固定框41密封连接的固定板42,固定框41与固定板42卡扣连接形成灌液通道7。固定板42上部设有与连接头31对应的刺破装置421,刺破装置421与灌液通道7连通,刺破装置421可容纳于连接头31内。
单向阀52为位于固定板42的一侧设有单向嘴422,单向嘴422与 灌液通道7连通,单向嘴422具有向灌液通道7内延伸并逐渐缩小的喷口4221。单向嘴422用于向灌液通道7灌输空气并防止清洗剂由喷口4221流出。
请参见图6和图7,固定板42下部设有与灌液孔9对应的插头423,插头423内设有用于控制灌液通道7与所述灌液孔9是否连通的第一控制开关424。
第一控制开关424包括第一限位块424a和第一压缩弹簧424b。固定框41设有与第一控制开关424对应的限位环411,第一压缩弹簧424b位于第一限位块424a与限位环411之间,部分第一限位块424a可容纳于限位环411内。限位环411中心设有限位柱412,第一限位块424a套设于限位柱412外并延限位柱412长度方向移动。
插头423内表面设有斜面423a,第一限位块424a中部设有与斜面423a对应的配合面424c,通过斜面423a与配合面424c的接触或者分离实现对灌液通道7的关闭或者打开。第一压缩弹簧424b用于使第一限位块424a的配合面424c保持与插头423的斜面423a接触的关闭状态。
请参见图8,第一限位块424a背向第一压缩弹簧424b的一端设有多个第一流通孔424d,清洗剂可通过第一流通孔424d进入灌液孔9。灌液孔9内表面设有阻挡块511,阻挡块511用于顶开第一限位块424a,使第一限位块424a的配合面424c与的插头423的斜面423a之间保持间隙。
灌液孔9内设有用于控制所述灌液孔9是否连通的第二控制开关91,第二控制开关91包括可堵住灌液孔9的第二限位块91a和第二压缩弹簧91b,第二压缩弹簧91b用于使第二限位块91a保持堵住灌液孔9的关闭状态。灌液孔9设有多个与缓存腔室8连通的第二流通孔92。
刷体5下端设有与缓存腔室8连通的单向阀52。喷液孔61位于单 向阀52下方。
在使用前,需将装有清洗剂的清洗剂容器3与支架4连接固定,使清洗剂容器3与灌液通道7连通。
在对缓存腔室8添加清洗剂的过程中,先将刷体5的灌液孔9与固定板42的插头423连接固定,同时阻挡块511顶出第一限位块424a使配合面424c与斜面423a保持间隙,此时的第一控制开关424处于打开状态;接着按压按压部32,使清洗剂容器3内的气压增大,清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂通过刺破装置421进入灌液通道7内,同时第二控制开关91的第二限位块91a被气压或者清洗剂顶开,使清洗剂通过灌液通道7、灌液孔9内进入缓存腔室8;通过反复按压清洗剂容器3使清洗剂依次通过灌液通道7、灌液孔9进入缓存腔室8,完成清洗剂的添加。
在每次结束对按压部32的按压时,按压部32复位,此时清洗剂容器3产生负压,空气则通过单向嘴422进入清洗剂容器3内,以保持气压稳定,防止出现吸液的情况。
在使用清洁装置2进行清洁时,用户通过挤压刷体5的挤压部53使缓存腔室8内的气压增大,清洗剂则通过单向阀52进入喷液孔61,从而实现清洗剂与擦拭物6的接触方便进行清洗。在结束对挤压部53的挤压时,此时缓存腔室8产生负压,空气则通过灌液孔9进入缓存腔室8,以保持气压稳定,防止出现因单向阀52进气造成的出液不均匀的情况。
请参见图9,本实用新型的第二实施例中,灌液通道7与灌液孔9之间设有第二单向嘴7a。相比第一实施例,第二单向嘴7a与第一控制开关424作用相同,但结构更为简单,减少了加工成本。
请参见图10、图11,本实用新型的第三实施例中,所述刷体5上设有抽拉部5a;抽拉所述抽拉部5a,使清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂通过灌液 通道7抽取至所述刷体5的缓存腔室8。抽拉部5a使用用于复位的复位弹簧5a1。
抽拉时,所述抽拉部5a向清洗剂容器3抽取部分清洗剂,松开抽拉部5a时,复位弹簧5a1使抽拉部5a复位,即可开始清洗。
请参见图12和图13,本实用新型的第四实施例中,所述刷体5上设有按压部32。按压所述按压部32,使清洗剂容器3内的清洗剂通过灌液通道7流至所述刷体5的缓存腔室8。所述按压部32和所述挤压部53为一体。支架4与刷体5为一体。该实施例的结构更为紧凑,体积小巧,使用更为方便。
本实用新型中,灌液通道与所述缓存腔室连通,使清洗剂容器内的清洗剂可通过灌液通道进入缓存腔室,从而进行添加清洗剂,因此该清洁工具使用方便,可快速添加清洗剂,避免了手工添加清洗剂。
以上,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型作任何形式上的限制,虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本实用新型,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本实用新型技术方案内容,依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化和修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。
Claims (26)
- 一种自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,包括储液装置和与所述储液装置可拆卸连接的清洁装置,所述储液装置包括用于容纳清洗剂的清洗剂容器和支架,所述清洁装置包括刷体和擦拭物,所述刷体设有缓存腔室,所述支架设有与所述缓存腔室连通的灌液通道,清洗剂容器内的清洗剂通过灌液通道进入缓存腔室。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述刷体朝擦拭物方向开设有喷液孔,所述刷体上设有用于挤压所述缓存腔室的挤压部,按压所述挤压部使所述缓存腔室的清洗剂从所述喷液孔流出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洁装置插入支架时,所述储液装置通过灌液通道和缓存腔室连通。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,喷液孔设置有单向阀。
- 根据权利要求3所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,挤压部为弹性挤压部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述擦拭物为刷毛、刷球或海绵刷。
- 据权利要求3所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述灌液通道和所述缓存腔室设置有单向阀,在所述刷体插入支架时/受到压力时单向阀打开,所述灌液通道和所述缓存腔室连通;在所述刷体拔出支架时/释放压力时单向阀关闭,所述灌液通道的清洁液不会流出。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述储液装置上设有按压部;按压所述按压部使清洗剂容器内的清洗剂通过灌液通道流至所述刷体的缓存腔室。
- 根据权利要求8所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述缓存腔室开设有空气泄压机构。
- 根据权利要求9所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述空气泄压机构为空气泄压孔/泄压阀。
- 根据权利要求9所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述空气泄压机构在所述清洁装置插入所述支架时,所述空气泄压机构位于缓存腔室上部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洗剂容器设置高于缓存腔室,清洗剂容器最低液面高于所述缓存腔室的最底液面,使清洗剂容器内的清洗剂流向缓存腔室。
- 根据权利要求12所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述缓存腔室开设有空气泄压机构;所述清洗剂容器设置有第二空气泄压机构。
- 根据权利要求13所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述空气泄压机构为空气泄压孔/泄压阀;所述第二空气泄压机构为第二空气泄压孔/第二泄压阀。
- 根据权利要求13所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述空气泄压机构在所述清洁装置插入所述支架时,所述空气泄压机构位于缓存腔室上部。
- 根据权利要求13所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述第二空气泄压机构位于清洗剂容器液面上部。
- 根据权利要求13所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述第二空气泄压机构位于清洗剂容器下部或灌液通道上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述刷体上设有按压部,按压所述按压部,使清洗剂容器内的清洗剂通过灌液通道流至所述刷体的缓存腔室。
- 根据权利要求18所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述按压部和所述挤压部为一体件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述刷体上设有抽拉部;抽拉所述抽拉部,使清洗剂容器内的清洗剂通过灌液通道抽取至所述刷体的缓存腔室。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洗剂容器为清洗液瓶、清洗液袋或容纳清洗剂的空腔。
- 根据权利要求21所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洗剂容器通过卡口或螺旋的方式安装在所述支架上。
- 根据权利要求22所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洗剂容器为可替换,所述支架上灌液通道上设置有刺破装置,在清洗剂容器安装在所述支架上时,刺破装置刺破所述可替换清洗剂容器,使清洗剂容器和灌液通道连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述支架上设置有刷体定位装置。
- 根据权利要求24所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述刷体定位装置为滑槽、卡扣、围框或者凹凸部,在所述刷体插入支架时灌液通道和缓存腔室定位。
- 据权利要求1-21任一项所述的自加液的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述清洗剂容器和所述支架为一体件。
