Abstract

The present invention relates to a household appliance (1) comprising a body (2); a receptacle (3) which is disposed in the body (2) and wherein the operation is performed; a door (4) which isolates the receptacle (3) from the outer environment; a panel (5) which is disposed on the door (4); a control panel (6) which is provided on the panel (5) and which enables the user to select the operating parameters; a display (7) which displays the parameters; a control unit (8) which processes the parameters defined by means of the control panel (6); and at least one control card (9) which receives and transmits wireless signals.

Description

A GROUPING SYSTEM SUITABLE FOR USE IN HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

The present invention relates to a grouping system suitable for use in household appliances, especially in dishwashers.

The operating parameters of the household appliances are controlled and displayed by means of the panel provided on the door, the display provided on the panel and the buttons provided around the display. Today, it is preferred that the household appliances take up as little space as possible and have an aesthetic appearance. Therefore, touch buttons and large displays are used on the household appliances. Thus, the user can control the household appliance directly via the display. On the household appliances, transmitting cards which enable the household appliance to connect to a wireless network are also used. The position of said cards is critical in terms of transmission quality. Although it is preferred by the user that the display and control members are located on the door, the area to be used technically becomes narrower. Due to the small amount of space to be used technically, the control units of some home appliances can be carried under the machine by cable. However, this situation both complicates the service to be given in case of a possible malfunction and the transmitting cards and the display cannot be carried under the household appliance. Therefore, the use of the space behind the panel is of great importance.

In the state of the art European Patent No. EP3169839, a household appliance is disclosed, which comprises an electronic display disposed on the panel.

The aim of the present invention is the realization of a household appliance wherein a grouping system providing ease of production is used.

The household appliance realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises a body, a receptacle which is disposed on the body, and a door which isolates the receptacle from the outer environment. The operation is performed in the receptacle. A panel is provided on the door. The user is enabled to select and display the operating parameters by means of a control panel and a display which are disposed on the panel. The defined parameters are processed by means of a control unit. On the panel, at least one control card receiving and transmitting Wi-Fi signals is provided. By means of the control card, the household appliance can join the wireless network.

The household appliance of the present invention comprises a main connection member which is mounted onto the door and a grouping member which is mounted onto the main connection member. Moreover, the main connection member enables the panel to be fixed onto the door. The display is disposed between the grouping member and the main connection member. The control unit is mounted onto the rear surface of the grouping member.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance comprises at least two housings which are provided on the main connection member and at least two protrusions which are provided on the panel. The protrusions engage with the housings. Thus, the panel is enabled to be fixed onto the door.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance comprises a control unit holder and a control card holder which are mounted onto the grouping member. The control unit holder is placed behind the control unit so as to enable the latter to be fixed onto the grouping member. The control card holder is in the form of a box. The control card holder is mounted onto the grouping member.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance comprises the control card holder having a front cover and a rear cover. The front cover is mounted onto the grouping member. The rear cover is mounted onto the front cover. The control card is positioned between the front cover and the rear cover. The control card holder is in the form of a box which is composed of the front cover and the rear cover.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance comprises the control card holder which is fixed onto the main connection member by means of screws. The control card holder is fixed onto the main connection member from the lower side thereof by means of screws.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance comprises a plurality of fixed claws and a plurality of flexible claws which are provided on the grouping member. By means of the fixed claws, the grouping member is mounted onto the main connection member while the flexible claws enable the grouping member to be fixed.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance is a dishwasher.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance is a washing machine.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance is a cooking device.

By means of the present invention, a household appliance is realized, comprising a grouping system facilitating the placement of the control unit and the display. By means of the grouping system, the space remaining behind the door is efficiently used.

A household appliance realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention is illustrated in the attached figures, where:

The household appliance (1) comprises a body (2); a receptacle (3) which is disposed in the body (2) and wherein the operation is performed; a door (4) which isolates the receptacle (3) from the outer environment; a panel (5) which is disposed on the door (4); a control panel (6) which is provided on the panel (5) and which enables the user to select the operating parameters; a display (7) which displays the parameters; a control unit (8) which processes the parameters defined by means of the control panel (6); and at least one control card (9) which receives and transmits wireless signals. By means of the control panel (6) provided on the panel (5), the user can select the operating parameters of the household appliance (1). The operating parameters are predefined on the control unit (8) by the producer. By means of the control unit (8), the selected parameters are processed. By means of the display (7), the user can view the operating parameters. By means of the control card (9), the household appliance can receive and transmit Wi-Fi signals. Thus, the household appliance (1) can join wireless networks and can be remotely controlled.

The household appliance (1) of the present invention comprises a main connection member (10) which is mounted onto the door (4) and which enables the panel (5) to be fixed, and a grouping member (11) which is fixed onto the main connection member (10), wherein the display (7) is disposed between the main connection member (10) and the grouping member (11) and the control unit (8) is disposed behind the grouping member (11). The panel (5) is mounted onto the main connection member (10) to be fixed onto the door (4). The grouping member (11) is mounted onto the main connection member (10). The display (7) is disposed onto the surface of the grouping member (11) facing the main connection member (10) while the control unit (8) is disposed behind the grouping member (11).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) comprises at least two housings (12) which are provided on the main connection member (10) and at least two protrusions (13) which are provided on the panel (5) so as to engage with the housings (12). The protrusions (13) on the panel (5) engage with the housings (12). Thus, the panel (5) is enabled to be fixed onto the door (4).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) comprises a control unit holder (14) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and which enables the control unit (8) to be fixed and a control card holder (15) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and which enables the control card (9) to be fixed. The control unit holder (14) enables the control unit (8) to be fixed onto the grouping member (11). The control unit holder (14) is mounted onto the grouping member (11) by means of various connection members. The control card holder (15), which is in the form of a box, is mounted onto the grouping member (11).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) comprises the control card holder (15) having a front cover (16) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and a rear cover (17) which is fixed onto the front cover (16). The front cover (16) and the rear cover (17) are joined to form the box form. The control card (9) is positioned between the front cover (16) and the rear cover (17).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) comprises the control card holder (15) which is fixed onto the main connection member (10) from one side by means of screws. The control card holder (15) is fixed onto the main connection member (10) from the lower side thereof by means of screws. The control card holder (15) is connected to the main connection member (10) from the lower side while the body thereof is mounted onto the grouping member (11). Thus, the control card holder (15) functions as a connecting piece between the main connection member (10) and the grouping member (11).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) comprises a plurality of fixed claws (18) which are provided on the grouping member (11) and which enable the grouping member (11) to be mounted onto the main connection member (10), and a plurality of flexible claws (19) which enable the grouping member (11) to be fixed onto the main connection member (10). The fixed claws (18) and the grouping member (11) are centered on the main connection member (10). By means of the flexible claws (19), the grouping member (11) is enabled to be mounted and fixed onto the main connection member (10).

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) is a dishwasher.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) is a washing machine.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance (1) is a cooking device.

By means of the present invention, a household appliance (1) is realized, comprising a main connection member (10) and a grouping member (11) which is mounted onto the main connection member (10), which together facilitate the assembly and shortens the assembly time. By mounting the grouping member (11) onto the main connection member (10), the display (7), the control unit (8) and the control card (9) are enabled to be grouped. Thus, saving in terms of space is provided.

Claims

A household appliance (1) comprising a body (2); a receptacle (3) which is disposed in the body (2) and wherein the operation is performed; a door (4) which isolates the receptacle (3) from the outer environment; a panel (5) which is disposed on the door (4); a control panel (6) which is provided on the panel (5) and which enables the user to select the operating parameters; a display (7) which displays the parameters; a control unit (8) which processes the parameters defined by means of the control panel (6); and at least one control card (9) which receives and transmits wireless signals, characterized by a main connection member (10) which is mounted onto the door (4) and which enables the panel (5) to be fixed, and a grouping member (11) which is fixed onto the main connection member (10), wherein the display (7) is disposed between the main connection member (10) and the grouping member (11) and the control unit (8) is disposed behind the grouping member (11).
A household appliance (1) as in Claim 1, characterized by at least two housings (12) which are provided on the main connection member (10) and at least two protrusions (13) which are provided on the panel (5) so as to engage with the housings (12).
A household appliance (1) as in Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized by a control unit holder (14) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and which enables the control unit (8) to be fixed and a control card holder (15) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and which enables the control card (9) to be fixed.
A household appliance (1) as in Claim 3, characterized by the control card holder (15) having a front cover (16) which is mounted onto the grouping member (11) and a rear cover (17) which is fixed onto the front cover (16).
A household appliance (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by a plurality of fixed claws (18) which are provided on the grouping member (11) and which enable the grouping member (11) to be mounted onto the main connection member (10), and a plurality of flexible claws (19) which enable the grouping member (11) to be fixed onto the main connection member (10).
A household appliance (1) as in any one of the above claims, which is a dishwasher.
A household appliance (1) as in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 5, which is a washing machine.
A household appliance (1) as in any one of Claim 1 to Claim 5, which is a cooking device.
