Description
本实用新型涉及一种手持吸尘器,具体是指一种改进型手持吸尘器。
目前,手持吸尘器因其小巧的体积、可爱的外形和手持使用的便利性而深受广大消费者的喜爱,其结构大都是由供手握持的主体和可拆式安装在主体前端的尘桶等构成,在尘桶前端设有吸尘口用于吸尘,当需要清理尘桶内的垃圾时,都需要先将尘桶从主体上拆下,再将尘桶内的过滤罩与尘桶拆除后,才能完成尘桶内垃圾的清理,该拆除过程不但清理麻烦,而且在拆除过滤罩时还会导致尘桶内的一些垃圾被过滤罩意外带出而弄脏手,从而给消费者的正常使用带来不便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种尘桶内垃圾清理简单、清理过程不会弄脏手的改进型手持吸尘器。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种改进型手持吸尘器,包括供手握持的主体和可拆式安装在主体前端的尘桶,在尘桶前端设有吸尘口,所述的吸尘口内设有可拆式插装的吸尘头,该吸尘头的后端设有向后延伸的连接桶,并在连接桶的后端设有单向吸尘阀片。
所述的吸尘口口径与尘桶内径的大小相同,所述的吸尘头后端外缘设有一圈嵌槽,所述的吸尘口前端外缘吻合配插在所述嵌槽内。
所述的吸尘头顶面设有外露的顶按钮,吸尘头后端设有连接在顶按钮上的弹性顶倒钩,相应在主体顶面前端设有止脱倒钩,所述的弹性顶倒钩与止脱倒钩吻合配装而形成吸尘头与主体之间的连接锁定或弹性顶倒钩受顶按钮按压脱离止脱倒钩而形成吸尘头与主体之间的可拆。
所述的主体侧面设有外露的侧按钮,主体前端设有连接在侧按钮上的弹性侧倒钩,相应在尘桶后端侧面设有钩槽,所述的弹性侧倒钩与钩槽吻合配装而形成尘桶与主体之间的连接锁定或弹性侧倒钩受侧按钮按压脱离钩槽而形成尘桶与主体之间的可拆。
所述的主体顶面设有向前延伸的顶板,该顶板遮挡在尘桶顶面,所述的止脱倒钩设置在顶板前端内顶面上。
所述的尘桶内设有由尘桶后端作可拆式装入的过滤罩。
所述的主体内设有充电电池和电机,主体顶面设有启闭所述电机的控制按钮。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是在尘桶前端的吸尘口内增设有可拆式插装的吸尘头,再在吸尘头的后端设有向后延伸的连接桶,该连接桶的后端还设有单向吸尘阀片;因此,增设的吸尘头不会影响手持吸尘器的正常吸尘使用,当需要清理尘桶内的垃圾时,只需拆除吸尘头,该尘桶内的垃圾就能通过吸尘口快速倒出清理,故不但垃圾清理更加简单,而且清理过程也不会弄脏手,从而给消费者的正常使用带来方便,而尘桶也能从主体上快速拆除以方便水洗。

下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图7所示,1.主体、11.顶板、12.侧按钮、13.弹性侧倒钩、14.止脱倒钩、2.尘桶、21.吸尘口、3.吸尘头、31.顶按钮、32.弹性顶倒钩、33.连接桶、34.嵌槽、4.过滤罩、5.充电电池、6.电机、7.控制按钮、8.单向吸尘阀片。
一种改进型手持吸尘器,如图1、图2所示,属于一种小型手持式吸尘器,主要是由供手握持的主体1、可拆式安装在主体前端的尘桶2和可拆式安装在尘桶前端的吸尘头3等结构构成。
所述的主体1内设有以导线作电路连接的充电电池5和电机6,主体1顶面设有控制按钮7可用于启闭电机6,也就是用于启动或关闭吸尘器的工作。
所述的尘桶2与主体1前端的可拆式安装结构如图5~图7所示:主体1两侧面分别设有外露的侧按钮12,主体1前端两侧分别设有连接在对应侧按钮12上的弹性侧倒钩13,相应在尘桶2后端侧面设有钩槽;因此,当尘桶2与主体1前端插装,并使弹性侧倒钩13与钩槽作吻合配装时,则尘桶2与主体1之间就能形成连接锁定;当弹性侧倒钩13受侧按钮12按压脱离钩槽时,则尘桶2与主体1之间就能形成可拆。
同时,尘桶2内还设有由尘桶后端作可拆式装入的过滤罩4,该过滤罩正好位于电机6前部,且当尘桶2从主体1前端拆除后,该过滤罩4即可从尘桶2后端拆除,以方便尘桶2水洗。
所述的尘桶2前端设有吸尘口21,该吸尘口口径与尘桶2内径的大小相同,所述的吸尘头3后端外缘设有一圈嵌槽34,则吸尘口21前端外缘就能吻合配插在该嵌槽34内,也就是形成了吸尘头3在吸尘口21内的可拆式插装结构。
另外,吸尘头3顶面还设有外露的顶按钮31,吸尘头3后端设有连接在顶按钮上的弹性顶倒钩32,相应在主体1顶面前端设有止脱倒钩14,该止脱倒钩设置在主体1顶面向前延伸的顶板11前端内顶面上,而顶板11能够遮挡在尘桶2顶面;因此,当吸尘头3插装在尘桶2前端的吸尘口21内,并使弹性顶倒钩32与止脱倒钩14作吻合配装时,则吸尘头3与主体1之间就能形成连接锁定;当弹性顶倒钩32受顶按钮31按压脱离止脱倒钩14时,则吸尘头3与主体1之间就能形成可拆。
本实用新型在尘桶2前端的吸尘口21内增设吸尘头3,既不会影响手持吸尘器的正常吸尘使用,又在需要清理尘桶2内的垃圾时,只需拆除吸尘头3,该尘桶2内的垃圾就能通过吸尘口21快速倒出清理,故不但垃圾清理更加简单,而且清理过程也不会弄脏手,从而给消费者的正常使用带来方便。
所述的吸尘头3后端设有向后延伸并伸入尘桶2内的连接桶33,该连接桶的后端设有单向吸尘阀片8,可用于防止尘桶2内的垃圾从吸尘头3倒出。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的具体实施例,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何与该实施例等同的结构设计,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

- 一种改进型手持吸尘器,包括供手握持的主体(1)和可拆式安装在主体前端的尘桶(2),在尘桶前端设有吸尘口(21),其特征在于所述的吸尘口(21)内设有可拆式插装的吸尘头(3),该吸尘头的后端设有向后延伸的连接桶(33),并在连接桶的后端设有单向吸尘阀片(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的吸尘口(21)口径与尘桶(2)内径的大小相同,所述的吸尘头(3)后端外缘设有一圈嵌槽(34),所述的吸尘口(21)前端外缘吻合配插在所述嵌槽(34)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的吸尘头(3)顶面设有外露的顶按钮(31),吸尘头(3)后端设有连接在顶按钮(31)上的弹性顶倒钩(32),相应在主体(1)顶面前端设有止脱倒钩(14),所述的弹性顶倒钩(32)与止脱倒钩(14)吻合配装而形成吸尘头(3)与主体(1)之间的连接锁定或弹性顶倒钩(32)受顶按钮(31)按压脱离止脱倒钩(14)而形成吸尘头(3)与主体(1)之间的可拆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的主体(1)侧面设有外露的侧按钮(12),主体(1)前端设有连接在侧按钮(12)上的弹性侧倒钩(13),相应在尘桶(2)后端侧面设有钩槽,所述的弹性侧倒钩(13)与钩槽吻合配装而形成尘桶(2)与主体(1)之间的连接锁定或弹性侧倒钩(13)受侧按钮(12)按压脱离钩槽而形成尘桶(2)与主体(1)之间的可拆。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的主体(1)顶面设有向前延伸的顶板(11),该顶板遮挡在尘桶(2)顶面,所述的止脱倒钩(14)设置在顶板(11)前端内顶面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的尘桶(2)内设有由尘桶后端作可拆式装入的过滤罩(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的主体(1)内设有充电电池(5)和电机(6),主体(1)顶面设有启闭所述电机(6)的控制按钮(7)。
