Abstract

In the present invention, a combination of open and close baring, rotary screen the printing machine was invented, where at the operating side close baring and pump side (color side) open bearing attachment is provided to hold the printing screen so, while operating if due to colors deposit or any other the reason if the bearing is jam, it can be easily removed out from the open bearing slot and clean it in a short period of time.

Bearing Assembly Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to Rotary Screen Printing Machine with Combination of Open and Close Bearing Assembly. The present invention use in textile industries where the rotary printing machine use.
Background of the invention
A printing machine that utilizes seamless cylindrical screens made of metal foil was originally developed in Holland. This process is called rotary screen printing. The machine employs a rotary screen for each color, as in flat screen printing and the design for each rotary screen is made in a manner similar to automatic flat screen printing.
As the fabric travels under the rotary screens, the screens turn with the fabric. The print paste is continuously fed to the interior of the screen through a color bar or pipe. As the screen rotates, the squeegee device pushes the print paste through the design areas of the screen onto the fabric. Presently used rotary screen printing machine, the rotary screen is fixed either on close bearing assembly or open bearing assembly.
When the close bearing assembly at both sides , the fixing the bearing assembly on printing head is very complex and time consuming process, so, while depositing colors on printing screen some time some colors also drop on the bearing assembly and due to that the bearing become jam and as a result, the rotary screen turn out or damage so, its required to change the rotary screen, which is very time and labor- consuming process. When the open bearing assembly at both sides, the centrally connected rod is passed from the rotary screen, which is supported by the open bearing assembly on the printing head. So, while printing on the machine, sometimes due to running machine vibrations the rotary screen may chance to move out from their fix position and which may as result from printing is accuracy does not maintain so, overprinting may happen. To overcome the limitation of open and close bearing rotary screen the printing machine, in the present invention, a combination of open and close baring, rotary screen the printing machine was invented, where at the operating side close baring and pump side (color side) open bearing attachment is provided to hold the printing screen so, while operating if due to colors deposit or any other the reason if the bearing is jam, it can be easily removed out from the open bearing slot and clean it in a short period of time
The object of the Invention
The main object of the present invention, from the open bearing end the print screen can be easily remove and /or load on printing head Further, in the open bearing printing screen has less chance to turn out and bend print screen.
Due to one side close bearing, the printing accuracy is also maintained continuously.
Due to one side close bearing and one side open bearing, the printing accuracy maintain with less chance to turn out or bend the print screen, Moreover the operator can easily know about, if any bearing is a jam. Summary of the Invention
In the present invention, at the end of printing screen, open bearing ring set is attached , which is slid in the print head fitted on the machine, the open bearing is easily fix into the slotted bosh bearing assembly and then the other end of the print screen is fitted into the close bearing which is provided at the gear side. After successful fitting on both side of the printing screen, through the pneumatic air pressure the screen has become tighten for printing

Other arrangements of the invention are possible, and consequently the particularity of the accompanying drawings is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.

Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
In the Fig.1, the print screen which is supported by the horizontal beam (3) connected between the printing head, wherein the one end of the print screen is locked into the locking ring which is provided on the outer side of the close bearing assembly (2) which is also called operator side where the gear motors are provided and the other end is fitted in the locking ring of open bearing assembly (1) which is also called the pump side or color side.
As shown in Fig 2 the fixing arrangement of the close bearing (2) on printing head (7), where the close bearing assembly (2) is fixed into bearing head (7) with tightening screw (5) and three tightening screws (6). The tightening screw(5) and three tightening screws (4) are used for alignment. The locking ring (8) is provided on the outer view of the close bearing assembly where the printing screen is fixed to rotate. The entire close bearing assembly (2) is fixed on the printing head(7) with tightening screw provided on printing head. As shown in Fig.3, the open bearing assembly (1) is shown wherein in this system at the end ring of print screen , the open bearing (1) is easily slid into the slot provided into the printing head (7) at the pump side, which is easily set on four slotted bush(9) assembly, where the slotted bush (9) is fixed on printing head (7) and spring (10) is provided inside the bush (9) assembly so, bush (9) assembly behaves like the jumper and so, due to such jumping effect, it maintain the alignment of running a print screen. Such types of four slotted bush (9) assembly is provided on each printing head (7) so the assembling process becomes very easy and fasts so, while due to any color deposit or by any other maintenance reason, if printing screen is required to disassembly, it is a very easy and fast method which increase the production by reducing maintenance time. Even during the printing process, if due to bearing jam at open side bearing, it can easily replace with either from the spare bearing head or sparely available open bearing assembly within a short period of time and printing process resume immediately After fitting the print screen on open type printing head at pump side, other end of the print screen is fitted close type print head at gear side. After fitted at the both side of print screen, by applying pneumatic pressure screen made tighter and then printing process is start.
Described above, only the preferred embodiment of the present invention only, not for the present invention any formal restrictions, although the invention has been revealed as the preferred embodiment, however, not intended to limit the present invention, any skilled in the art technical staff, without departing from the scope of the present invention within the program, can he used when the contents of the above-disclosed techniques make little changes or substitutions and changes in the equivalent embodiments, but any aspect of the invention without departing from the content, according to the present invention, the technical substance of any of the above embodiments when taken in a simple modification, equivalent variation, and modification as would fall within the scope of the present invention of the technical solution.

Claims

1. Rotary Printing Machine consists of open bearing and close bearing assembly for fixing printing screen Wherein the close bearing is fixed on printing head at the gearbox side which is also called the operator side;
Wherein open bearing is fixed on the printing head at the pump side which is also called color side.
2. The combination of the close bearing assembly and open bearing assembly in the rotary a screen printing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the locking ring for the screen is provided on the outer side of the close bearing and open bearing assembly to lock the printing screen.
3. A close bearing assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein the close bearing assembly is fixed on the printing head with a tightening screw.
4. An open bearing assembly as claimed in claim1 wherein the open bearing assembly is slid into the slot of printing head assembly. 5 An open bearing assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein open bearing is setting on four bush assembly which is fitted on the print head, where the spring is provided inside of each bush fitting.
