2)是一种无色无味的气体,1975年有研究报导指出,氢气可以作为抗氧化气体治疗癌症,2007年日本学者以氢气中和有毒自由基,治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤,其后有大量研究确认氢气对多种疾病和损伤有治疗效果。氢气能选择性中和自由基,产生抗氧化、抗炎症和抗细胞凋亡等效应,而不影响体内具有生理作用的活性氧,如:超氧阴离子和过氧化氢等,说明氢气安全可用于人体。氢气的另外一个优点是具有强大的扩散能力,细胞膜和各种生物屏障都不影响氢气的扩散渗透,能达到身体任何部位,被认为对中风、糖尿病、动脉硬化、帕金森病等常见急性和慢性疾病具有治疗作用。
氢气的使用可以通过吸入氢气、饮用氢水或注射氢气盐水等方法。吸入氢气对中风、心肌梗塞等具有神经、心血管疾病具有改善作用,饮用氢水被报导对糖尿病和代谢疾病有治疗效果;另外,在动物模式中,也证明饮用氢水可改善过敏性疾病,如:异位性皮肤炎;若是直接注射于视网膜病变眼球内,则可治疗眼底疾病。日本鹿儿岛大学和印度尼西亚Sam Ratulangi大学合作,采用高浓度氢水合并使用抗癌药5氟尿嘧啶,利用细胞学和动物模型两种模式,证明氢气不仅能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,且可以明显增加5氟尿嘧啶的 抗肿瘤效果,延长患有肿瘤的动物寿命。
目前常见的氢气供给方式,包括氢水或高压氢气罐,氢水将氢气融合于水中,首先需要氢气制造机,体积大、需要耗电,且制作完成的氢水不易保存;若要补充高纯度的氢气,通常会使用高压氢气钢瓶,但除了体积、重量造成的不便携带问题外,高压气体钢瓶具有的潜在安全风险,也令使用上有所顾虑。由于氢气制造机与高压氢气钢瓶携带不便,推广并不容易,使氢气在实际应用上受到限制,因此如何供应可随时随地、便于使用的氢气可以容易的解决非细菌性发炎及其他保健功效是本申请要解决的问题。
市面上有各式贴身接触皮肤的生活卫生用品(包含口罩、面罩、面膜等),由于与皮肤直接接触,因此,常标榜穿戴之舒适性与方便性,然而,近年来,该领域者也针对其他可合并达成功效,力求改良与突破,例如透过内部材料反应,供给人体氧气等有益气体;然而,由于气体供给来自于材料间内部化学作用,若为了提升保健功效,往往须涵括更多材料或同时包含更多种类的材料组合,进而衍生材料逸散或不安全副产物的风险。
因此,如何以提供一可供给氢气的透气层在生活卫生用品中,为本申请在此欲解决的一重要问题。
发明内容
为解决前述问题,本案申请人提供一种微环境氢气供给透气层及外敷袋,包含:一薄层,包裹一制氢配方,内侧表面具多个小孔洞,其中,该薄层外侧不透气,内侧透气,内侧表面具多个小孔洞,该薄层可为单层或是复合层;该制氢配方,被包裹于该薄层中,不会逸散,会吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氢气;该氢气通过该多个小孔洞释放至皮肤、人体内部。
进一步的技术方案中,该薄层的内侧材质可为硅胶、硅胶、无纺布、或塑料透气膜。
进一步的技术方案中,其中该薄层的外侧材质为聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑料薄膜、铝膜、或复合膜。
进一步的技术方案中,其中该制氢配方可为粉末状、颗粒状。
进一步的技术方案中,其中该制氢配方包含金属过氧化物、金属氢氧化物、或金属氢化物及铝粉或硅粉。

可选的技术方案中,该薄层可进一步包含氧气及活性氧生成单元。
可选的技术方案中,该透气层可以用于生活卫生用品中,该生活卫生用品是包含眼罩、口罩、面罩、面膜、胸罩、胸贴、溢乳贴、卫生棉、卫生巾、纸尿裤、卫生护垫、伤口敷料、创可贴、包扎纱布、褥疮垫或外敷袋。
基于相同的申请构思,本申请提供一种抑制发炎的外敷袋,包含:
一薄层,包裹一制氢配方、一制氧配方,其中,该薄层外侧不透气,内侧透气,内侧表面具多个小孔洞,该薄层可为单层或是复合层;
该制氢配方,被包裹于该薄层中,不会逸散,会吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氢气;该氢气通过该多个小孔洞释放至皮肤;
该制氧配方,被包裹于该薄层中,不会逸散,会吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氧气;该氧气通过该多个小孔洞释放至皮肤。
进一步的技术方案中,其中该薄层的内侧材质可为硅胶、硅胶、无纺布、或塑料透气膜。

本申请为内含制氢配方的透气层,可于短时间内,产生大量氢气,供给人体皮肤、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、或是其他接触的人体部位,有利功效如下所示:
(1)使用安全方便,不须钢瓶管线或插电,便于随身携带,且配方无害,可贴身使用。
(2)不会衍生有害副产物。
(3)贴近皮肤易于吸收。
(4)氢气的广泛身体保健用途:
-优异的扩散能力,抵达部位不受限制;
-无毒、温和的安全还原剂;
-可以中和自由基,具优异抗氧化、抗发炎效果,尤其是针对非细菌性发炎;
-改善体内菌群。
(5)氧气添加更一步改善过去传统敷料因为长期使用造成缺氧的问题。
本申请进一步的揭示,为取得透气层最佳保健效果,所需的较佳制氢配方、制氧配方比例与剂量,并例示可将透气层施用于生活卫生用品中,以及本申请的延伸应用。

本申请是以下面的实施例予以示范阐明,但本申请不受下述实施例所限制,以下具体说明本案的微环境氢气供给透气层及外敷袋所涵括的特征、应用与优势,然而,凡未脱离本申请技艺精神所为的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案的专利范围中。
如图1至图3所示,本申请提供一透气层1,包含:一薄层11,包裹一制氢配方,其中,该薄层11外侧不透气内侧透气,内侧表面具多个小孔洞111,该薄层可为单层或是复合层;以及一制氢配方12,被包裹于该薄层11中,不会逸散,会吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氢气;由图2可见,该氢气将通过该多个小孔洞111经由皮肤、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、其他接触的人体部位,吸收入人体内部。
本申请将制氢配方12以外侧不透气,而内侧透气之该薄层11包覆,其中,该薄层内侧之小孔洞111孔径小于该制氢配方12直径,以保证该制氢配方12不外泄,该薄层11的外侧为不透气材质,内侧则为亲肤性材料。
在保存时,以气密材料包装,以保证空气中水分不会提前与该制氢配方12反应;使用时将气密包装撕除,应用在所需位置;使用该透气层1,可透过外侧不透气材质截留汗水、湿气等水份不外泄,因此,可充分令该制氢配 方12反应,并定向针对皮肤供给氢气。
用于包覆该制氢配方12的该薄层11的内侧材质,可为硅胶、无纺布、或塑料透气膜;外侧材质可为聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑料薄膜、铝膜、或复合膜。
该制氢配方12,可为粉末状、颗粒状,包含金属过氧化物、金属氢氧化物、或金属氢化物及铝粉或硅粉。
其中该金属过氧化物选自于由过氧化钙、过氧化镁、过氧化钠、过氧化钾所组成的群组,该金属氢氧化物选自于由氢氧化钙、氢氧化镁、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾所组成的群组。
该制氢配方亦可包含可透过水分生成金属氢氧化物之化合物,例如:氢化镁、氢化钙、氢化硅。
该制氢配方可选择性添加一固体酸,与前述制氢配方起中和作用,令制氢配方的酸碱值介于4-9之间,以避免刺激皮肤,并提升氢气吸收效果,该固体酸选自于由固体柠檬酸、固体乳酸、固体草酸、固体盐酸、固体植酸和固体硅酸所组成的群组。

前述反应中,若欲快速生成较大量氢气,可选择活性较大的碱金属(IA族)(亦即钠或钾)的过氧化物或是氢氧化物作为反应物。
透过前述例示制氢配方的组合应用,该领域具有通常技术者亦可联想应 用硅与氢氧化物及水反应,产生氢气,此为本案组合的等效实施,应包含于本案制氢配方之申请专利范围之内,其反应式如下:

为避免敷料接触皮肤时间长,因为外侧不透气而缺氧引起的不适,该薄层11可进一步加入一制氧配方13,其中该制氧配方13可为粉末状、颗粒状,包含金属过氧化物或金属超氧化物。

为获取较佳剂量比例,因此,测试各反应物分别于0.01-100克的范围时的氢气生成效率,前述该制氢配方在重量比例为金属过氧化物或金属氢氧化物:铝粉=1:100-100:1时,可反应产生氢气,而当重量比例为1:10-10:1时,具有较优的氢气生成效率,若需要进一步产生氧气溢出至薄层1外,该制氧配方与该制氢配方的重量比例为1:1-1:50。
该透气膜可应用于生活卫生用品中,贴身使用,该生活卫生用品包括但不限于眼罩(图4)、口罩(图5A、图5B)、面罩、面膜(图6)、胸罩、胸贴、溢乳贴、卫生棉、卫生巾、纸尿裤、卫生护垫、伤口敷料(图7)、创可贴、包扎纱布、褥疮垫、外敷袋。
以下招募具有各相关疾病、症状的受试者,包含神经疾病、近期经过放射性疗法、便秘、紫外线损伤、眼部酸涩、眼部不适和外伤,分配使用含该透气膜的口罩、眼罩、面膜、或是伤口敷料等生活卫生用品,持续使用三个月,一周三次,一次两个小时,并于结束后填写问卷,调查当该透气层的制氢配方应用在各生活卫生用品时,对于各疾病、症状的改善功效及其使用上的舒适度,以1-10作为评分基准,越高表示成效越显着;同时,与市售不含产气材料的一般产品(以下简称市售)及不含铝粉之组别(不产生氢气)做对照,各评分统计之平均结果分述于下;该透气膜中的制氢配方根据上述之较 佳比例(金属过氧化物或金属氢氧化物:铝粉=100:80-120),并依所对应的生活卫生用品调整含量。
实施例一、口罩
测试组别及结果见下表1,金属过氧化物为过氧化钙、金属氢氧化物为氢氧化钙,均为10克,铝粉1克,柠檬酸适量,透过皮肤水份或是外加水,以产生氢气。
结果显示本案制氢配方可改善神经疾病、放射性疗法副作用、便秘等疾病/症状,此些功效不论是市售口罩,或是仅生成氧气(不含铝粉)的组别,均无法达成;另外,本案各组合均具较市售口罩更佳的舒适度,而在同时具有过氧化物、氢氧化物、固体酸时,舒适度较佳。

实施例二、眼罩
测试组别及结果见下表2,金属过氧化物为过氧化钠、金属氢氧化物为氢氧化钠,使用1~10克,铝粉10克,草酸适量,透过外加水,以产生氢气。
结果显示本案制氢配方可改善眼部酸涩、眼部疾病等,相较于市售眼罩,或是不含铝粉(无法生成氢气)的组别,均有更佳效果;另外,本案各组合均具较市售眼罩更佳的舒适度,而在同时具有过氧化物、氢氧化物、固体酸时,舒适度提升、若同时加入制氧配方,同时生成大量氢气与大量氧气,舒适度较佳。同时加入制氧配方,更可以避免外敷袋接触时间过长,因为缺氧引起的不适。

实施例三、面膜
测试组别及结果见下表3,金属过氧化物为过氧化镁、金属氢氧化物为氢氧化镁,均为12.5克,硅粉6.25克,固体酸为乳酸适量,透过外加水,以产生氢气。
结果显示,相较于市售面膜,或是不含铝粉(无法生成氢气)之组别,本案制氢配方具有可改善紫外线损伤、放射性疗法副作用、神经疾病等功效;另外,本案各组合均具较市售面膜更佳的舒适度,而若同时具有过氧化物、氢氧化物、固体酸时,舒适度较佳。

实施例四、伤口敷料
测试组别及结果见下表4,金属过氧化物为过氧化钾、金属氢氧化物为氢氧化钾,均为2.5克,铝粉2.5克,固体酸为植酸适量;伤口敷料可藉由吸收水份产生氢气,更可保持水份不反向释出至伤口,并透过该透气层仅供气体流通的设计,而取得供给氢气并同时避免伤口二度感染的改良效果。
结果显示,相较于市售伤口敷料,或是不含铝粉(无法生成氢气)之组别,本案制氢配方具有可改善紫外线损伤、放射性疗法副作用、伤口愈合等功效;另外,本案各组合均具较市售敷料更佳之舒适度,而若同时具有过氧化物、氢氧化物、固体酸时,舒适度较佳。

实施例五、外敷袋
为避免外敷袋接触皮肤时间长,因为缺氧引起的不适,本外敷袋额外增加制氧材料-过氧化物,以生成更多氧气;伤口敷料可借由吸收水份产生氢气、氧气,更可保持水份不反向释出至伤口,并透过该透气层仅供气体流通的设计,而取得供给氢气并同时避免皮肤及伤口因缺氧造成的不适。
实施例五-1、痛风
55岁男性测试者痛风发作,右脚大拇指红肿,并且有严重疼痛(图8A),将本外敷袋喷水贴于红肿处,一小时后疼痛明显减轻,每一小时换一外敷袋,图8B为使用第二个外敷袋后的效果,图8C为使用第3个外敷袋后痛风处消肿约40%的效果,每天使用3个外敷袋,在使用10片后(第4天)痛风处明显消肿(图8D),且没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含过氧化钙2.5克、铝粉1.5克,可以生成大量氢气与大量氧气。
实施例五-2、脚踝疼痛
65岁男性测试者脚踝扭伤而疼痛,走路时疼痛更严重,疼痛难行,在扭伤4天后使用本外敷袋,将本外敷袋喷水贴于脚踝疼痛处(如图9),10分钟后疼痛明显减轻了约一半,20分钟后疼痛明显减轻了约70%,1小时后不感觉疼痛且可以正常走路,外敷后没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。
实施例五-3、颈椎疼痛
60岁男性测试者有颈椎疼痛困扰超过20年,将本外敷袋喷水贴于颈椎处,30分钟后,疼痛明显减轻,且没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。
实施例五-4、经期前乳房胀痛
21岁女性测试者有经前症候群,如经期前乳房胀痛等。在经前乳房胀痛时,将本外敷袋喷水贴于乳房前,一小时后,疼痛明显减轻,且没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含过氧化钙2.5克、铝粉1.5克,可以生成大量氢气与大量氧气。
实施例五-5、生理痛
30岁女性测试者,有子宫内膜异位,生理期时都会有生理痛的状况。在生理期疼痛时,将本外敷袋喷水贴于肚脐四周位置(如图10),10分钟后,疼痛明显减轻,持续使用敷料3天、每天8小时,没有产生因敷料接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含过氧化物为过氧化镁1克、氢氧化物为氢氧化钾1.5克、铝粉1.5克、植酸适量,可以生成大量氢气与大量氧气。
实施例五-6、髋骨疼痛
55岁男性测试者长期有髋骨疼痛困扰,将本外敷袋喷水贴于髋骨疼痛处,20分钟后,疼痛明显减轻,且没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。
结果显示,相较于市售外敷袋,外用本案制氢配方与制氧配方的组合可有效改善肌肉、骨骼、内脏的深度发炎与疼痛,且因为供给氧气没有产生因外敷袋接触皮肤造成过敏等不舒服。
另外,当使用卫生棉和卫生巾等特别具有液体不漏出之需求时,亦可同时添加高分子吸水材料(即高吸水性聚合物),吸收液体,达到同时供氢气产生,并避免液体回流造成皮肤感染、发炎的双重功效。
总结而言,本申请的透气层及外敷袋,不论是何种制氢配方的组合,当应用在生活卫生用品中,均可改善神经疾病、放射性疗法副作用、便秘、紫外线损伤、眼部酸涩、眼部不适、伤口愈合,借由氢气的抗氧化功效及改善体内菌群的效果,一举突破以往生活卫生用品限制的功能范畴;相对于仅生 成氢气(不含铝粉)的组别,本案制氢配方的应用,可达成更优异、广泛多元的身体保健功效,具有利功效;并因同时可生成氧气的关系,较市售(不含产气配方)具有较佳舒适性,不会有气闷的感受,提升使用上的舒适性;当同时添加过氧化物、氢氧化物及固体酸时,会达成最佳改善疾病、症状、以及舒适度的效果。
综合而言,本案可于短时间内,产生大量氢气、氧气,供给人体皮肤、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、或是其他接触的人体部位,相较于一般产生氢气的方法及器具,具有不须钢瓶管线、制造机或插电的优点,便于随身携带,配方无害,可贴近皮肤使用,且氢气的生成简便不会衍生有害副产物等优化效果。
此外,也应用氢气结构简单,故具有优异的扩散能力,抵达部位不受限制,为无毒、温和的安全还原剂,具优异交除自由基效果、改善体内菌群等优势,相较于以往的现有生活卫生用品的保健用途层面,取得更为广泛且功效提升的效益。
本申请列举之疾病,是透过氢气的消除自由基,所对应的疾病应用,借由本案实施例,可合理将本案的透气层应用于可改善任何源于此二成因的其他疾病,例如:癌症、化学疗法副作用、代谢疾病、免疫疾病、过敏、糖尿病、控制体重、结肠炎或其他非细菌性引起之发炎等。
为提升氢气生成效果,该制氢配方可视情况进一步包含高吸水性聚合物、活化剂或是催化剂;此外,亦可进一步添加可产生氧气及活性氧的生成单元,并进行比例的调整,对应不同需求,达成所需功效。
上列详细说明是针对本申请之可行实施例之具体说明,惟该实施例并非用以限制本申请之专利范围,凡未脱离本申请技艺精神所为之等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案之专利范围中。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围的内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

- 如权利要求5所述的微环境氢气供给透气层,其特征在于,所述金属氢化物选自于由氢化镁、氢化钙、氢化硅所组成的群组。
- 如权利要求5所述的微环境氢气供给透气层,其特征在于,所述制 氢配方可添加一固体酸,所述固体酸选自于由固体柠檬酸、固体乳酸、固体草酸、固体盐酸、固体植酸和固体硅酸所组成的群组,使制氢配方的酸碱度介于4-9之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的微环境氢气供给透气层,其特征在于,所述制氢配方可进一步包含高吸水性聚合物、活化剂或催化剂。
- 如权利要求1所述的微环境氢气供给透气层,其特征在于,所述薄层可进一步包含氧气及活性氧生成单元。
- 如权利要求1所述的微环境氢气供给透气层,其特征在于,所述透气层可以用于生活卫生用品中,所述生活卫生用品包含眼罩、口罩、面罩、面膜、胸罩、胸贴、溢乳贴、卫生棉、卫生巾、纸尿裤、卫生护垫、伤口敷料、创可贴、包扎纱布、褥疮垫或外敷袋。
- 一种外敷袋,其特征在于,包含:一薄层,包裹一制氢配方、一制氧配方,所述薄层外侧不透气,内侧透气,内侧表面具多个小孔洞,所述薄层包括单层或是复合层;所述制氢配方,被包裹于所述薄层中,吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氢气;所述氢气通过所述多个小孔洞释放至皮肤;所述制氧配方,被包裹于所述薄层中,吸收空气中水分或是液态水,进而生成氧气;所述氧气通过所述多个小孔洞释放至皮肤。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述薄层的内侧材质包括硅胶、无纺布、或塑料透气膜。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述薄层的外侧材质包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑料薄膜、铝膜或复合膜。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述制氢配方、所述制氧配方包括粉末状或颗粒状。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述制氢配方包含金属过氧化物、金属氢氧化物、或金属氢化物、铝粉或硅粉。
- 如权利要求19所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,金属过氧化物或金属氢 氧化物与铝粉的重量比例为:1:100~100:1。
- 如权利要求20所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,金属过氧化物或金属氢氧化物与铝粉的重量比例为:1:10~10:1。
- 如权利要求19所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述金属过氧化物选自于由过氧化钙、过氧化镁、过氧化钠、过氧化钾所组成的群组。
- 如权利要求19所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述金属氢氧化物选自于由氢氧化钙、氢氧化镁、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾所组成的群组。
- 如权利要求19所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述金属氢化物选自于由氢化镁、氢化钙、氢化硅所组成的群组。
- 如权利要求19所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述制氢配方可添加一固体酸,所述固体酸选自于由固体柠檬酸、固体乳酸、固体草酸、固体盐酸、固体植酸和固体硅酸所组成的群组,使制氢配方的酸碱度介于4-9之间。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述制氧配方是金属过氧化物,选自于由过氧化钙、过氧化镁、过氧化钠、过氧化钾所组成的群组。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述制氧配方与所述制氢配方的重量比例为1:1~1:50。
- 如权利要求15所述的外敷袋,其特征在于,所述发炎是指非细菌性发炎。
