Description

一种吸尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器技术领域,特别是涉及一种吸尘装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的吸尘器如卧式吸尘器通常包括机体和安装于机体上的尘杯。现有技术中的吸尘器,在装卸尘杯时,需要两只手同时操作才能完成尘杯的安装或拆卸过程,即一只手按压尘杯释放按钮,同时另一只手拿取尘杯,以将尘杯从卧式吸尘器的机体上拆卸下来。这样就会导致用户不容易操作,而且,当将尘杯拆下时,过滤器上的灰尘等容易掉落造成二次脏污,从而带来不良的用户体验。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种吸尘装置,解决尘杯拆卸时灰尘掉落导致的二次脏污的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种吸尘装置,解决现有技术中尘杯取放难的问题,同时解放双手,提升用户的实际体验。
特别地,本发明提供了一种吸尘装置,包括机体、尘杯和有用于解锁/锁合所述尘杯的解锁机构,所述机体设有吸尘通道,所述尘杯内设有过滤器;所述解锁机构被配制成具有锁合状态和解锁状态,当所述解锁机构处于锁合状态时,所述尘杯与所述机体锁合密封,所述吸尘通道与所述过滤器和所述尘杯连通使得所述过滤器和尘杯处于工作状态;当所述解锁机构处于解锁状态时,所述尘杯与所述过滤器可自动脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
可选地,所述尘杯与所述过滤器通过一枢转支撑结构实现自动脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。

图1是根据本发明的一种吸尘装置的整体结构示意图。图2为根据本发明 的一种吸尘装置的尘杯2及过滤器4的结构示意图。图3为根据图2所示的尘杯2及过滤器4的剖面结构示意图。图4为根据图2所示的尘杯2及过滤器4的结构爆炸示意图。下面结合图1-图4对本发明提供的一种吸尘装置进行详细说明。具体地,本发明提供的一种吸尘装置,一般性地可以包括机体1、尘杯2和有用于解锁/锁合尘杯2的解锁机构3。机体1包括吸尘装置下部用于贴合物体表面吸尘的清扫头、机身和扶手部。机体1内设有吸尘通道,吸尘通道一端连接清扫头,贯穿机身,穿过尘杯2,另一端连接至动力部。尘杯2内设有过滤器4。解锁机构3被配制成具有锁合状态和解锁状态,当解锁机构3处于锁合状态时,尘杯2与机体1锁合密封,吸尘通道与过滤器4和尘杯2连通使得过滤器4和尘杯2处于工作状态。即,过滤器4和尘杯2与机体1密封,尘杯2、过滤器4和吸尘通道相互独立,同时使得过滤器4和尘杯2内部空间构成吸尘通道的一部分,使得密封通道完整密封,从而进行吸尘等工作。当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2与过滤器4可自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。即,尘杯2与过滤器4远离机体1上的吸尘通道,使得吸尘通道断开,从而尘杯2与过滤器4可以被方便拿取,以进行尘杯2和过滤器4的清洗,可以实现对尘杯2与过滤器4的同步拿取,防止过滤器4上的灰尘掉落造成的二次污染。

如图7所示,插槽54设置在尘杯2的侧壁上。插槽54的一个内壁面上设有朝向另一内壁的若干个楔块55。插头53与楔块55干涉配合以使得插头53锁止于插槽54内。若干个楔块55间隔平行设置。楔块55朝向插槽54的另一内壁的厚度自下向上逐渐增大,使得插头53插槽54结构连接更加牢固稳定。插头53设有定位凸起56。插槽54设有与定位凸起56相应的定位沟槽57,以使得插头53插入插槽54时,定位凸起56能够嵌入定位沟槽57,以进一步增强插头插槽结构连接的牢固稳定性。
进一步地,如图5所示,插头53为“L”型。机体1设置有用于限制支撑单 元51转动角度的第一限位板11和第二限位板12。第一限位板11和第二限位板间隔设置,以使得支撑单元51部分地伸入第一限位板11和第二限位板之间。如图6和图11所示,支撑单元51上还设置有限位凸起59。限位凸起59能够与第一限位板11、第二限位板配合,以限制支撑单元51的转动角度,使得支撑单元51的转动角度在30-50度之间。
可选地,在支撑单元51上设有枢转轴,枢转轴上设置弹性件58,弹性件可以是扭簧等。当尘杯处于工作状态时,弹性件58处于被压缩受力状态,尘杯2与机体1之间受弹性件58的扩张力。当尘杯2被解锁时,在弹性件58的扩张力作用下,尘杯2自动枢转以远离机体1,此时,弹性件58处于自由伸展的不受力状态,从而实现尘杯2与过滤器4的自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
在另一个具体的实施方式中,支撑单元51为杯托结构。杯托结构可以为环形抱箍式结构或具有与尘杯2杯底相适应的托盘式结构。环形抱箍式结构中,尘杯2为上部直径大于下部直径的柱状,使得尘杯2能够与环形抱箍配合以固定。托盘式结构中,具有与尘杯2杯底相适应的凹槽,以用于放置固定尘杯2。需要注意的是,支撑单元51并不仅仅限于上述插头插槽结构或杯托结构,还可以是其他能够用于支撑固定尘杯2的结构,只需要能够实现尘杯2的连接固定即可。
枢转单元52包括可自动将尘杯2从工作状态枢转到便于拿取状态的弹性件58。弹性件58可以为扭簧、两端分别连接尘杯2和机体1的弹簧等。需要注意的是,弹性件58的作用是待尘杯2解锁后能够自动枢转至便于拿取状态。即便是未设置弹性件58,枢转单元52亦可使得尘杯2解锁后能够枢转至便于拿取状态,例如在重力作用下或者人力拉动尘杯2转动均可。只要能够满足尘杯2是以枢转的方式脱离/自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态即可。
解锁机构3为一键解锁装置6。解锁机构3可以通过按压式或旋压式激发解锁。如图3、图4所示,在一个具体的实施方式中,其一键解锁装置6即为按压式激发解锁。解锁机构3包括解锁键61和锁扣63,解锁键61被按压触发时,锁扣63发生位移,以实现锁扣63的激发解锁。尘杯2设有与解锁机构3的锁扣63相配合的锁合部21。如图13所示,在另一个具体的实施方式中,采用的一键解锁装置6为旋压式激发解锁。解锁机构3包括解锁键61、传动杆62和锁扣63。解锁键61被触发时,通过传动杆62传递至锁扣63,以实现锁扣63的激发解锁。过滤器4设有与解锁机构3的锁扣63相配合的锁合部41。锁 合部即可以设置在尘杯2上,也可以设置在过滤器4上。优选地,锁合部41设置在过滤器4上,使得锁合部41还可以同时作为将过滤器4放置入尘杯2时所需的防呆设计,例如,在尘杯2的口部边沿设有一缺口,以同时用于配合锁合部41。
如图8、图9和图10所示,其为本发明的另一个实施例中的一种吸尘装置的尘杯及过滤器的结构,其一键解锁装置6即为通过旋压式激发解锁。其中图9为当尘杯2及过滤器4被解锁处于便于拿取状态时的剖面结构示意图,此时尘杯2及过滤器4同步地枢转脱离机体2的吸尘通道一预定角度,以便于尘杯2或过滤器4的拿取清洗。
如图4和图7所示,尘杯2的侧壁设有进风口22,在尘杯2处于工作状态时进风口22与吸尘通道密封连接。即当解锁机构3处于锁合状态时,进风口22与机体1的进风口22配合部14贴合密封。如图12所示,过滤器4设有出风口42,在过滤器4处于工作状态时出风口42与吸尘通道密封连接,即当解锁机构3处于锁合状态时,出风口42与机体1的吸尘通道贴合密封。从而使得过滤器4和尘杯2内部空间构成吸尘通道的一部分,使得密封通道完整密封,从而进行吸尘等工作。而当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,过滤器4和尘杯2脱离吸尘通道,实现过滤器4和尘杯2与吸尘通道的相互独立,以便于拿取清洗。在一个具体的实施方式中,过滤器4与尘杯2内壁间设有密封件43。尘杯2内壁的上部设有一环状台阶25,过滤器4的上部搁置在该环状台阶25上,并通过密封件43与尘杯2内壁间形成密封。
过滤器4可拆卸地设置在尘杯2内,且过滤器4的高度不大于尘杯2的高度,以使得当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2和过滤器4能够同步地自动脱离吸尘通道。如图3所示,可选地,尘杯2内设有用于使得过滤器4与吸尘通道配合安装的垫筒23。垫筒23的高度与过滤器4的高度之和不大于所述尘杯2的高度,以使得当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2和过滤器4能够同步地自动脱离吸尘通道。垫筒23与过滤器4之间设有橡胶圈24,以使得过滤器4与机体1的吸尘通道配合更加紧密。
如图12所示,过滤器4上还设置有拉环45,用于方便将过滤器4取出。过滤器4上还设置有挡板44,挡板44位于过滤器4与尘杯2的进风口配合处,以使得气流进入尘杯2后,沿着过滤器4与尘杯2内壁之间的旋风风道流动。过滤器4上还设置有定位块46,定位块46用于辅助定位过滤器4的安装位置, 使其与解锁机构3相配合,实现更加牢固稳定的安装。
如图8-图13所示,本发明提供的一种吸尘装置,包括机体1,机体1设有安装支架13及至少两个相互独立的过滤机构77。机体1设有吸尘通道。至少两个相互独立的过滤机构77沿机体1上下布置并安装在安装支架13的两侧。位于下方的过滤机构77设有尘杯2和置于尘杯2内部的过滤器4。过滤器4和尘杯2被配置为具有工作状态和便于拿取状态。当过滤器4和尘杯2处于工作状态时,吸尘通道与过滤器4和尘杯2连通;即,过滤器4和尘杯2与机体1密封,尘杯2、过滤器4和吸尘通道相互独立,同时使得过滤器4和尘杯2内部空间构成吸尘通道的一部分,使得密封通道完整密封,从而进行吸尘等工作。当过滤器4和尘杯2处于便于拿取状态时,尘杯2与过滤器4同时脱离吸尘通道。即,尘杯2与过滤器4远离机体1上的吸尘通道,使得吸尘通道断开,从而尘杯2与过滤器4可以被方便拿取,以进行尘杯2和过滤器4的清洗,可以实现对尘杯2与过滤器4的同步拿取,防止过滤器4上的灰尘掉落造成的二次污染。
具体地,安装支架13或机体1设有用于解锁/锁合尘杯2的解锁机构3。解锁机构3被配制成具有锁合状态和解锁状态。当解锁机构3处于锁合状态时,尘杯2与安装支架13锁合密封,吸尘通道与过滤器4和尘杯2连通使得过滤器4和尘杯2处于工作状态。当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2与过滤器4能够同时同步地脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
在一个具体的实施方式中,至少两个相互独立的过滤机构7沿机体1上下布置,下方的过滤机构7设有尘杯2和过滤器4。当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2与过滤器4通过自动脱离或旋转或卡接方式脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
具体地,解锁机构3包括一键解锁装置6、旋转解锁装置、卡接解锁装置。当然地,解锁机构3还可以是本领域技术人员所熟知的其它的解锁机构3,只要能实现尘杯2的锁合/解锁即可。
一键解锁装置6如前所述,包括解锁键61、传动杆62和锁扣63,解锁键61被触发时,通过传动杆62传递至所述锁扣63,以实现锁扣63的触发解锁。解锁键61为按钮式触发解锁键61或旋转式触发解锁键61。尘杯2设有与一键解锁装置6的锁扣63相配合的锁合部。
可选地,旋转解锁装置包括设置在尘杯2和机体1上的螺纹,尘杯2通过 螺纹连接实现锁合和解锁。
卡接解锁装置包括环形卡接结构和悬臂卡接结构。环形卡接结构包括具有预定弹性的卡环和与卡环相配合的接头,接头插入卡环以实现卡接;卡环设置在尘杯2和机体1中的任一个上,接头设置在尘杯2和机体1中的另一个上。悬臂卡接装置包括挂钩和与挂钩相配合的凹槽。挂钩卡入凹槽以实现卡接;挂钩设置在尘杯2和机体1中的任一个上,凹槽设置在尘杯2和机体1中的另一个上。
具体地,具有多级相互独立的过滤机构7的吸尘装置,其尘杯2与机体1的连接、以及尘杯2与过滤器4的安装、以及工作原理与前述实施例相同,可以为通过一枢转支撑结构5实现自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明提供的一种吸尘装置,通过设有的用于解锁/锁合尘杯2的解锁机构3锁合或解锁尘杯2,当解锁机构3处于锁合状态时,尘杯2与机体1锁合密封,吸尘通道与过滤器4和尘杯2连通使得过滤器4和尘杯2处于工作状态;当解锁机构3处于解锁状态时,尘杯2与所述过滤器4可自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
本发明提供的一种吸尘装置,过滤器4设置在所述尘杯2内,其与尘杯2同步脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态,防止过滤器4上的灰尘掉落,避免了二次脏污。
本发明提供的一种吸尘装置,尘杯2斜着取放,解锁后,尘杯2无需手持,随时取放,并且结构简单易懂,用户使用起来方便快捷。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (47)

  1. 一种吸尘装置,包括机体、尘杯和有用于解锁/锁合所述尘杯的解锁机构,所述机体设有吸尘通道,所述尘杯内设有过滤器;所述解锁机构被配制成具有锁合状态和解锁状态,当所述解锁机构处于锁合状态时,所述尘杯与所述机体锁合密封,所述吸尘通道与所述过滤器和所述尘杯连通使得所述过滤器和尘杯处于工作状态;其特征在于,当所述解锁机构处于解锁状态时,所述尘杯与所述过滤器可自动脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯与所述过滤器通过一枢转支撑结构实现自动脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述枢转支撑结构包括支撑单元和枢转单元。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元为插头插槽结构,插头设置在尘杯和机体之一上,插槽设置在另一上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述插槽的一个内壁面上设有朝向另一内壁的若干个楔块,所述插头与所述楔块干涉配合以锁止于所述插槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述楔块朝向所述插槽的另一内壁的厚度自下向上逐渐增大;若干个所述楔块间隔平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述插头设有定位凸起,所述插槽设有与所述定位凸起相应的定位沟槽,以使得所述插头插入所述插槽时,所述定位凸起嵌入所述定位沟槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述插头为“L”型。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述机体设置有用于限制所述支撑单元转动角度的第一限位板和第二限位板,所述第一限位板和所述第二限位板间隔设置,以使得所述支撑单元部分地伸入所述第一限位板和第二限位板之间。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元为杯托结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述杯托结构为环形抱箍式结构或具有与尘杯杯底相适应的托盘式结构。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述枢转单元包括可自 动将所述尘杯从工作状态转动到便于拿取状态的弹性件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为扭簧。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯是以枢转的方式自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯的转动角度在30-50度之间。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述解锁机构为一键解锁装置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述解锁机构通过按压式或旋压式激发解锁。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述解锁机构包括解锁键、传动杆和锁扣,所述解锁键被触发时,通过所述传动杆传递至所述锁扣,以实现所述锁扣的激发解锁。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯或过滤器上设有与所述解锁机构的锁扣相配合的锁合部。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯、所述过滤器和所述吸尘通道相互独立。
  21. 根据权利要求1或20所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯的侧壁设有进风口,在尘杯处于工作状态时所述进风口与所述吸尘通道密封连接。
  22. 根据权利要求1或20所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器设有出风口,在过滤器处于工作状态时所述出风口与所述吸尘通道密封连接。
  23. 根据权利要求1或20所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器与所述尘杯内壁间设有密封件。
  24. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器可拆卸地设置在尘杯内,且所述过滤器的高度不大于所述尘杯的高度。
  25. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯内设有用于使得所述过滤器与所述吸尘通道配合安装的垫筒。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述垫筒的高度与所述过滤器的高度之和不大于所述尘杯的高度。
  27. 一种吸尘装置,包括机体,所述机体设有安装支架及至少两个相互独立的过滤机构,所述机体设有吸尘通道,其特征在于,所述至少两个相互独立的 过滤机构沿所述机体上下布置并安装在所述安装支架的两侧,下方的所述过滤机构设有尘杯和置于所述尘杯内的过滤器;所述过滤器和尘杯被配置为具有工作状态和便于拿取状态,当所述过滤器和尘杯处于工作状态时,所述吸尘通道与所述过滤器和所述尘杯连通;当过滤器和尘杯处于便于拿取状态时,所述尘杯与所述过滤器同时脱离所述吸尘通道。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架或机体设有用于解锁/锁合所述尘杯的解锁机构,所述解锁机构被配制成具有锁合状态和解锁状态,当所述解锁机构处于锁合状态时,所述尘杯与所述安装支架锁合密封,所述吸尘通道与所述过滤器和所述尘杯连通使得所述过滤器和尘杯处于工作状态,当所述解锁机构处于解锁状态时,所述尘杯与所述过滤器同时脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,当所述解锁机构处于解锁状态时,所述尘杯与所述过滤器通过自动脱离或旋转或卡接方式脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述解锁机构包括一键解锁装置、旋转解锁装置、卡接解锁装置。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述一键解锁装置包括解锁键、传动杆和锁扣,所述解锁键被触发时,通过所述传动杆传递至所述锁扣,以实现所述锁扣的触发解锁。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述解锁键为按钮式触发解锁键或旋转式触发解锁键。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯设有与所述一键解锁装置的锁扣相配合的锁合部。
  34. 根据权利要求30所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述旋转解锁装置包括设置在所述尘杯和所述安装支架上的螺纹,所述尘杯通过螺纹连接实现锁合和解锁。
  35. 根据权利要求30所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述卡接解锁装置为环形卡接结构或悬臂卡接结构中的一种。
  36. 根据权利要求27或28所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯与所述过滤器通过一枢转支撑结构实现自动脱离所述吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述枢转支撑结构包 括支撑单元和枢转单元。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元为杯托结构。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述杯托结构为环形抱箍式结构或具有与尘杯杯底相适应的托盘式结构。
  40. 根据权利要求37所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述枢转单元包括可自动将所述尘杯从工作状态转动到便于拿取状态的弹性件。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为扭簧。
  42. 根据权利要求27-29任一项所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯是以枢转的方式自动脱离吸尘通道至便于拿取状态。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯的转动角度在30-50度之间。
  44. 根据权利要求27所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述尘杯的侧壁设有进风口,在尘杯处于工作状态时所述进风口与所述吸尘通道密封连接。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器设有出风口,在过滤器处于工作状态时所述出风口与所述吸尘通道密封连接。
  46. 根据权利要求27所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器可拆卸地设置在尘杯内,且所述过滤器的高度不大于所述尘杯的高度。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器与所述尘杯内壁间设有密封件。
