图9为本实用新型电源插头中接触端子、转接端子、绝缘本体和电路板组合后的主视图。
具体实施方式
请参考图1至图9,一种电源插头,包括导电模组(未标号)、插脚3、转接端子4和电路板5。所述导电模组(未标号)包括注塑成型的绝缘本体1以及在注塑过程中与绝缘本体1形成固持的接触端子2。所述接触端子2具有自绝缘本体1一侧伸出于绝缘本体1外而能够与插脚3连接的尾部21以及自绝缘本体1另一侧伸出于绝缘本体1外而与转接端子4对接的接触部22, 所述转接端子4和电路板5电连接。
请参考图3及图4,本实用新型电源插头还包括底壁61和侧壁62从而围设形成收容空间60的壳体6。所述侧壁62朝向收容空间60内延伸有扣持部621,所述绝缘本体1设有凸部11,所述扣持部621与凸部11配合而将绝缘本体1卡设定位于壳体6上。即,本实用新型的端子模组系整体组装入壳体6内,并通过扣持部621与凸部11的配合方式形成稳定定位。
请参考图7至图9,所述接触部22包括第一接触臂221、第二接触臂222以及连接于第一接触臂221、第二接触臂222之间的连接臂223,所述第一接触臂221、连接臂223以及第二接触臂222形成U形的收容腔220。所述转接端子4具有基部41、自基部41向下延伸的对接部42以及自基部41向下与对接部42同向延伸的固持部43。所述对接部42嵌入所述收容腔220而与所述接触部22常时接触。
请参考图7至图9,进一步地,所述对接部42包括自基部41弯折延伸的第三接触臂421以及自第三接触臂421的末端反向折弯而与第三接触臂421平行的第四接触臂422,所述第一接触臂221和第三接触臂421对接,第二接触臂222和第四接触臂422对接。
请参考图7至图9,进一步地,所述电路板5设有导电插孔50,所述固持部43插入至导电插孔50内。
请参考图9,所述接触部22位于电路板5的下方,所述基部41位于电路板5的上方。即,所述接触部22和基部41分布于电路板5的上下两侧。
请继续参考图7至图9,本实用新型的具体实施方式中,所述接触端子2的数量为两个,故,所述两个接触端子2具有两个尾部21和两个接触部22。所述接触端子2的排布方式为:所述两个尾部21在第一平面内并排排列,所述两个接触部22在与第一平面正交的第二平面内并排排列。
请参考图5及图6,本实用新型电源插头还包括将插脚3枢接于绝缘本体1上的转轴7。所述插脚3具有自转轴7反向延伸的第一端31和第二端32,所述插脚3能够绕转轴7旋转而使第一端31与所述尾部21可分离地接触。 即,本实用新型电源插头的具体实施方式中,将插脚3连接于绝缘本体1上的具体实现方式是通过转轴7枢接;在其他实施方式中,还可以通过其他方式实现连接,例如在插脚3上设置凹槽,绝缘本体1上设置与凹槽对接的凸包等。
请参考图1至图6,所述侧壁62设有与收容空间60连通的开口620,所述第二端32能够随着插脚3的旋转而嵌设或伸出于所述开口620。侧壁62上的开口620用于收纳插脚3的第二端32,即在不使用状态下将插脚3隐藏。
请参考图3及图4,所述壳体6的上方安装有封闭该收容空间60的上盖8,所述壳体6的底壁61的下方贴附安装有下盖9。所述上盖8和下盖9起到遮蔽、保护和防尘的作用。
本实用新型电源插头的接触端子2插入成型于绝缘本体1内,即接触端子2和绝缘本体1一体成型为一个端子模组,端子模组能够整体组装入壳体6内,在使用时更稳固,损坏后方便组装更换,从而具有低成本、高强度、高安全性、组装简单等优点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电源插头,其特征在于:包括导电模组、插脚(3)、转接端子(4)和电路板(5),所述导电模组包括注塑成型的绝缘本体(1)以及在注塑过程中与绝缘本体(1)形成固持的接触端子(2),所述接触端子(2)具有自绝缘本体(1)一侧伸出于绝缘本体(1)外而能够与插脚(3)连接的尾部(21)以及自绝缘本体(1)另一侧伸出于绝缘本体(1)外而与转接端子(4)对接的接触部(22),所述转接端子(4)和电路板(5)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电源插头,其特征在于:包括底壁(61)和侧壁(62)从而围设形成收容空间(60)的壳体(6),所述侧壁(62)朝向收容空间(60)内延伸有扣持部(621),所述绝缘本体(1)设有凸部(11),所述扣持部(621)与凸部(11)配合而将绝缘本体(1)卡设定位于壳体(6)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述接触部(22)包括第一接触臂(221)、第二接触臂(222)以及连接于第一接触臂(221)、第二接触臂(222)之间的连接臂(223),所述第一接触臂(221)、连接臂(223)以及第二接触臂(222)形成U形的收容腔(220),所述转接端子(4)具有基部(41)、自基部(41)向下延伸的对接部(42)以及自基部(41)向下与对接部(42)同向延伸的固持部(43),所述对接部(42)嵌入所述收容腔(220)而与所述接触部(22)常时接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述对接部(42)包括自基部(41)弯折延伸的第三接触臂(421)以及自第三接触臂(421)的末端反向折弯而与第三接触臂(421)平行的第四接触臂(422),所述第一接触臂(221)和第三接触臂(421)对接,第二接触臂(222)和第四接触臂(422)对接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述电路板(5)设有导电插孔(50),所述固持部(43)插入至导电插孔(50)内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述接触部(22)位 于电路板(5)的下方,所述基部(41)位于电路板(5)的上方。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述接触端子(2)为两个,故,所述两个接触端子(2)具有两个尾部(21)和两个接触部(22),所述两个尾部(21)在第一平面内并排排列,所述两个接触部(22)在与第一平面正交的第二平面内并排排列。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电源插头,其特征在于:包括将插脚(3)枢接于绝缘本体(1)上的转轴(7),所述插脚(3)具有自转轴(7)反向延伸的第一端(31)和第二端(32),所述插脚(3)能够绕转轴(7)旋转而使第一端(31)与所述尾部(21)可分离地接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述侧壁(62)设有与收容空间(60)连通的开口(620),所述第二端(32)能够随着插脚(3)的旋转而嵌设或伸出于所述开口(620)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电源插头,其特征在于:所述壳体(6)的上方安装有封闭该收容空间(60)的上盖(8),所述壳体(6)的底壁(61)的下方贴附安装有下盖(9)。
