Description

A MECHANISM OPENING AND CLOSING THE SLIDING PANEL SYSTEMS
Technical Field
This invention is related to a mechanism opening and closing the sliding panel systems, which enables opening and closing of shopping mall doors, furniture doors, smart home systems and workplace doors, terrace, display, balcony and similar door and leaf-sliding systems; and is placed on doors and their leaves; and functionalizes operation of the mechanism on the door leaf via automation and by maintaining visual integrity and freedom of movement; and prevents interruptions in the event of non-supply of energy by using the power stored within the system; and fulfills automated locking function while bringing the system to open and closed position.
A mechanism opening and closing the sliding panel systems functions without the network electricity wherein the battery is fed automatically via contact of the battery with the charging unit when the system is, preferably, in closed position.
Prior Art
Today automatic doors and leaves open and close automatically when somebody approaches them. Automatic door is a building unit allowing openable and closeable entry and exit. Some door models can be opened by pressing on a button, which are mainly used at commercial structures. Automatic doors are opened and closed via springs or electrical power.
Sensor-fitted automatic doors are used at shopping malls, sliding glass balcony mechanisms, sliding furniture covers and similar areas. Here, a large and long mechanism is available on top side of the automatic door. When a person approaches the door, the sensor detects approaching person by which the chains and bearing within the mechanism on the door operates to function the system. Due to the complex structure of these systems, their resistance and efficiency is low.
The Turkish Patent Document numbered TR 2010/05886 explains an access control unit comprising a wing door functioning as closing panel and moving back and forth, and connected to the door and enabling movement of the door, placed on or inside of grounds such as counter, and controlled automatically and/or manually by an operator
Another development in the art, the Utility Model document numbered TR 2009/04701, explains a mechanism, which is used to open and close the sliding cover of any type where the sliding cover can be opened via sensor, by touching or manually, and each cover moves back and forth on wheels; and which supplies power to open and close the aforementioned covers via reducer.
However, the aforementioned documents do not contain a mechanism that ensures visual integrity of automated movement mechanism of wings or doors of sliding opening-closing systems and that prevents interruptions in the event of power cut by using the energy stored within the system, and operates locking mechanism when the system is open and closed.
Furthermore, the above-explained documents do not mention self-charging feature of the mechanism when the sliding panel system is closed, and movement of other door and wings by sliding them via the mechanism placed on the wing, and movement of sliding panel systems without connection with the network electricity. Detailed Description of the Invention
The mechanism opening and closing the sliding panel systems of this invention is shown in the figures attached hereto.
Among these figures;
